We have agreed to put the material on labor free for this customer. We are in contact with the manufacturer to see if they will supply the material for this job and waiting on them for a response

I have been in contact with my Production Manager. He will be contacting the customer to schedule a time to go to her home and see what needs to be done to resolve this issue

We have been working with them for several months on this.  We have placed an order with the manufacturer and put it on a rush.  We expect to have their parts in and scheduled by May 1, 2015.

Per[redacted], President for True Home Value spoke to Mr.[redacted] at approximately 11:30am February 1, 20**. I have agreed to replace the siding and supply all the installation at no cost. I have agreed to refund Mr. [redacted] the $320.00 for the sample he sent to Canada. The sales representative is meeting with Mr.[redacted] today for him to pick out a color. THV has agreed to having siding installed by April **, 20**.

Thank you for your email regarding the above customer.  We do have their parts on order and delivery is expected the first week of December.  We will call and schedule their service as soon as it comes in.

Yes the company has come back to fix the main complaint, however there are still 2 issues outstanding and they have scheduled time next Wednesday, May 6th to correct those as well. Yes, there is a 50 year warranty, but we have been dealing with them to correct the problems for over 1 year at least. It took a complaint to you to really get the ball rolling and get this taken care of. Thank you. We are satisfied with the new windows and look forward to having the other 2 issues corrected next week.

Thank you for your most recent letter.  We have a 50 year warranty on the product the customer has.  The items we have ordered are in and we are scheduled to complete the service on Wednesday 4-29-15.  In response to a refund, we do not offer an option to give money back.
