I am rejecting this response because: We were neither provided nor asked to provide a damage check sheet. The management company Is making things up as they go. As for the panels being painted white versus off white, that is untrue as they are in a primed state. Today is October 14. We vacated the property six weeks ago and no repairs have been made to the property. They did not pay a handyman to repair the property. In addition, a neighbor confessed to us that she was the one who in fact damaged the door when the homeowners lived there.

Every tenant has the opportunity to provide a move in sheet with damages on the property. Mr and Mrs [redacted] did not provide a move in sheet with damage reports.When Mr and Mrs [redacted] vacated the home on 08/31/2016 we did a walk thru with the Owner of the Property and noticed damage on the garage door. We received an estimate to repair the Garage door, paid and ordered the panels (see attached invoice). Garage door panels come in the color white and the current garage door is an off white. We have to pay a handyman to paint the garage door panel to match the other panelsIf Mr and Mrs [redacted] have other information or proof that the garage door was damaged pre September 2012 please have them provide it to the Owner (they have the information and email). I am rejecting this response because: it's not true. Angela P[redacted] never sent us any of this in the certified letter I received. She is a straight up liar. All I received was a letter stating I owed almost $600 but never a statement of why she was saying I owed that money. This is the first I see this statement. Funny how she hadn't responded until now, a couple days after we ran into her at the Field of Dreams for the 4th of July fireworks display in Las Cruces. Angela P[redacted] never saw the apartment before we moved in. The blinds we're broken already, the ones in the kitchen we're horrible, that's why I had curtains. I refuse to pay for so called damages that I did NOT do. She's just trying to find things for me to pay for as she is upset because I stood up to her and didn't let her push me around. As I said before, we got evicted for no reason other than the fact that I stood up to her. We were given until the end of April but left at the beginning of April, not the beginning of May, that is a flat out lie. And I never saw the statement that was sent to Revdex.com as to why supposedly I owed her almost $600, another flat out lie. I want Angela P[redacted] to leave us alone. I am NOT going to pay for any so called damages that my family nor I did NOT do. I am rejecting Angela P[redacted]'s response as it's all a lie!!!  I never received this statement, and I refuse to say that I did when I didn't, and I refuse to pay for so called damages that we are not responsible for. The apartment was in good condition when we moved out. It was in the exact same condition it was in when we moved in. Thank you Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because:Yes, Angela P[redacted] of Trust Properties did give us a notice to vacate the premises, we have until the end of April 2016 to vacate, which yes, is a considerable amount of time. But that is not the problem that I have. As you can see in my complaint, I addressed the issues of my contacting Trust Properties on separate occasions about parking and flooding in the apartment. As far as the parking goes, I got into several arguments with other tenants and their company for taking the parking that I was told by Pinnacle was for apartment #10. Note: I signed my lease with Pinnacle, not Trust Properties. My son, who is only 14 yrs old also got into a dispute with an adult male tenant over the parking spot. I contacted Trust Properties about that situation specifically due to the fact that my son is a minor and an adult male has no business cursing at my son nor yelling at him. But Trust Properties did absolutely nothing. Believe me, I would have had I known what apartment the man lives in,  but I don't. And the flooding was an emergency and yet when I called Angela and talked to her, I was told she would contacted the plumber first thing in the morning. She said in the meantime, shut the water off to the toilet. I asked and if we need to use the restroom, then what? She said well then turn the water back on. I said but it's leaking like crazy. She said well I'll have the plumber out there tomorrow. Next day I waited until1pm and no one showed up. I called again, I was told they called the plumber and that they should have already shown up. About 5 to 10 minutes after that conversation took place I got a phone call from [redacted] asking what time we would be home so they could send someone. After talking with them a few minutes it was brought to my attention that Trust Properties did not contact them about the problem until 5-10 minutes before [redacted] called me. Then when they supposedly fixed the problem, it flooded again that same night. I contacted Trust Properties again night and was told they would send someone later. It wet the entire carpet in the hallway. Smelled like sewer. When I spoke with Angela about this, she said she would send someone to shampoo the carpet. 2 weeks went by before anyone showed up. The carpet still smells like sewer. Anyhow, Angela showed up at the apartment I currently rent from her and began arguing with me about the fact that I parked my car at an angle to avoid anyone taking our parkings. Note: I had never met her in person, so I did not know it was her for she did not identify herself until after the argument started. That is when she told me we had 24 hours to vacate the apartment. I asked on what grounds as to we are always on time with our rent and follow our lease agreement to a T. She said nothing other than to move my car or she would have it towed. Then 3 days later she posted the notice of eviction on my door. I know this was in retaliation for the argument as I did not back down. I'm sorry but that is not a way to do business. That is why I filed the complaint. Angela P[redacted] is NOT evicting us because our lease was up on January 6, 2016, but because I argued with her about the parking and the flooding and how no one responded to my complaints. And I'm sorry but I will never let anyone talk to me the way that she did, I don't care who you are. You should always respect others. And if you're going to own realty business, honor your contracts and take care of your tenants complaints ASAP.

I am rejecting this response because:
Everything Ms. [redacted] has said is falsified information. It has all been he said/she said with no proof of anything happen. I have not recieved a final bill and no furniture was left behind nor was it dirty. I never stated for her to keep the deposit either, isn't this what she said in the previous email? I am not satisfied and I have not attained an attorney, I in fact still have the very harassing voicemail she left me when I told her I would be contacting Revdex.com. I would still like my deposit back, and if not than I would life pictures provided in the condition in which she swears I left the home in, if she cannot provide those pictures than I will have no choice but to continue with the further stepsTo resolve this complaint.
