What would the customer like to make this right? Can the customer send proof of what he paid and when he paid it?

I have attched signed document.
I trust this company will fulfill their commitment and wire transfer moneys into [redacted] account today.

I am rejecting this response because:Mr. Paul K[redacted] is not being truthful in this matter.As stated is his "LEASE PROPOSAL" this is only a proposal, and as stated under lease requirements it is only a "PRELIMINARY APPROVAL".Also the Documentary fee is to be collected only after " FINAL APPROVAL", and secondly the SECURITY DEPOSIT is only collected at " FUNDING", (as per Trust Capital lease proposal) , which neither final approval or funding happened.These are very shady and deceptive business practices exhibited by Trust Capital.I ask they kindly return my funds so we can both move forward.

I am rejecting this response because:If there was a final approval as they claim, then Trust Capital should have a lease package from whoever they brokered the lease to. There is no such documents, only a conditional preliminary proposal from Trust Capital which is NON BINDING.Again the deceptive trade practices and lies continue as it costs nothing but time for a broker to shop a lease deal and get approval. Consumers are never charged to get approval on a loan or lease by any legitimate lender. Brokers and agents (Trust Capital) are paid when leases are secured, signed by customer, and documents returned . Also equipment has to be delivered to customer. "These things never happened."   Then and only then are they (Trust Capital) paid, and are paid by commissions from  the leasing company they broker with, NOT by the consumer.I gave Trust Capital the chance to right their wrong but apparently they refuse to do so.

Final approval did happen after [redacted] signed our proposal. We incurred costs and lost half of his deposit. We could refund half of his deposit since we already had to spend the other half securing his approval.

We will send the [redacted] once [redacted] agrees that once he receives the money the issue is resolved. please review and sign the attached letter.  This letter is just to insure we're all on the same page.
