Most of the information given by the client is right and we were trying to help him as that part has got the 30 days warranty.But we haven't received the part at one of our stock place in **.We asked him to supply us proof of return  shipment as we have so many products are shipping here...

and there it is difficult to track anything with out the tracking #we ship him the part on 5/28/2015 (Tracking no. [redacted] fedex) but if he is finding any problem we need to check and then replace or refund he never supplied the proof of return so that we can track and asking to get it refunded only which is not possible with out inspection.We are always ready to help this client it's just he needs to support us with some information or else with out any reason giving him refund also cost us money, time and efforts.We are open mon - fri 8-4 texas time. He can contact us anytime in between to resolve this jimmy is a sales guy only. I am rejecting this response because: when I "finally" received the part it was actually the wrong part. I was able to change some things and made it work anyway. did not want to take the chance the of trying to return the part and deal with these people again. most importantly I needed my truck fixed as soon as possible. trusted auto parts caused me the loss of a lot of time that I didn't have and a lot of extra work having to modify this part. never again will I do business again with them.  i  noticed there was a tracking # in this message. I called many times trying to get this # and they either said they would have to call me back and never did so or would not answer the phone. they should refund at least part of my money for the trouble they caused me. I feel this would be the respectable thing to do for a customer. these people have really bad business practices. I will only accept a refund of $122.50, which would be half of the amount I paid. please respond.
