To whom it may concern:
I am going to write a rip off report about this company and report you to the Revdex.com. It will read as follows:
This company is a total and complete scam they do not even have a regular website I could only find the terms and conditions after extensive Google searching. I even tried typing in the pill name, True Grade Garcinia, and the barcode and nothing came up. I ran across this product on a pop up advertisement on a celebrity gossip blog and they said I only had to pay $4.95 for the shipping and handling and couple of days later I get hit with the $84.65 charge to my bank account for a supposed 14 day trial period I agreed to upon buying the product. When I first purchased the pills I got an email of confirmation and another email saying I was signed up for something called Live Body Coach when is $19.95 per month after the 30 day trial. I cancelled that immediately but the company for True Grade Garcinia failed to email me anything about a 14 day trial. I called the company to get a refund because I haven't even opened the product yet and I told them I can send it back for a full refund and the operator proceeded to tell me that there are no refunds being offered right now because their warehouse is NOT equipped to handle such volumes of refunds or some bull[redacted] like that and she said it is stated in the terms and conditions which is a [redacted] lie because I read the terms and conditions and it said nothing like that (see pic below). The operator told me I can get a courtesy of 30% of my money back and that's the best she can do. So after reading the terms and conditions again, I called the company back to try to get another refund and still no luck. The other customer service representative said they can refund the products but there is a $9.99 restocking fee and I will also have to pay the shipping and handling fee of UPS. Then after the company received the product I would then have to wait 30 days to get my refund so he is explained the previous customer service rep only offer the 30% refund of the $84.65 as a courtesy because it is easier to just get something back immediately than to wait 30 days and get a full refund. He also said "Well, I would've offer 50% of your money back but it's to late now because you already agreed to the 30%." So I decided to go through the fraud department with my bank to get a full refund and no luck she said I would have to handle a refund with the merchant. BEWARE!! Do not buy any products from this company I guess that's what I get from buying from a pop up ad lesson learned. So I guess I will resell this on eBay or something to try to get some of my money back. I am going to report these people to the Revdex.com

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did receive a refund  for the last shipment but found that the company had put another charge on my account in June saying that I didn't cancel within 14 days of the first shipment.. My complaint all along has been that I DID call to cancel within just a few days of placing the order. I found the company automatically enrolled me in the Live Body Coach program without my knowing about it. When I realized I was going to be billed an additional amount, I called to cancel and was gjven a deactivation code. During that call, I stressed that I wanted Live Body Coach canceled, along with any future True Grade Garcinia shipments. I was told both requests would be taken care of. They were not, and the folks at True Grade Garcinia conveniently don't recognize the deactivation code I was given. Therefore, I am still out $84.00 for a product I don't want, and one which I was told would be canceled.

Misleading advertising, exorbitant prices and no money-back guarantee.
The True Grade Garcinia advertisement says you will receive a 30-day trial of their product and all you have to do is pay $4.95 shipping and handling. What they don't tell you in their advertising is that in the small print of their terms and conditions:
1. You do not have 30 days to try their product – you have only 10 days. They say 14, but 4 days are for shipping. If you don't cancel within the 14 days – which starts from the day you order not from the day you receive it – you will pay $84.95 additional for one bottle of garcinia.
2. Unless you read the terms and conditions, which of course everyone should read before signing up for anything but I don't remember even seeing a place to read these terms, you will not know that you are signing up for a monthly subscription of their product which begins 14 days after you order.
3. The price of a bottle of their garcinia is exorbitant! You can buy the same product elsewhere for 1/3 or less the price they charge.
4. They offer no money-back guarantee in the trial product. Once you have been charged their "subscription fee" of $84.95 plus shipping, you cannot return the product for a refund. This is not standard business practice. This is not what consumers are used to.
While their business practices may not be illegal they are not what consumers are used to. Consumers are used to businesses trying to get their product known in the market by offering a "free" trial of their product. The usual practice is to receive a free bottle of the product by paying only shipping. Consumers are not used to a 14 day trial at the end of which an additional – and exorbitant fee is charged with no ability to return the product once charged.
