Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below While the concrete has been replacedThere is a large spot on my front lawn with gravel and cement that has killed the grassThe repairs done to the concrete pops are not what I was told was going to be done to take care of that problemIt looks like some material was used as a filler for the pops and applied with a putty knifeMr [redacted] told me that the pops would be drilled out and filled back upHe provided me with with an address to a home in the Pine Hills subdivision that he had done the drill and fill repair to and asked if that would be acceptable by meMy wife and I drove to the location looked at it and agreed to having similar repairs done to our drivewayI still have his hand written not with the address of the home that had the repairs done on itAgain this was not how the repairs were ta*** care of and I had another company look at this and was told it was a temporary fix that wont last long.It has been very frustrating over the last 1/years to be told one thing and have another happenIt was not until I filed this complaint that my promises of taking action was ta [redacted] seriously. My neighbor reported to me that while the concrete replacement was being done he had heard Mr [redacted] on the phone telling somebody he was a guys house taking care of something so he would get off his backOr something along those lines. After hearing that I no longer want [redacted] back hereIf taking care of a customer that has had poor quality work done a jerked around for over years is deemed to be on your backI dont need to do business with companies that have that kind of customer service and the repairs will speak for themselves Regards, [redacted]

Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 15, 2015/07/15) */ On June 12, I received the following message; Hello, I understand your frustration and can cancel the ads as of today Your Trulia ad subscriptions have been canceled so as to not renew today 6/12/ Thank you, ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: 1- Trulia respond says -“we do not see any previous correspondence from this consumer” It’s expected that you don't see any complain for couple reasons: A- Customer Service/support has only one way to communicate which it is email, customer service never responded to the emails, I sent them few emails regarding this issueThey have a phone number but never answered itHere the review [redacted] In order to catch this kind of bugs you will need to keep an eye and collect evidences for long period of timeUsually buyers check the crime rate map one time when they decide to have some information about a propertyUsually they will not compare the information provided with the source informationHaving this issue reported and raised will have people's attention and you'll start seeing some action about it soon 2- Trulia respond says -“We receive all crime data from third party sources, [redacted] and [redacted] , which are updated on our site periodically” A- 100% true that Trulia get crime data from third partiesHere is the issue, Trulia is not representing the data correctlyBoth sources ( [redacted] and [redacted] ) does NOT have any faulty data in their endThe faulty data is occurred in Trulia crime map onlyBased on the attached screenshots, If we compare Trulia map incidents with [redacted] or [redacted] you will see there are incidents showing only on Trulia crime map, other sources [redacted] and [redacted] will not have those incidents(Area marked as“X” in attached screenshots)B- The second serious issue is the color-Coded feature that reflect the crime rate by colorTrulia crime map provide this feature but there is an obvious problem thereBy going back to Trulia map screenshot, you will notice that their map shows higher crime color code (Light green and yellow) for the area that has less incidents, however, the areas that has more incidents will mark it is safer! (darker green called it lowest crime area) 3- Trulia respond says -“Our crime maps are classified based on years of data” Could you explain why area X marked as light green? Could you explain why Trulia map changed times within months? Thanks Finally, This type of mistakes will provide misleading information that cause economic/emotional damage for both buyers and sellersCrime rate information is playing now a very sensative major factor when it became to making a decision in buying propertiesSellers also will be affected by this issue and suffer from economic damage when you mark or color coded their area as higher rate crime areaYou can’t Blame data sources since they not providing the faulty data (as you can see from the screenshots)Trust me I am software engineer for decades and worked/working for biggest companies in the world, having your developer's look at it again will not hurt it will save a lot of troubles in near future, start with comparing some case and let your QA’s look at it ThanksSincerely, [redacted]

HI, The issue with Trulia has not been resolvedI contacted my credit card company and they were able to issue a credit for of the months that I was billedThat means there are still months outstanding ($330) after I requested cancellation of the account both by phone and in writingTrulia has never contacted me to bring this issue to resolution, and it remains unresolved ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: County records have been updated since December The selling price is not correct at all Either remove all sales data from my home or remove my home completely from your site I will escalate this if needed Sincerely, [redacted]

We received a consumer complaint from the homeowner of [redacted] on Tuesday, July 25thThe consumer requested for Trulia to correct the erroneous sale history price from our site's displayWe informed the consumer that Trulia does not currently have the tools to edit informationThe data we received from the home was gathered by a third-party data collector and only updates when discrepancies are identified in the next data collection cycleOur third-party data collector gathers home history information from public records and places them into parcel numbersThere are cases when a home's parcel number is incorrectly assigned to another home during the third-party data collection process Although Trulia has been acquired by [redacted] , we are still working on the integration of our support teams and will continue to operate separatelyBecause of this, Trulia does not have the same tools as our parent company [redacted] to modify home sale history

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/04/27) */ Terms and conditions have been reviewed with customer Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/04/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) A one line response stating Trulia reviewed terms and conditions with me and no substantive response to any of the very specific and valid claims of misrepresentation of the expected performance for a $426/mo subscription by Trulia their sales rep is not acceptableIt is however typical of my experience with Trulia whereby they are incoherent to facts that do not fit their scripts to rebut legitimate customer complaintsTrulia business practices and customer no-service is among the most horrific experiences I have had with any company Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/05/06) */ Terms and conditions have been reviewed with customer Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2015/05/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Trulia's answer is unacceptableCompletely ignores the issues I raised and is just a broken record 'we reviewed terms...'nauseating and waste of time Trulia is in deep trouble now since losing ListHub contract which represented 65% of their online home buyers / sellers trafficSo it is not surprising that they won't cooperate and wont be around long, especially going around treating customers like I have beenWhat a nightmare customer experience

A feed is a means to publish frequently updated data in a consistent data formatIn the Trulia Listings Feed process, it's an XML file that transmits your listingsTypically, a Web master or software developer will set up the feed and submit it to TruliaTrulia does not pull listings from different websites The changes the homeowner is requesting to their listing on Trulia will need to be updated at the source of the listingWe do not have access to [redacted] - [redacted] to make editsThe real estate agent should be able to easily make these changes, or will need to contact [redacted] - [redacted] to make the changes on his or her behalf If the agent experiences technical difficulties, they can contact [redacted] and one of our technical account managers will be able to assist

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: No one from Trulia has contacted meI have opened cases with the FTC and the Attorney General of the state of CaliforniaI have also contacted my credit card company to report these charges as fraudulentI requested twice (once via phone, once via email) on 2/17/that my account be cancelled- I have the request number that they opened for meTrulia continued to bill me for months after that I expect a full refund for anything that was billed to my credit card after 2/18/Trulia's response is unacceptable Sincerely, [redacted]

We removed and replaced part of your concrete driveway at your request.I came and cut the concrete driveway in squares, so not to damage the rest of the concrete and also not to tear up the lawn.At the time we were working out of town. When we finished the job out of town, we came to your home and removed the cut concrete squares.½” dowels were drilled in existing concrete driveway. Wire mesh was installed. We set time to pour concrete with 4X Concrete.Concrete was poured and finished. The existing stone pops in the rest of the driveway, were drilled out with ¾” bit and down ¾”. We blow out the dust, wet the hole with water and fill the hole with cement cream. All the new concrete and pop patches were sprayed with cure and seal.4X paid for concrete.I paid for labor, equipment used, dowels, wire mesh, expansion joint, disposal fees.I am very sorry ***, it took so long to replace your concrete.I had other commitments with general contractors.Do remember ***, from the beginning, it had nothing to do with our labor.I have no control over materials.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Trulia is in the business of providing information, which is done by means of a public website on which they post information regarding the property owned by other individualsAs such, they assume an ethical obligation to post truthful and correct information Trulia continues to attempt to shirk its responsibility for the information by claiming that it relies on a third party to supply the informationHowever, the information is on Trulia’s website, not the website of a third partyTherefore, Trulia owns the information and is responsible for itTrulia claims the information is updated by a data feed “once or twice a year.” Why will they not give me a specific date? I have no way of knowing if the next update will take place in one hour or in monthsIn addition, since the data on my property was updated incorrectly in the past, I have no confidence that it will be corrected in a future updateWhat will Trulia do to remove the information if it is again after the next update? Trulia is simply using this “update” story to stall and avoid removing the data Trulia’s entire business is their websiteI DO NOT BELIEVE them when they claim they do not have the capability to manually remove the information about my propertyI am certain that ,if one of their advertisers had a problem with information on the website, it would be corrected immediately My request remains: immediately remove the information about my property or remove entirely the page showing my property I have provided to the CEO of Trulia a document from the County Assessor that proves the information on the Trulia website is falseTrulia has acknowledged, in the latest response to my complaint, that the information is falseTherefore, since they have removed neither the information nor the page showing my property, they are knowingly and deliberately posting informationThis is highly unethical Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Business respond “The color spectrum not only considers the amount of crimes located in a given radius, but also the severity of the crimeThis means it is possible for a certain radius block to have more crimes and be a lighter shade on the crime map.” I have checked addresses both in the same street, actually they are exactly in front of each otherFirst address is [redacted] and the second address is [redacted] When I searched for those addresses on Trulia I found is the following (Please see attached screenshots) 1- First house [redacted] ave showing three crimes (Jun 20, Jun 19, and Jun 19, 2017) and marked in the dark green (lowest crime) 2-Second House [redacted] is in the front of the first house showing same three crimes (Jun 20, Jun 19, and Jun 19, 2017) but marked the area is marked as light green (low crime) 3- Same area same date will give you different number of crimes(Please see attached screenshots) Sincerely, [redacted]
