I contacted the business in early January, 2015, and they did not respond or acknowledge my final complaint I contacted my back, and my bank refunded me the monies but TTK did not refund me the money.

Review: I ordered 2 items from this company on 05/**/2014, paid with my credit card. I got a confirmation of payment through email, but I never got any shipping information. I sent a total of three emails and also contacted them on [redacted]. The company never responded to any of my emails. Today is 5/**, I contacted them on [redacted] and let them know they were very unprofessional and I said that I want a refund, at that time they put my status online from new order to shipped order. At this time I just want my money back.

Review: I ordered items from their website on 2/**/14 and have yet to receive them. I have tried to contact the business via email, instagram and phone, to find out what the issue was. They only responded once on 2/**/14 via email stating "Your items have been shipped and we will provide you with tracking in the morning as it is currently after business hours". I have never received the tracking number nor my merchandise. I have asked them if the items were no longer available to refund me my money, but still no response. I asked them if the items were available to ship them asap(even though the event I originally purchased them for had passed), still no response. Through instagram I also learned that I am not alone in my problems with this business, as a 3 women reached out to me via direct message to ask if I received any correspondence from the business because they also had made online purchases but still hadn't received their merchandise.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and if they are running some type of scheme, I don't want them to take advantage of anyone else.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 2/*/15 and it is now 3/**/15 and I have not received my item. I sent this company 12 emails and no response. I posted negative feedback on their website on 2/**/15. I suddenly received a shipment confirmation by email on 2/**/15. There was no tracking number or anything. It's been two weeks and I haven't received anything. I sent several emails saying I want a refund and no response. This company is a scam and they took $80 out of my account and never mailed my item. I have proof of my claims and I would like for you to look into this company to avoid other people from being victims of fraud. My order number is Order number: [redacted]

Review: I ordered a dress from this website on October [redacted]. I haven't received it at all. Today is November [redacted] and I still have not received my dress. The terms and conditions for the company are on the site which clearly state processing 1-3 days and shipping 5-10 days. I contacted the seller and I was constantly being ignored. Then finally I got a response said my package is coming soon. I then waited, still no package. I got an email saying my package had been shipped about a week ago through USPS priority mail and still no package. Mind you USPS priority ships very fast so it would not take a week. I email the company and ask them the tracking number then they told me the mail carrier sends the tracking number, which is not true, the tracking number comes directly from the company. So now the company is ignoring my calls, and emails and messages not responding. They have also blocked me off social sites seeing that I constantly ask about my order. This company is a rip off, still have not received my item.Desired Settlement: I would like my money to be refunded due to the fact I did not receive my product, but I also want others to be aware!

Responding to a complaint of a very impatient client we provided excellent customer service to & provided a tracking # for their order which they received . This customer filed a dispute with [redacted] two days after the purchase .[redacted] disputed this case is our favor due to us sending a tracking # confirming the order was definitely received by the buyer.

Review: Im currently visiting in Canada, and ordered a dress from their website, they charged me $184 which has been taken from my account, at the end of July, and still not received the dress, and getting no response to my emails, when I add any comments to their [redacted] page about getting a response to my emails, they just get deleted! Review: I ordered a dress from this company back in June when the month if July came I sent an email questioning where is my dress. They delayed response, finally when they responded they said the dress was shipped and told me shipping details will follow. We are now in the month of August and they still have my money and I still have no dress!!!Desired Settlement: I want my money!!! Review: On 4/**/14 I ordered 2 dresses online totaling 137.99. My order was confirmed ( order number [redacted]) but with no tracking info and my credit card was charged. It was to be shipped priority mail 1-3 days to process order than 3-14 days to receive order. 5/** my first email was sent to company regarding my order not being received. On 5/** I sent a request for someone to contact me through their website. Once again on 5/** I emailed them and received finally a response saying my dresses were from the UK and on back order sorry for the inconvience they have been released for shipping, and they will send me a tracking number soon or I could get a full refund. I responded saying I would like to go through with my order and get the dresses. I never received an email with tracking info. 5/** was the last time anyone responded to me. I emailed them on 5/**, 6/* and 6/*, through my personal email and through their website. I also direct messaged them through their instagram on 6/* with no response. I have been extremely patient! They have caused me nothing but stress and they have been HIGHLY unprofessional. I do not want anyone to waste their money or go through what I have.Desired Settlement: I really want to receive my dresses that I ordered ASAP. If that is unable to happen for some reason I want a full refund and an apology for the company being so unprofessional and making me have to take this to this level!

Review: I ordered a product on February [redacted]. I received an email confirmation with no tracking information. I then began emailing the company requesting tracking information. I sent a total of 3 emails over the next 2-3 weeks with no reply. I called the number provided on the email. I was told to email customer service again and that my issue would be looked into and I would be contacted. I wasn't contacted so I emailed the company again and got no reply. I called the number again and was told that I would get an email that day. I received an email stating that my package was mailed the week before and tracking information would shortly follow. I still did not receive any information. I sent a last email requesting a full refund and have not received any reply. I called and also got no reply.

I looked up the company to only find that many other women have also had the same thing happen. They ordered merchandise and have emailed and not received any reply or their orders!Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND
