Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am the landlord that created the listing through ZillowI cannot file a claim against ZillowRevdex.com will only let me file a complaint against Trulia since the businesses have mergedI was able to access the Zillow listing created on 5/28/for a few days through my Zillow accountI am no longer able to access or make changes to the listingIf I try to make changes to the listing, I receive a message that it is listed through a real estate agentI understand that Trulia or Zillow did not list my property through an agent, but there is clearly a glitch in the software that needs to be resolvedI have tried calling Zillow multiple times to talk to customer serviceWhen I call outside of business hours I receive an automated message asking me to call back during business hoursWhen I call during business hours, I receive an automated message asking me to leave a voicemailThe automated message is followed by another message indicating that the voicemail box is fullTherefore, I do not accept your resolution that I need to contact Zillow if I cannot access my listingThe point of this complaint is that I cannot get ahold of anyone at Zillow, and I cannot access my rental listingI flagged the listing as fraudulent to get the attention of Zillow since none of my previous actions lead to a resolution Please let me know how I can have one of the following done: Actually speak with a representative at Zillow to regain access to my listing Have the listing removed File a complaint through Revdex.com against Zillow rather than Truly Thank you for you help Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Thank you for contacting us regarding this report of a potentially fraudulent rental listing on the site Trulia does not offer direct listing services, instead we receive data from other sites and host both “for sale” as well as “for rent” listings After review, it appears this consumer created their rental listing on 5/28/through “Zillow Rental Manager”, the internal rental listing platform for all of Zillow Group Since then, we have no record of any updates made to the listing that would suggest a different user or account took over the listingThere is no policy in place where we would assign an agent to a listing created by a property ownerThe last time a professional agent claimed an active listing for this address before the occurrence in question here was in January of The data for the old listing has been considered “dead” on the site since that time and would not impact an active listing in any way In order to view potential renter inquiries or change the listing information, the consumer would have to log into Zillow Rental Manager They would never be able to access this information through Trulia directly Any attempt to access rental listings as a landlord/property manager will always redirect the user to ZRM At this time, every visible piece of contact information associated with this property lists the consumer MrSnook as the primary contact, and the timestamps associated with the listings also match the activity logged through his account We have no reason to believe any fraudulent activity was committed here, nor do we find any evidence that duplicate listings, updated data, or any other alterations to the listing information is or was present The consumer's attempt to contact the company regarding this was submitted through the listing's "flagging" feature Our customer support software currently has a feature which may close this particular type of ticket after a short period of time It appears this occurred during both of the consumer's inquiries, which is why they were not addressed immediately after the consumer contacted us: The first request occurred on 6/1/at the end of the day, and the second attempt was made on a Saturday As a result, these two tickets were unfortunately closed before they could be addressed If the consumer is still unable to access his rental listing through the Login to Zillow Rental Manager below, he is welcome to contact the ZRM Help Center (also below) Login Page to Access Zillow Rental Manager - [redacted] Zillow Rental Manager Help Center - [redacted] Listing Currently on Zillow - [redacted] / Listing Currently on Trulia - [redacted]

Revdex.com, Please note the first attached file is from the San Diego county tax Accessors office that proves my square footage is 2,and what they have on fileAccording to the Tax Accessors office, they do not sell information to [redacted] , etcI believe if they had, the square footage would have an accurate reflection Note: The second attachment is what I sent Trulia, showing the appraisal performed on my house in Feb that shows my square footage, pictures of my home, showing all the rooms, bathrooms, etcthat shows the house is much larger than 1,sq ft and how that number was a typo but they still would not update their file The Tax Accessors file is more recent as I had to go to their office and pay for the confirmation of characteristics proving my square footage I simply want my square footage updated to 2,as it should be Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted]

the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
While the concrete has been replaced. There is a large spot on my front lawn with gravel and cement that has killed the grass. The repairs done to the concrete pops are not what I was told was going to be done to take care of that problem. It looks like some material was used as a filler for the pops and applied with a putty knife. Mr. [redacted] told me that the pops would be drilled out and filled back up. He provided me with with an address to a home in the Pine Hills subdivision that he had done the drill and fill repair to and asked if that would be acceptable by me. My wife and I drove to the location looked at it and agreed to having similar repairs done to our driveway. I still have his hand written not with the address of the home that had the repairs done on it. Again this was not how the repairs were ta[redacted] care of and I had another company look at this and was told it was a temporary fix that wont last long.It has been very frustrating over the last 2 1/2 years to be told one thing and have another happen. It was not until I filed this complaint that my promises of taking action was ta[redacted] seriously.My neighbor reported to me that while the concrete replacement was being done he had heard Mr. [redacted] on the phone telling somebody he was a guys house taking care of something so he would get off his back. Or something along those lines.After hearing that I no longer want [redacted] back here. If taking care of a customer that has had poor quality work done a jerked around for over 2 years is deemed to be on your back. I dont need to do business with companies that have that kind of customer service and the repairs will speak for themselves.

Good Morning [redacted],[redacted]’s driveway has been ta[redacted] care of 07/11/2015We removed and replaced 16’ x 20’ concrete drivewayWe also fill in stone pops in rest of his concrete driveway.[redacted]

We removed and replaced part of your concrete driveway at your request.I came and cut the concrete driveway in squares, so not to damage the rest of the concrete and also not to tear up the lawn.At the time we were working out of town. When we finished the job out of town, we came to your home and removed the cut concrete squares.½” dowels were drilled in existing concrete driveway. Wire mesh was installed. We set time to pour concrete with 4X Concrete.Concrete was poured and finished. The existing stone pops in the rest of the driveway, were drilled out with ¾” bit and down ¾”. We blow out the dust, wet the hole with water and fill the hole with cement cream. All the new concrete and pop patches were sprayed with cure and seal.4X paid for concrete.I paid for labor, equipment used, dowels, wire mesh, expansion joint, disposal fees.I am very sorry [redacted], it took so long to replace your concrete.I had other commitments with general contractors.Do remember [redacted], from the beginning, it had nothing to do with our labor.I have no control over materials.

The Program Director spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] stated that she would let you know of our correspondence and have you return our calls. After several attempts of not being able to reach you either by phone or by [redacted] we were surprised to see this complaint filed as we have made every effort to contact you. We have already fully refunded you the $69 you were charged. Further, we would like to extend an offer for the $1 promo we ran for both of your children as [redacted] stated you were interested in getting both of your children started in martial arts. We apologize for any confusion and we do apologize that out of all the times we reached out to you we were unable to reach you. We look forward to meeting your family and introducing them to our school and to martial arts.
