Review: I purchased a $5 try me box from them. I then emailed them right before I received it stating that I did not want a subscription and that I want to cancel. I got an email with a link to cancel and I followed said steps. I thought I was all good. Well I got billed again by them 2 days ago for $39. I tried to contact them via phone, their #doesnt work, and again via email and via Facebook to no avail. I followed their policy of canceling at least 5 days before renewal so they should have never rebilled me. I want a response, but there are many others out there having the same issues. I had to cancel my card and I am trying to dispute the charge with my bank!Desired Settlement: I want my money back!!!!

Received two boxes thus far without issue. E-mailed customer service once and received an adequate reply within their specified time. No complaints with this business.

Review: Try the World's product is food from different places around the world. I received my first package on the 22nd of this month,, and items are leaking in the box, the box is covered in wet spots. I immediately emailed the business, informed them that I received a broken package, and included pictures of the package, and have not received a reply.

I had emailed the business a delivery question 2 days prior and did/have not receive a response. I have emailed the business once more and still have not received a response. There is no telephone number on their website.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, to return their broken package, and to cancel my account.
