For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not accept this offer, these windows have never been right since installed, the preferred choice is for this company to replace them or refund the money so that they can be replaced by another company. The same windows inside now have some issues on the trim as well. [redacted] from True Home Value is aware of this and took pictures. Nothing has been satisfied with this. Please respond with additional resolution. The next step would be to seek legal action.

Due to the weather and our increased business, our production and delivery times have been delayed. We do have his windows in and they are scheduled to be installed on January 28. If I can be any further assistance, please dont hesitate to contact me.

We have heard this same thing over and over for the last three years and nothing has been done. They are always waiting on some one else, now it is the manufacturer. The manufacturer already told us it is not the product, it was improperly installed.
