I was charged 89.25 by Dynotectrueflexmuscle Chicago Illinois. I never authorized the purchase. I can't find a telephone number to contact them. I
2 purchases by dynotectrueflexmuscle and dynotectrueslim.co both out of Chicago Illinois for the amount of 89.25 and 88.75. I can't find a phone number to dispute. Please help me get a refund.

I called again today asking about a refund. I got the same runaround. The clerk said it was out of her hands. I have yet to receive any product that I didnt authorize to begin with. Claim # XXXXXXX was assigned by trueslim.

I ordered a bottle of Nugenic, advertised free with 6.99 shipping. No trial, a one time chg.of $6.99.They took $89.25 from my bank. I want a refund
3/11/2929, I ordered a bottle of Nugenic, advertised free with me paying $6.95 for shp &hand. There was no mention of a trial, no fine print at all. I made sure it didn't involve a trial. They promised a one time chg only of $695.This was to Dynotec True fitness. On 4/6/2020, they took $89.25 from my bank. I immediately canceled my card and called the phone # 855-885-7603 and was informed they do not give refunds. I argued the point, there was no paperwork or mention of a trial, plus the fact I didn't even get the product. After a heated debate, she said she could only refund half of my money. I still insisted on a full refund, but she said half. I never got even the half. they have not refunded anything. Isn't it against the law to false advertise, take money from accounts and scam people like this. I'm on Social Security and $89.25 is a lot of money to me. I have found about 60 complaints online from people who were victims,, money taken and not getting any cooperation from this same company, same charged amount. ...How do they get by with this? Is there any way I can get my money back?

I checked out a ad for some keto pills next thing I know my card was charged 89.25 which I can not afford and would not have bought if I had none this would happen . I believe that to get any info you needed to put credit card info and card would not be charged next thing I see is 89.25 charged to my account and to date have not gotten any product which I didn't order so why was my card charged ?

I never ordered this item nor did I receive the sample or the first regular shipment. Just checked my statement and a sample charge also applied
I just saw a charge on my account for 89.25. Looked into it online as no number was listed to call. Until it sent me to your Revdex.com site , showing complaints and phone numbers listed.as I was looking it up on line I came across the and read about samples for 6.95-only pay shipping. I never received the sample and if the first shipment arrives, will be sending back as refused. I don't take this fake junk, I do it naturally.
Don't even know the product as they have so many under them.

I am requesting a full refund of the $6.95 and $89.25 as I never authorized the sample or this purchase, nor did I receive the sample offer. I will also be notifying my bank.

Keep getting charged for product. Not responding to letters to cancel immediately and no number good to contact. Also no refund on product sent back.
I responded to a free trial offer (I believe in October), and paid shipping with a debit/credit card. I was concerned when no paperwork was with it. Had no way of canceling. On November 19 2018, two amounts were taken out of my account for $89.82 and $89.84. I searched for a way to contact them. No number was listed on my bank information, and could find no number. I sent a letter to the address, and received no response about canceling. Again the two amounts came out on December 19 (which caused on overdrawal on my bank), and again on January 17, 2019. I questioned the bank about halting further payments and they said they could not help. I sent the product back and the post office wrote refused. I received no refund and the product keeps coming. The $89.82 and $89.84 amounts have continued to come out February 19, March, April, and again on May 29. This has overdrawn my account and has caused my utility bills to be late. If I had an extra $1257, this would not be how it was spent. As it is this is money I need to pay bills. I have sent two shipments back, and have several unopened shipments here I could send back if I knew I was going to get the refund. As of today, no refund has been made.

I want the shipments to stop and no more money taken out of my account. I would like a refund on the shipments I've sent back, and if possible to send the other unopened and unwanted shipments back.

I do not accept their wording of ONE TIME COURTESY. When they do not have paperwork with phone number packed in product, do not respond to a letter, nor to having TWO shipments sent back refused.

Returned product, no refund
Did the trail offer. Was sent two more bottles that I didn't want. Followed all the return instructions, called and got a ra# that I don't have, mailed it back within the time line, tracking says they received it 06/01 2019. Still haven't received a refund in the amount of $176.38. Please help and stop this scam..

I ordered a bottle of True Slim for $4.95 . And I sent email and cancelled it on April 6th and I got an email today saying that if I had cancelled yesterday by phone, I could have cancelled it, but now it's too late. Quite convenient for them that I got email today. I was not told I had to cancel by phone. Now I not only pay the $4.95 but have been billed $88.00 and by my doctors orders cannot even take it. It is not their fault I can't take it, but I did cancel in time, but not by phone. What a rip off. Valuable lesson for me. Don't fall for t.v advertised ***.

Unauthorized charge in my account
This company offer a free trial of one of their products, and they offer just to charge for shipping but then they start making charges without having authorization. I didn't even finished the order when they proceed to take my money and now after several emails asking for a solution they don't even answer.

Company makes it impossible to cancel the product within the 14 days necessary to participate in the free trial. The phone number provided never answers (on hold for 20+ min) and the email they advertise in their agreement to cancel doesnt respond. When it finally does respond it says that it needs more information like your name, address, and phone number which were clearly listed in the email you initially sent. When you finally get on the phone with them they will say you had to call for "your security," that's why they don't allow cancellation through email (despite the fact that their agreement online clearly lists the eternal hold phone number or email address to cancel. This company has 0 integrity and all consumers should be warned against their deceitful business practices.

I knew it seemed to good to be true! It is! They charged me in 14 days for the FREE Trial bottles that I already had! SCAM!! Don't do it! I took it for 2 weeks - IT DOESN'T WORK!

I ordered and paid for trial bottles keto burn extreme and keto detox and then a week later am seeing two charges of $89 each and I need a refund.
I was scrolling online and found the products Keto burn extreme and a detox as well. States that only have to pay $5 and some shipping so I paid for the bottles and received them in a timely manner. Then today I notice two separate charges over over $89 have hit my bank account and I never signed anything or placed anymore orders after getting the trial bottles. I need a refund immediately and don't want anything to do with the company I purchased the trial bottles from.

I received a charged in my bank for a total of $10.90 and 14 days later I got another charge for $89.82 and $89.84 I contacted the merchant and they told me it is because I had sign up for a free trial I never got any merchandise and I would never by weight loss product for that much and now they refused to give me my money back

I called like I was told to do in the email with my bank representative on the line and he assured the lady that there was no ongoing dispute well she said that she can't issue me a refund same run around they don't want to refund any money and I'm tired of playing games with them I'm done that's what they do give people the run around they don't want to resolve any issues or give me my refund for that matter it's all a big fat lie.

I tried to cancel my automatic renewal that I didn't want in the first place. Charged almost $100/bottle (2 bottles). Big Time Scam
I called in January of 2019 to cancel an automatic renewal that I didn't sign up for. The customer service would not let me cancel until February 11th. They charged me almost $200 ($100/bottle) on February 4th after the customer service representative told me in January they wouldn't do that, they just wanted feedback on if the diet pill worked. I didn't lose any weight so the pills did me no good. I thought if they did charge maybe $30/bottle on the high side. These pills are not worth even close to $100 for a month supply. I tried to return them and of course no return policy. I was scammed with the no so free sample. I feel like a complete it for not reporting my credit card lost so they couldn't charge me. I really feel this was a HUGE scam.

They can have the unbroken seal of the bottle back with the original package not opened. I want my money back.

I ordered from the site, and I had been misguided by the terms. I was charged 89.82, 2x, and I was confused. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude.
I ordered the true slim products. I paid for the shipping. I thought it was the cost of the product. Anyway, I was scammed because you're supposed to call them, during some abysmal time period, and they will charge you at discounted rate. Well, I didn't call, because I didn't know. I was charged 89.82 and 89,84 due to this fact. I get I was manipulated, but what's even more disappointing is the way I was treated by the employee, working for this money mongering company, when she was already rude and ddefensive, as if she had to "put up her dukes" a thousand times. I had to interrupt her to speak, and she quick tongued and sassy! She said, "can I explain!" I said, "well, I'm actually the customer, so may I explain?" Rude and disrespectful employee! That's what makes me most upset, no even the money!

Company advertised free trial of product for cost of shipping. billed for shipping and handling the next day. A month later charge 179.66.
While watching a Shark Tank show, they offered a free trial of True Slim Garcinia and detox. Saying to pay ship/handling only. In original advertisement there was NO Agreement stipulations or return/refund policies printed on the site. I was billed for $10.90 for shipping, when it was suppose to be $4.95. Then a month later was billed $179.66 for the products. I had received the products in a small box, with no information pamphlet about product, return, refund or anything else.

Was not refund full amount for True Slim product.
I was unaware of a two week trial sample in an advertisement on line.To me it was a one time purchase of 10.90 for trying the product and that was it. The company products were garcinia cambogia and a detox supplement. I was not made aware of an automatic subscription nor the need to cancel within a two week period or a charge in the amount of $89 times two would be taken from my account. I received the product without paperwork or directions included in the box. I did not open the product containers and fell for a sample price it was a loss but not worth sending the box back so I set the box aside. Later I discovered the company withdrew not only once but twice two weeks later an amount of $89. I did not recognize the name of the company on my account statement regarding the withdrawn amounts. When I discovered the name of the company I called the support staff at the company. It was only then when I learned of the subscription and the need to cancel within two weeks. Plus they charge a restocking fee. The company advertising does not make it clear to the consumer. The products is what one can find similar at Walmart or any drug store for much less than what the company takes from the unsuspecting consumer.

I want a full refund of the purchase that I made for the product in the amount of 179.66 for the first charge and another 179.66 for the second charge.

The customer receives an order confirmation as soon they submit the order which contains the customer support phone number as well as the back of the bottle which have the company phone number if need be.

Please, please, please don't do business with this company! Don't even go on their website. I went on their website and filled out a form which I did not submit and was charged for a product that I didn't order. I emailed them and called them several times and was told that the shipping and handling that I was charged for this "free trial" was non-refundable even though the item didn't even ship yet. They are charging me $4.95 for a product that I didn't order and they are belligerent about it. I told them that I was going to report them to the Revdex.com and they said "go ahead".
