I'm writing to you about my recent experience w/ your company. I reached out to TrueFriends based on word-of-mouth & after getting a quote & doing some research of several other moving companies (including one I've used twice in the past that was much closer to my residence) I found that TrueFriends had the best rate. The only disappointment I had regarding the rate was that I was charged the "weekend rate" even though my move was on a Thursday but even w/ the "weekend" rate charge, it still wound up being cheaper than the other places I rec'd quotes from.

On Thursday, 04/30/2015, the movers- [redacted] & [redacted] ( I hope I got their names right), arrived w/ in the time window given me @ the time I booked the appointment.

They were friendly & easy to interact with & definitely helped lower the anxiety that was high that day for me.

They were able to load the truck w/ our items far quicker than I imagined & handled the loading efficiently & were careful with the fragile items. @ the new residence, they handled the unloading just as well. There were no problems, no damage & no issues w/ communication. They lightened the mood with friendly chatting & some jokes, which was very nice.

I was very satisfied with the service they provided & so I made sure to give them a 20% tip when I paid. The only thing about the payment process that bothered me was that I was charged a fee for using my credit card. I had read on the website that you preferred credit card payments, but I was told I could have paid w/ cash if I wanted. Still, aside from that & the "weekend" rate, I was very satisfied with TrueFriends & felt very good that I had chosen your company to help me w/ my move.
