MrPaul K*** is not being truthful in this matterAs stated is his "LEASE PROPOSAL" this is only a proposal, and as stated under lease requirements it is only a "PRELIMINARY APPROVAL"Also the Documentary fee is to be collected only after " FINAL APPROVAL", and secondly the SECURITY DEPOSIT is only collected at " FUNDING", (as per Trust Capital lease proposal) , which neither final approval or funding happenedThese are very shady and deceptive business practices exhibited by Trust CapitalI ask they kindly return my funds so we can both move forward
