I found an unauthorized payment to this company on my bank statement.
I accepted a free trial for a bottle of *** tablets through a 'free prize offer' from ***. What was advertised to me was that I would only pay for shipping and handling which amounted to around $5. No where did I read that they would automatically charge me after the two week trial. I was under the impression that if I liked what was provided, then, I would pay for a subscription. If I knew I would be charged then I would not have opted for the free trial. Also, while I only wanted the one bottle I could not complete the transaction until I agreed to purchase another bottle as well. Thus, I ended up with one bottle of *** and one of Green Coffee (60 tablets each).
I submitted my information for the free trial on 03/26/2019 authorization number XXXXXX from *** XXX-XXX-XXXX FL XXXXXX. It came through *** First Class Mail. *** tracking number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX.
My order number is XXXXXXX.
The shipment number is XXXXXXX.
The stamp is labeled 'stamps ***' and dated 03/30/2019.
It is stated as coming from Customer Service (XXX) XXX-XXXX PO Box *** Jamestown NY XXXXX.
There was also another charge I do not remember and I know this because it is not something I would want, which I associate with this company because it is about "***" and their 15 day QuickStart guide. I received an email with a link to the ebook from the sender " ***@***.com" On March 28, 2019 at 1:00AM with the subject line "Order Confirmation #XXXXXXX. The purchase I can link to this is on March 29, 2019 titled 'Purchase/authorization #XXXXXX X-XX-XXXX ORFUSCR*MUSCLE XXXXXXXXXX FL XXXXXX" for $44.99.

Following a earlier purchase, "auth #*** 3-27-19 *** EYE SE XXX-XXX-XXXX FL XXXXXX" for $5.97. Now, this is alarming because they all occurred within three days of each other, each from Florida, and they are linked through methods associated with diets.
Upon checking my banking information today I noticed a 'purchase' authorization #XXXXXX on 04/10/2019 from *** SARASOTA FL XXXXXX" for $89.97 on my *** debit card. I should mention that this record does not give a phone number or email, and the zip codes for all transactions do not match.
At first I did not recognize it and knew immediately something was wrong. It took over an hour of searching to find what the source was and it was through an online article stating that this and other companies are involved in *** in which they advertise a free trial and charge the customers without their knowledge and continue to do so until threats of reports or until the costumer closes their account and receives a new card. In other cases the company with offer 30%, 50%, or however much and from what I have read switch names and phone numerous times. ***
I do have the bottles in my possession and they have remained unopened. I am more than willing to return them in exchange for the money removed from my account.
I would like a refund of the amount taken out of my account for the aforementioned transactions (The magazine surmising around $55 and the recent $89.97 charge) as well as a discontinuation of my 'subscription' to the company and their products/services. I would appreciate if this was done as soon as possible.

I can not get this company to stop sending their products : Forskolin Keto Cycle and Garcinia Rapid Cycle. Even though I have spoken with their representatives on the phone trying to cancel the account. They have hung the phone up and not cancelled it. They claim they sent a packing slip with orders, but I have not received any packing slips. Also, the package has NO return address. I want my money back and I can return any of their product that is here. I was seen in an urgent care center from a reaction to this product and was sent for physical therapy. Please help me get this company to cancel this delivery of products.
