True View installed a 52"x103" wall mirror 12-19-Several months ago black spots appeared on the top of the mirrorOn 2-25-16, True View Sent a Technician to evaluate the problemThe Technician indicated that he had never seen anything like that and indicated that it appeared to be a defect in the productHe took a picture and said that it looked like more black spots were coming around the topA week later, I called True View to discuss the Technician's finding and what could be done to correct the problemI was told at that time that there was a three month warranty and the product was no longer coveredThere was never a mention of a three month warranty at the time of purchase or after installationI never received any warranty informationI am requesting the defective mirror be replaced at their expenseThe Manager has not returned my call

I had a great experience with True View WindowsWhen I first called the office, the staff quickly directed me to the right departmentMy salesman, Judd, was very knowledgeable and thoroughly discussed several different window options during our appointmentHe was happy to answer all of the questions that I had

We had balancers in a window replacedWhile the tech was performing service he damaged the wall below the windowWe were there at time of service and have texted documentation that the tech had dropped things and there was a loud noise and he was like a bull in a china shopWe took a picture of the wall and baseboard damage right away when he was done and alerted [redacted] ***First they said they thought we had taken a picture of a different wall than the one under the window because the window was not included in the pictureThen they said they should not be responsible since the tech said he did not damage the wallI asked to have a meeting at the property with the tech and management and they refused

It was a lengthy process that took multiple visits, and replacement parts had to come from out of state, but everyone I dealt with was polite and professionalWhen it finally came time for the actual repair work, Cory did an exceptional job and the door works perfectly now Very pleased overall Thank you

I had a an unusual multi-point lockset that needed to be replacedThey tracked down the manufacturer, ordered the parts and replaced them correctlyAppreciate them going the extra mile

Excellant customer service from the moment I called to the final cleaning the technician performed after he window was installed

The only positive comment I can make about this company is that my new window looks greatAside from that, True View Windows lacks customer service skills and professionalismI should have know what I was getting myself into from the moment I spoke to Judd (sales manager), who I contacted for an estimateHe asked if I wanted the estimate via email or a phone callI said bothThe next day, I got my estimate via TEXTYes, the sales manager texted me my quote After someone came out to my home to measure the window, I waited a week for someone to call me to set up an appointment for the installationI texted Judd that I hadn't heard from anyone and he asked me to call him because he had the paper work for me to signWait, what? He had the paper work and he kept me waiting for a week and now he wants ME to call him? When my window finally came in, my appointment time was 7-12pmI got a call the day before my installation date, letting me know the installers would be at my home between 10-11amThe day of my appointment, I had to call them times, EVERY HOUR, between 10:30am-12:45pm, to find out when the installers were going to arriveEvery hour they gave me the run around, making me believe the installers were on their wayAt the 12:hour, they finally admitted that the installers hadn't even left the appointment prior to mineThere was an issue with that installation, which carried over into my appointment Why didn't anyone reach out to me to tell me they were going to be prolonged? Not once did they call me and let me know about the delayI had to call to find out what was going onOverall, they were over hours late I told the manager I spoke to, that I wanted compensation for the inconvenienceI was led to believe I would be offered a discount, but later in the week - that was retracted The window coordinator, Stephan, told me they didn't feel a discount was necessary just because they were lateThey were over hours late! That is unacceptableOn top of that, they never called me to tell me they were going to be this late I'm staying with my family, while my home is being remodeledI took the day off from work, drove over hours to be at my home to meet with the installersMy entire morning was wasted because these people don't know how to communicate with each other and the customerThe lack of consideration for my time and respect for me, as a customer, is evidentWhen the offer of giving me a discount was retracted, they told me, instead, they'd give me a discount on my next service, which I found that to be incredibly insulting I called the number on their website and when Erin answered the phone, I asked her for the name of the President/CEO of the companyI was asked why, in the rudest tone, by ErinNeedless to say, she wouldn't give me the name I asked for, and so I told her I'd find it elsewhereWhy she wouldn't give me the President's name is beyond me, but Erin's resistance and rudeness only added to my piling list of complaints I wrote a letter to the President of this company, Jamie R***, and to the Customer Service Manager, Celina G***The response I received was from the Quality Control Manager, Shelly, who did apologize for how my appointment was handled and let me know that certain changes were being made internally, based on the feedback I had written in the letterOnce again, the offer to give me a discount on my NEXT service was an option and nothing pertaining to the previous service - which the complaint was about Maybe the damage is already done because I'm still not satisfied with the response I received from ShellyI had really, really hoped she would tell me something that would make me feel better and not need to write this review, but after our talk, my feelings haven't changed Why would I want to give another penny to a business that is trying to get me to come back, when they haven't even compensated me for what they put me through, to begin with? How do I know I'm not going to get screwed over next time? Actions speak louder than wordsI appreciate the apology, even though it wasn't from MrR***, and it's great that they're making changes because they definitely need to, but they have failed AGAIN in keeping me from wanting to do any business with them Sometimes customers contribute to the problem they're having with a business, that leads the transaction to being escalatedHere's the thing though - I didn't do anything wrongI gave them valid payment, I was at my home to let the installers in, I made sure nothing was blocking the window they replaced and they had full access to my home, without anything or anyone being in their wayThey kept me waiting for over hours, never once called me to say they would be late and with no consideration for the time I wasted waiting for themWhen I did complain, the only compensation I'm offered is an apology and a discount on my next serviceApologies are nice, but they don't pay for the gas that I wasted when I was driving around, trying to kill time, while I waited for the installers Based on the overall responses I've received from True View, what I take from this experience is them telling me that they don't really value me as a customer, they don't care about my time and since they already have my money - they don't feel the need to appease me in any way, except to give me empty promisesConsider this customer lost and I have told several people about this experience and will continue to do so

During the memorial day weekend this year, a window got broken in my homeI called true view who came out and said I would need to get tempered glass to repairI was told my window would be repaired within to daysWe had to pay for half up front and rest upon completionI was called on day five, which I expected as I was told the glass would be in at that time then I would be scheduled for installThe scheduler called at 5:30pm and I advised I have to call right back so I could verify payment could be madeI called back minutes later I was told to call back tomorrow scheduling closes at I was compensated $by a manager, but it is now June and no one has contacted me to finish the jobMy window has been open half a month, which is not safe for me or my two childrenI really regret trusting their my family with their services

Excellent service, beginning with Melita, who took my original panicked call about my broken window and quickly arranged for the appraisal for the replacement, through to the installation by Saul and Raoul, technicians extraordinaire, who persisted despite all difficulties to a successful and flawless installation!

Great company, everyone is professional and pleasant I've used them for glass shower doors and sun screens They are on time and do a fantastic job

100% dissatisfiedI waited several weeks before writing a review to make sure I was not acting out of angerWe were victims of a burglary in early Feb along with our neighborShe called True View and after finishing at her home, we asked for estimates on a new sliding glass door that had been shattered by the thief We specifically stated that we wanted a new DOOR replacement, not replacement glassAfter arguing with us, the guy appeared to relent and said he'd order the door and the proceeded to take measurements When the estimate was ready, we again spoke about the door being replaced When the install guy showed up (at the end of the 5-hour window we were given), he only had replacement glass We were extremely frustrated, but did not want to live with our back door boarded up any longer and decided to have the glass installed The installation was sloppy The door barely slides, which was never a problem in the past The guy told us to grease the wheels and actually said his install was "beautiful."??? I'm glad he was proud of his shoddy workmanship, but we are not My husband had to put the door back on the track twice in front of this guy, but he remained unfazedWe also had to fix the door latch after he left because the door didn't lock! It was misaligned We were given no final paperwork or a copy of the work order (it was emailed the following week) This company was completely unprofessional from the first guy who argued with us and then ignored our specific request to the install guy who obviously wanted to leave for the day For the price we paid, we should have received much better service

This is the 2nd home I've used true view for,great start to finish

I spoke to other companies and amaze how Judd is so Helpful, (I am only replacing window in my house) Judd answered all my questions with out hesitation, offered suggestion that I did not get from the other company because it's only one window that I am replacingThis assures me and set up an appointment with Judd to come outThey offer free in home estimate Thank you Judd for visiting and walking me and my husband on the process to make sure we are getting the best quality window for our budget We are replacing all windows in our house We highly recommend True View from Calling the office to Judd Coming out done professionally no time wasted no run around

I paid half up front, of a $fee to have a single pane of our dual pane sliding door replaced after it was shattered by a gardenerThe company seemed very professional, sent a worker to take measurementsI placed my order, special order due to the size, and waited to have it installed I was given an installation dateI was called the day before and told I was moved up to the first appointment and the tech would be at my home between and amI would be called priorAt amI called and they could not reach their techIt took a supervisor to call and reach himI was told he would be at my home in minutesThat's just the beginningThe tech arrived took out my screen and fixed door and had trouble removing the broken sliderHe became extremely agitated, complained that the company should have sent another worker and continued to bang, kick and tug on the door, using various tools to get it outAt one point I asked him if he needed a flashlight as he was looking along the bottom track and he snapped back, " what I need is to get this door off!" He then got the door off and disappeared to the front of my home for over an hour and a half and reappeared to reinstall the doorHe started spewing his personal problems to me about his child custody case and how his twins mother accused him of threatening her with a gunHe denied this a complained about the court system and his attorneyHe then said the glass didn't fit in the door even though he " tried to make it fit"He put my door back on, broken glass side in ( this was backwards) and leftI was actually just relieved he was goneNo one should send a worker into someone's home with that attitude I of course called to inform them and tell them he was not to returnThey said they would put a rush on my reorderEnded up calling me the next week wanting to set up for days later, really? Then they said days but no idea if they would have the glass just said they would make it workI had no faith in thatI wanted to speak with the manager who they finally told me was the OWNER, Jaimie, but they kept giving me different stories about why he couldn't come to the phoneFinally one representative told me outright, " he doesn't want to talk to you"I was flabbergasted, Who does that? No way to run a business! The customer service manager was decent to me on the phone and did agree to refund my deposit on my insistence when I then cancelled my orderHoweverShe did still lie to me about the owners wherabouts until finally telling me the truthI guess he was obviously just not interested in his customer or the situationIf I could rate this company with stars I wouldIn fact the customer service manager wrote me an email confirming her refund of my depositIn it she stated, "I can completely understand where you are coming from as a customer and I side with you all the way, the whole situation frustrated me as well and it was quite embarrassing."

Our experience with True View was excellentNot only were they by far the most reasonably priced for installation but they were reliable, efficient and careful They focused on the job I needed done and didn’t try to sell me more than what I wanted at the time! We had two enormous windows and they did an amazing job getting them set with precision!! Thanks True ViewI have already started telling my friendsWe will definitely use them again in the future

Very pleased with adjuster who came to our houseI am sorry I don't remember his nameKristin in Customer Services was exceptionally helpful in assisting us overcoming a couple of hurdles
