Scam with unauthorized charges
I signed up for a trial of true slim Garcinia and detox. The website offered a "free" 14 day trial of products. I paid about 10 $ for shipping costs. The site stated at checkout that end the end of 14 days you could choose to further purchase the product. During my trial I did not feel the product did what was promised, I decided not to purchase anymore. I noticed two charges from the company of 89.84. I called to let them know I wasn't interested in purchasing any. The rude man whom I spoke with informed me that there was fine print stating I had to call them if I didn't want to make the purchase. He also informed me I would not be completely refunded because it was 16 days since the "free trial" began. When I let him know those directions weren't clear and I was upset about not being refunded, he told me they had plenty of customers so he didn't care.

I feel this company tries to trick people into paying these charges for a product that doesn't even work. On top of that, their customer service is terrible!

They should be more clear about the trial and what is expected at the end of it.

Over charged and will not give a refund
I ordered true slim on Sept. 19th and product was shipped on the 20th and delivered on the 24th.On Sept 21st and my credit card was charged $4.95 and $5.95 for shipping.Everything was fine to this point. I have the email of my order confirmation for a total of $10.90. Then on October 8th and again on November 8th I was charged $89.82 and $89.84 each month for a total of $370.22. I didn't catch the charges earlier because of my daughters wedding and I really had no reason to think that I would have any further charges from this company. I called the number listed on my credit card statement on Nov. 14th and they said all they could do is refund $60.00 from the last 2 bottles a total of $120.00 still costing me over $250.00. This was a total scam and I had this happen to me years ago so I was very careful when ordering to read and look for any fine print. My email never stated anything about further shipments or that any cancellation was required it was just my order confirmation for $10.90. I have very very limited income and it may not seem like much to many people but 370.00 dollars is a huge amount to me. Companies like this take advantage of people, they shouldn't be able to operate in this manner.

I, ***, ordered True Slim Brands's Garcinia supplement.
When I ordered the supplement I got a discount on it so I only had to oay for the shipping, which was around $10-$12. The garcinia supplement also came with a detox supplement. When I ordered the supplement I didn't realize it was a subscription until I was delivered new bottles of both supplements and charged full price for them. I would like to discontinue my subscription and send back the unopened package I received for a refund.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the bottles if you do not call to cancel and return the product. You will automatically be enrolled in a monthly shipping until you call and cancel your account.

Your trial started when you placed the order on 01/01/2018 and ended on 8/23/2018 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus why your account has remained active and charged you for another month's supply of the products.

We have cancelled your account and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have credited you back $179.86 without the need to return any of our products.

Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.

Falsely advertised. They claim the product is free, you only pay shipping than hit you with a $200 o your card. Initially I did not record the product, it was delivered to the wrong unit in 450 unit build.. when I originally called to tell them I did not get anything the woman argues with me and was Extremely disrespectful. She made me agree not to dispute with my bank and she will give me back $120 out of $200
They charged me for an item I now received 3 months later sitting in the mailroom after being delivered to the wrong unit with out my name on it. When I called to te them I ca. Return the item now that it is here and opened for full refund they said I am too late.. this is fraud they steal your money. Do not order...

I responded to a two week trial sample in an advertisement on line. The company products were garcinia cambogia and a detox supplement. I was not made aware of an automatic subscription nor the need to cancel within a two week period or a charge in the amount of $89 times two would be taken from my account. I received the product without paperwork or directions included in the box. The product containers were dusty and did not apear to be of good quality. I did not open the product containers and felt for a sample price it was a loss but not worth sending the box back so I set the box aside. Later I discovered the company withdrew not only once but twice two weeks later an amount of $89. I did not recognize the name of the company on my acount statement and reached out for information regarding the withdrawn amounts. When I discovered the name of the company and was provided a contact number I called the support staff at the company. It was only then when I learned of the subscription and the need to cancel within two weeks. The company advertising does not make it clear to the consumer. The products are what one can find of similar product type for much less than what the company takes from the unsuspecting consumer. I am submitting this complaint so other consumers are not subjected to this from the company.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that you will receive a 30 day supply of the product and you can test it out for 14 days for the cost of shipping and handling fee only. Before fully making your purchase you were asked if you agreed to the terms and conditions. Everything is stated on the terms and conditions.Your trial started on 09/01/18 in which you received a 30-day supply of the products, the trial ended on 09/18/18 without any cancellation hence the regular charges.

To help you with the charge on your account, we can issue a full refund once we can confirm a that the dispute on the charge is withdrawn. I know this is not likely ideal but we have to make sure any cases pertaining to the charge are closed in order for us to refund any charges and make sure no double refunds are processed.

I do not wish to withdraw my complaint. Because money was withdrawn on my account without my knowledge I did not trust that the company would not attempt to make further charges. I placed my account on Hold. It feels like a violation and I do not want others to experience this. Refund or not I want to keep my complaint on file.

Got the free bottles, no where did it ask me to sign that they could take out any more money or anything about having only 14 days to cancel, they went and took out 179.90 called them up and talk to carl and he sat there and argued with me when I had told him to show where I had signed a contract that they could take out more money, this is a big scam, would send back the unused pills but never did I sign a contract stating they could take out any more money than the $9.90, Never did I sign a credit card authorization form

The company uses fraudulent advertising to get people to buy the product.
No fine print in advertising that states you will be billed automatically each month for product. It states you can buy two bottles to try for one price without obligation.

Hello, When you click on one of our Ads it will route you the website where you can place your order. You must agree to the terms and conditions which state that you will receive a 30 day supply of the product and you can test it out for 14 days for the cost of shipping and handling fee only, after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the bottles if you do not call to cancel and return the product. The shipping and handling fee charges of the products are non-refundandable as per terms, before fully making your purchase you were asked if you agreed to the terms and conditions.

The order was placed on 07/23/2018 and the trial ended on 08/11/2018 with the regular charges of the products. The account was cancelled on 08/14/2018 and the customer spoke to a representative and was processed a refund of $140 in total on 08/15/2018.

Refusal to return money
Product guaranteed 100 percent sadisfation. I returned the unopened products return to sender cancel in original box . I never recived my refund on my credit card, I called to see what was taking so long. The response I received was I didn't return the product correctly it was lost in the mail but I did receive a email saying the cancellation was received. The only way they would of known that is if they received products! I then received a email saying they would credit me 60.00 dollars as agreed the bill was over 200.00 dollars. I want my full refund as guaranteed.

The products were not returned in accordance with our terms and conditions and we cannot process a full refund for that but the representative gave the customer a partial refund to acknowledged the return made by the customer and to meet her halfway.

Never agreed to the amount in fact received a email stating I agreed to $60.00 dollars this is a very dishonest business and I only wanted my 100 hundred percent as guaranteed will take this to food and drugs as suggested this company is a far cry from a honest company!

When customers order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the bottles if you do not call to cancel and return the product. Per terms and conditions all used products are non-returnable or refundable once past the 14-day trial period. Your trial started the moment you placed your order online on 07/15/2018, your trial ended on 08/01/2018 but was charged on 08/04/2018 since there were no calls received within the trial period hence why the account has remained active.

The customer called only on 08/04/2018 in which charges were already processed and talked to one of our representatives and agreed to the refund offered of $40 for each product, a total of $80 was processed back to her account on that day.

Was given a 14 day free trial and was charged before the 14 days was up. Company refuses to discuss refund.
True slims ad states that they give you a 3 day travel time for item, then a 14 day free trial begins after its arrival for a total it says of 17 days. Item left them on 5/29/18, arrived to me 3 days later on the 5/31 , free trial began on the 6/1 and I cancelled on 6/13, I was charged 2 charges of 89.82 and another for 89.84 on 6/13, before my free trial even ended. they took this on my master-card debit card given when I paid the shipping and handling for the detox and Garcinia products.

Dear Revdex.com,
I am writing to lodge a complaint about True Slim Brands bearing the below business address that has charged my husband's credit card without authorisation to purchase the products that they mailed to my home address in Minneapolis. My only authorisation was to purchase the free trial products costing $9.95 sometime earlier this year.
In April 2018, they sent an additional bottle via mail and I did not realise that they had charged me an amount of $89 (rounded down) to the credit card. The package did not specify any return requirements, and I assumed it was part of the free trial I had signed up earlier.
Then, on June 11th, a package was found in my mail again, this time they had sent two bottles. I became suspicious and called the Support Team who explained that I had signed up for the products after a 14-day free trial at the high cost mentioned above.
I refuted this and mentioned that I am lodging reports with Consumer Authorities (FTC and Revdex.com) and they agreed to refund the June 2018 package (upon them receiving the products within 30 days). However, the agent refused any refund on the item delivered in April 2018 on the basis that there is a 30-day return policy requirement. I highlighted the fact that I did not authorise the specific April purchase in the 1st place and the return policy was not explicitly stated on the package like any other package we receive via post in the US.

I would like to highlight this matter to Revdex.com and seek support to get full refund on the products that have been 'sold' to me without my authorisation between April to June 2018.

When you placed an order with us, you had to agree with the terms and conditions of the product. We will send you 1 bottle (a 30 day supply) of our product for the shipping and handling price of $4.95. If you don't cancel your TrueSlim trial before the end of the 17 day trial (13 day trial plus 4 days shipping) time, you will be charged the full price of $89.84 and $89.82 for the trial product in hand and every thirty days thereafter you will receive a new 30-day supply of the products util you call to cancel.

You're subscription has been cancelled last June 11, 2018 and you were partially refunded for $35 each product for the recent bottles (3rd shipment) and the rest will be processed once the returned bottles are received by our fulfillment. Another $30 for each product on June 12, 2018 was processed for your 2nd shipment of the products way back April.

I will be able to give a one time courtesy for full refunds on April if you return the bottles received on that date. Your June charges will be refunded once we received back the merchandise ($54.84 - garcinia & $54.82 - Detox).

True Slim took my order and when I tried immediately to cancel because there was an additional item on my order (Detox) I was told my money will be refunded and then after the product showed up I find out that I am still charged my credit card for something I D|ID NOT WANT OR ORDER, I am given 10 days to return the things I DID NOT ORDER. This makes me believe that True Slim is a con artist company. I am completely disappointed with this company and will use every bit of todays modern media to let others know my story. Sorry I can't tell anyone if it works because I never use a product, that I am sure is from a poorly run, money grabbing management group or owner.

I ordered a 14 day free trial On FEB 28 th for there TPCGARCINIA and TPCFORSKOLIN with the cost of shipping of $4.95 each which I agreed to pay on my credit card, instead of sending a 14 day supply they sent a 30 day supply which I did not authorize for that, then they billed me without my authorization on my credit card for $74.94 for TPCGARICIA ON 3/14 and $69.97 for TPCFORSKOLIN ON 3/15,

They then billed me again on on April 14th for TCPGARCINIA for $84.88 and on Apri 15 they billed me TCPGARCINIA for $79.94 without my authorization. When I called they told me that I cannot return the product because 30 days have passed. I don't beleive that they are able to charge my credit card without my authorization. The product does not work and I stopped using it after 1 week.

I ordered a 14 day trial and received confirmation of that trial 2/23/18
On 2/23/18 I tried the 10.00 14 day trial for trueslimgarcinia. At the time I only received confirmation of my order for 10.90. On 2/28/18 I emailed them and said how to re-order, thinking they might respond to help manage an subscription I assumed was coming, but not explicitly informed of. No one responded. They then charged me 86 dollars for another order, which I did not approve. They claim that in the web terms it says I approved this, but I believe they have to provide a copy with the terms, contact information, and how to cancel any subscriptions explicitly in emails. They did not. They have since frozen my account since I disputed this with my cc company and won't refund me. The Customer Service rep put in email that I signed up for a trial that was from 2/23/2018-3/11/2018, so I believe they illegally signed me up for some other subscription that I did not approve. Trial is temporary, not subscription. I now have to call them with my bank on the line to get my money back. I feel like they are violating laws by NOT providing terms in confirmation emails nor are they providing billing information for the higher priced bottle. Additionally, I did email the email address that confirmed my purchase to ask about this ordering process and no one responded. Since no contact information is provided, I feel like I met the terms. I am sure many others are facing this issue.

Prior to fully purchasing customers must acknowledge the trial period time frame, shipping charges and recurring charges. Customers are fully informed and must agree to the cancellation policy along with terms and conditions. During the ordering process customers must agree to all terms and conditions two (2) times with electronic signature. The customer receives an order confirmation as soon they submit the order which contains the customer support phone number as well as the back of the bottle which have the company phone number if need be.

As a one courtesy credit, we will issue a full refund of $89.84, please let us know of your response so we can process the credit back to your account.

My issue is not with the product it is with the terms and the fact that you don't offer an opt out of terms. Only an opt in. Couple this with the fact that I have reviewed all emails and no terms were provided nor was any additional information provided about the subscription or significant cost difference between trail and subscription. I emailed the Custer email twice. One went unanswered and the second did and you all cancelled immediately. I believe your website is currently violating several federal and state laws that require explicit opt out options as well as notification of specific terms via email which was not provided. I want you to change your process, at least email clients the full terms for them to review. I found no information anywhere when I was searching. So I am sure many others have the same issue.

I just received a new bottle, unordered, and, of course, I didn't cancel in time, because I didn't know that I had to. This is a SCAM!!

Once we, True Slim brands receives a Dispute we are no longer available to process a refund to the customer since our account is frozen with the corresponding customer. The trial started from the time you placed the order on 02/17/18 until 03/06/18. You called on 03/13/18, a CSR have cancelled your account and to help you with the charges processed a refund of $70.00 off each charge.

As a ONE time customer courtesy we have processed an additional refund or remainder amount of $19.82 True Slim - Detox and $19.84 True Slim - Garcinia today 04/04/2018. You should see the refund in your account within 3-5 business days.

I signed up for the "free trial" through FB. The item was supposedly shipped but I never received it and the company refuses to give me my money back
I saw the ad on FB on 12-26-17 for the "free trial" of True Slim. I submitted my name, address, email and bank debit card information for the $4.95 I was charged to ship my free product. It included a tracking number of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and was supposedly delivered to my mailbox on 12-30-17. After checking my mailbox on that date, 12-31, and again on 1-2 since there was a holiday and finding no package I contacted my local post office to see what may have happened. I gave them the tracking info and was told they would need to speak directly with my carrier to see if he had any information to pass along. On 1-5-18 I received a phone call back from the post office stating they were unsure what may have happened and to file a report for a lost or stolen package which I did. The search ID for the case is XXXXXXX. I was informed this could take at least 30 days to try to locate the item. In the meantime on 1-12-18 I noticed on my bank account a charge for $89.84 from this same company under the name "Natural Garcinia". I called 1-877-585-0779 and spoke to a very hard to understand call center employee who I should have known at that point was not legitimate because they had to ask what product I was calling in reference to. Skin care, dietary supplements, etc. She was very rude on the phone and stated that she could only refund me $60 but not the full amount of $89.84. I said that is not acceptable as I never even received this product per the case I filed with the USPS. She then stated I would have to take this up with my bank if I wanted to try to get a full refund. Since then, I filed a dispute with my bank and have been denied the refund so far because they stated that this company REFUSES to give me my money back. After reading numerous complaints online I am starting to think the company never even sent me a product to begin with and the representative never offered to send out a replacement for the one that I never got. I have been scammed out of $89.84. If I were to walk into a store and take an item without paying for it I would be arrested and charged with theft. This company absolutely stole my money without providing me with a product and I want my hard earned money back!!!! I even tried calling the toll free number again yesterday and spoke to a different representative and told them I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and the FTC. She said it didn't matter what I did because they will continue to deny me my money back. I am appalled, frustrated, sickened, and disgusted that there are businesses out there who prey on and take advantage of innocent people. Everything about True Slim or Natural Nutrition Garcinia-not quite sure what the actual name of the business even is at this point-is based on lies and deceit in order to make a profit at the expense of unknowing, vulnerable people. From the minute you go to their website-which isn't even an actual business website-it's nothing more than a marketing ad to sell you their product, I should have been immediately suspicious. I have attached a screen shot of this website aka marketing ad. A legitimate brand of Garcinia Cambogia can be found on trusted sites such as Amazon. When you search for True Slim Garcinia or Natural Nutritions Garcinia on Amazon.com neither come up. Then the kicker is when you look at the second page of their marketing website and they have their address listed as Natural Nutritions LLC Corp address 2714 Garden Falls Dr Brandon, FL 33511 and do a google search to see exactly where this so called business is located at, that address is actually for a single family residential home in Florida!!!!! I have also attached a screen shot from Zillow showing that this address is for a single family home, not a business!!! What a scam!!!!! I can't believe they can legally get away with this!!!! What's most appalling to me is the fact that they have blatantly lied to the Revdex.com in stating that I did not contact customer service to cancel the order or request a refund by 1-12-18 during the so called trial period. I have attached a copy of both my cell phone records and the cancellation email dated from 1-12-18. I most certainly called their customer service number at 1-877-585-0779 at 2:43pm on 1-12-18 and had an 8 minute long conversation with a representative who indeed cancelled my order and offered me a $60 refund which I declined because I wanted 100% of my money back for not receiving the product. She rudely stated I would need to contact my bank in order to try to receive all of my money back. The bank has been fighting this losing battle ever since and has not been able to provide me with a refund because this so called "business" keeps refusing to give me my money back. My bank also provided documentation from Natural Nutritions stating I NEVER called to cancel or request a refund which they are now caught in yet another lie because the response from them to the Revdex.com was that I didn't call before the end of the trial period. I have attached a copy of their response to my bank. True Slim/Natural Nutritions Garcinia is a bogus "business" who operates unethically by willingly stealing money from customers and refuses to give refunds which is how they continue to make such large profits. The FTC has also been notified of this incident and a complaint was filed with them as well. I will be contacting my attorney and also consider filing a class action lawsuit if I am not refunded $89.84 plus the $4.95 in shipping from a "business" built 100% on lies and deceit who deliberately scams people out of money without providing a product in return. Please shut them down so this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future!!!!

I received a a small box in the mail from true slim on January 3rd addressed to *** as there is no *** that resides here I marked the Box Return to Sender and stuck it in the local mailbox. On January 5th I noticed an unknown pending charge for $89.84 with the phone number 877-594-8988 so I called it and found out it was for some kind of weight loss pill from the true slim company. I informed them that I never ordered a weight loss pill however I did receive a box in the mail addressed to someone else that I had marked Return to Sender on January 3rd. The customer service representative notified me that there is nothing that they can do and that I would be continually bill me each month for these pills. I became upset and stated that I didn't know how it they can legally do something like this. After going back and forth , the representative told me to take it up with my credit card company and that there was nothing more he could do and hung up on me. My credit card is a prepaid credit card and I was informed that there was nothing that they can do. I then began to look up the company online and seen that there are pages and pages of complaints on different sites talking about how they have been scammed by this company. I proceeded to call the company back and notify them of what the credit card company had said and that there has to be somebody else I can speak to a supervisor of some sort that can help me with the situation. The representative again told me that there was nothing that they can do I told her that that that was not okay and that she needed to find a supervisor to speak to that I wanted a refund as well as canceling whatever membership they had signed me up for she put me on hold for several minutes and came back and notified me that she did indeed cancel the membership and that she could give me a refund for everything but the shipping and handling. I told her that something was better than nothing at that point and then that would be okay she put me on hold again for several minutes and came back and said that there was nothing that she could do to help me I asked to speak to the supervisor again she put me on hold several minutes again and then the supervisor came back on the phone . He appeared to be very agitated. I informed him of the situation and he again told me that there was nothing he could do. I informed him that I didn't know how it was legal to bill me for something that was for somebody else , and that I am sure if I was to speak to my lawyer or the Revdex.com they would say the same thing as I have read that this is happened to them several times and he said do what you need to do misses ***. I then became agitated back and informed him again that my name was not mrs. it was mrs. and he stated again do what you need to do.I am beyond frustrated and don't know what else to do at this point.

It will not allow me to respond online so that is why I'm having to respond in this email. It does not surprise me that they are not able to find any information for me in their system because as originally stated the package was not for me, it came addressed to a person named Steve Campbell but yet they sent it to my address and charged my card for it. So Steve Campbell is probably who they have it listed under in their records.

When I ordered this product I used my cell phone and clicked on an ad from FB which took me to a screen where I entered all of my information and clicked order. There was nothing on the page about a recurring charge to my credit card, this was advertised as a "free trial". The FB ad link did not take you to the full website which is where they directed me to go when I spoke to them. Neither does the receipt, emailed to me state anything about a recurring charge after a certain deadline.

I received double charges on my credit card on January 13th for the amount of 89.84 and 89.82. I called the number immediately on that day and received no answer. I then contacted my bank and spoke to them about my options to stop the payment. I emailed TrueSlim immediately and sent the back the copy of my emailed receipt.

I spoke with Zee #406 who told me that she was only able to authorize a $120 refund. I said I wanted the full refund and she said she was only able to authorize a refund of $130. I said I wanted a full refund, and she asked me to hold and then came back and said she was authorized to offer me $140 refund. I asked to speak to the same person she just put me on hold for.
I spoke with Lester $004060 who told me that I was only able to receive $140.00. They will not give me a full return because of a restocking fee that I am not using because I am not able to send them back a sealed container, so no restocking will occur. He also told me that he will not process a refund for me if I don't agree to not make a complaint or argue the charges with my credit card company. I think it is unfair of them to tell me I can't make a complaint against their customer service department telling me I can't complain if they agree to give me a partial refund.

I believe this company prays on customers by hiding the true information of how their system works on one website not always seen and then charges additional, unfair, fees under the title of "restocking".

Refund They agreed to refund me $140. I would like the remaining 39.66 returned to my credit card. In addition, update the FB ad so it clearly states that the charges that will be charged if you don't contact them within 14 days. Update the emailed receipt to clearly state the requirement, as well. Understand that if it is clearly posted everywhere and the customer doesn't contact them, then they have earned a customer in good faith. Hiding the requirements is shady business and unfair to customers
