True Body Med Spa

Review: Without any written or verbal notification, my contract with [redacted] was transferred to TrueBody Medspa. I had tried to contact TrueBody Medspa multiple times and they have not responded to any of my calls or emails. When I finally reached them, they verified what was on my account. Although [redacted] never provided what was remaining on my account after requesting it multiple times, what TrueBody Medspa stated that I had I don't find to be correct. I was able to schedule an appointment but since then, have needed to reschedule. No one has gotten back to my calls or emails. When I call the main line, the mailbox is full. When I send an email to the site, I get an error message. When I call the Chelsea location, all I get is voicemail. I don't know what my other options are.Desired Settlement: I would like for someone to respond to me and added service to what they have stated on my account.

Review: TrueBody MedSpa is the successor to Laser Cosmetica and has been communicating with me since they assumed all liabilities of Laser Cosmetica and informed me they would be issuing my refund. As stated in my complaint filed against Laser Cosmetica, complaint ID [redacted]. I am entering complaints against both entities to ensure the matter is addressed.

Laser Cosmetica coerced me into purchasing a package of laser treatments under the presumption I would be able to receive treatments as described when purchased. Shortly thereafter, I desired to start using the services I paid for and was unable due to multiple cancellations from staff changes by Laser Comestica. This lead to me requesting a refund which I was informed by [redacted] would be issued in 4-6 weeks. More then two months went by, I was informed Laser Comestica was now going by TrueBody MedSpa but my refund would still be issued shortly. I have numerous emails confirming the facts stated above. It is now going on 6 months and all I desire is the refund of my $1,400 for services never rendered and agreed to be refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like a prompt refund of my $1,400 agreed to be refunded by Laser Cosmetica and True Body MedSpa, which I have been waiting 6 months for.
