In response to complaint #***, on May 10th when the customer contacted the store requesting a different dress to be ordered, we were unable to order anything additional based off her wear date and the shipping timeTT New York did everything in the best of our ability to accommodate the customer

In response to complaint number #***, TT New York does acknowledge that there was an error on both parties involvedTT New York encouraged Ms*** to come back and get the correct size multiple times, but she declinedDue to Ms*** living in Canada, we could not overnight her the correct size due to packages sometimes being held at customsWe offered to even get in the correct size for her to wear to a future event instead of being left with a dress she is unable to wear, but again she declinedMs*** was also informed that she can ship the dress back to us and we would mail her back a store credit that does not expire so again, she is not left with a dress she is unable to wearShe would be able to use the store credit towards accessories, alterations or a future dress purchaseTT New York did everything we could to correct the error in the short time frame before the wear date

In response to complaint #***, Ms *** purchased a dress from TT New York on August 16thOrders can take up to weeks to arrive but TT New York guarantees to have the dress in before the wear dateAttached is the signed Special Order form that Ms *** signed acknowledging the order
timelineThe order form states "All special orders are guaranteed to be in before the wear date and can take up to weeks to come in" The dress arrived on September 6th, and Ms *** received a phone call and email that it was inTT New York offered same day alteration service if she needed any alterations to be completed at no additional rush feeMs *** picked up her dress on September 7th, TT New York has stood by our store policy stating that all special order are guaranteed to be in before the wear dateTherefore, TT New York does not owe Ms *** any reimbursement at this time

In response to complaint #***, Ms*** purchased her wedding dress from TT New York Designs Incin our Boulevard Mall location on 5/7/The dress, as well as her bridesmaid's dresses, were ordered on 5/8/as guaranteed by our Boulevard Mall locationTT New York guarantees to have all
orders in before the wear dateMs***'s wear date is July and her exact wedding dress arrived to TT New York on 5/12/TT New York also got in one of the bridesmaid dresses, which Ms*** then came into the Boulevard Mall store with her bridesmaids and tried on and approvedMs***'s wedding gown is in our Paid in Full section and has been since 5/12/17. TT New York Designs Inc.'s store policy states "All sales are finalWe offer a day exchange from the date of purchase." This policy is posted on the price tags attached to all of our merchandise, at the counter where Ms*** cashed out, and at the bottom of both the credit card reciept that Ms*** signed, as well as the sales receiptThe policy is also listed on the order form that Ms*** signed giving us authorization to order her dress and bridesmaid dressesBased on the fact that TT New York did order Ms***'s exact dress (Clarisse 4839/Ivory/02) and got it in before the wear date as guaranteed, Ms*** is not due a full refund

In response to complaint number [redacted], Ms. [redacted] purchased a dress from our [redacted] location on 11/25/17 and took the merchandise out of the store on that date. On December 3rd, she contacted our [redacted] location when she noticed the size was not the correct size. The staff member...

that she spoke with explained that we could rush in the correct size for her but that she would need to drive back over to pick it up. Due to Ms. [redacted] living in Toronto, we could not guarantee that if we overnight the dress that she would receive it on time due to customs. We also offered to order her the correct size and ship it to her ground shipping for her to have for her next event, but Ms. [redacted] declined. Ms. [redacted] was also offered a store credit, that does not expire, if she did not wish to keep the dress since her event had passed, again she declined. TT New York only allows exchanges or store credits to be processed within 7 days of the merchandise leaving the store, but we are allowing Ms. [redacted] an extension due to the distance.  Due to TT New York's store policy of "All Sales are Final" a refund can not be processed for the transaction. TT New York is allowed to authorize refunds if a customer Special Orders merchandise that becomes discontinued, therefore we are unable to provide the merchandise. TT New York did everything we could to rectify the situation with the incredibly short time frame and distance, but Ms. [redacted] did not wish to order the correct size in. Attached are the emails between Nicole [redacted] and Ms. [redacted].

I picked up the dress because they were denying me a refund. I had no other choice than to get what I paid for.

In response to complaint #[redacted], a refund was processed back in 2015 for the amount of $543.74. Since it has been brought to our attention, Accounts Receivable looked into the situation said the approval code was invalid and did not successfully processes on the first...

attempt. We successfully reprocessed the refund again on 3/5/16 for the full amount of $543.74. We apologize for any inconveniences that this may have caused. Therefore this is case now closed.

In response to complaint #[redacted], Mrs [redacted] purchased her daughters prom dress from us back in March and upon the dress's arrival, came and got pinned for alterations in April. During the pinning processes, there was no mention that the color was not the color the daughter had wanted. Once the...

dress had been altered custom to her daughters body, we are unable to exchange the dress. Mrs [redacted] picked up her daughters dress on May 16th from our Boulevard Mall location.

Advising that because I was a "friend" it was not going to take the normal shipping time. He also reiterated that point to me when I called the store on the 29th and found out the dress was not there. Same day alterations were not offered to me. It was not offered at the time of sale, on any of the calls I placed to the store, nor was it offered in the response from TY NY's customer service email. Attached you will find their response. In addition, because I was blatantly lied to about the arrival of the dress why would I trust that any alterations would be done in time. Especially since I called and asked about potential turn around time for alterations and the rep on the line advised that the quickest would be two days. TY NY is not being honest regarding this claim at all. Which is evident when JimmieLee got on the phone the first time and advised that the rep had given incorrect info and my dress would be there on the 1st.Regards,[redacted]

In response to complaint number #[redacted], Mrs. [redacted] was due a refund and it was processed on January 11th for the full amount of $489.38. It was brought to our attention that the authorization did not process successfully so we reprocessed the refund for Mrs. [redacted]. The refund was...

reprocessed on February 6th and we received confirmation that it processed without any issues.

At this time, all alterations were completed properly as guaranteed.   [redacted] has since picked up her daughter's dress and her daughter wore it to her event.

I have talked to several different people there. I spoke with Jimmie the when I picked it up and told him that he had ordered the wrong dress and he said that was the one that was in the book it just looks darker in the book. The color of the dress that we had received is an off white and that is not the color that is in the book. The color in the book is a champagne color. I had something to the girl the first time we had seen the dress and everyone has said that is the color. Also when I had called back on May 10 and the alternations were not completed I had asked again to order the right dress and was told no. So right from the beginning several people had told me there was nothing that could be done because the dress was a custom order.

Also I had asked for the correct color a few times. When I had called and the alterations were still not completed I had asked again. So I had asked a few times. I know now it is to late for a new dress being that her prom is in 2 weeks. I would like my money refunded. It has costed me about 800.00 with the dress and the alterations for a dress that we did not even want or order. The store has done nothing but give us the run around on this dress and has done nothing in attempt to satisfy any of this. At this point my daughter may go just buy a dress of a rack that she would like. I don't believe I should have to pay all that money for a dress that we are very unhappy with and did not order. At this point I am now asking for my money back. Thank you

The business has described it as there being an error on behalf of both parties which is not the case. The only error was the wrong dress being packaged my the store and given to me. This is the only reason we have the issue and is the reason I should be fully refunded. None of the options presented addressed the reason for my purchasing the dress therefore, I am entitled to receiving my money back. Thank you.

The company does not address that the reason I took the wrong size home was due to their error. I had purchased the dress for a specific function and none of the solutions the company offered to address their error would provide me with a dress for that function. I had to buy another dress as a result. I am happy to provide proof of purchase for the new dress I had to buy along with proof of the function I had to attend.  It was not my fault that the company wrapped up the wrong dress for me. I don’t live in the area and the only resolution at this point that would work is for me to be refunded my money since it was their error in the first place. Why should I have to lose $150 USD because of their error? They were not able to get me the right size in time so they should refund me my money. Thank you for your time and consideration.
