Review: I ordered a dress from this business on 3/**/2014, and I've sent a total of 6 emails, and got a vague response of 7-10 business days, but it had already been 2 1/2 weeks after purchase. Now an additional week and a half later another email was sent to them, and still no response and I called the number listed and no answer. I would like a full refund NOW!! You can't expect full payment and NOT give full customer service.....this is truly unprofessionalDesired Settlement: FULL REFUND

Review: I ordered the Item #[redacted]dress in LARGE - (Order #[redacted]) on 2/[redacted]/2014! I have not received the product or a shipping confirmation from the company. I have emailed three times with only 1 response saying that they would send me something but never did.Desired Settlement: I would like my $66 that they took out of my checking account.

Review: I ordered two items for which I waited the quoted 7-14 business days, after almost a month I sent several emails asking where my order was or at least a tracking number, with no response.

I finally received a generic email saying my order was cancelled but without a reason as to why, they already took my money.

Per their website if an order is cancelled they will give an immediate refund, its been a week.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of 118. 95 since they cancelled my order without explanation

Review: I placed an order for a total of 4 dresses totaling $194.00 on their website on 11/**/2014 which the website stated were in stock during their Black Friday pre-sale. Their website stated item was to ship in 3 to 4 days after placing order. I contacted them on 12/*/14 and after being given the runaround with excuses from not being able to track the shipping number, and the item being shipped from the UK. I paid with my bank card, and the funds were deducted from my account on 12/*/2014. I contacted the phone number that appeared on my bank statement, which is the phone number displayed on the their website (###-###-####) several times and a message stating "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls - [redacted]) is the voicemail message that comes on whenever you dial the number.

I began complaining on their [redacted] page and warning consumers about the unprofessional conduct of this company and the fact that my funds were taken out of my account and items weren't shipped. Soon after, I received a call from their office - Phone # ###-###-####, which is different from what's listed on their webpage, and spoke to a manager by the name of [redacted] who stated she will try and track package and return my call. She never called back. TTK then blocked me on their [redacted] page.

I emailed them several times during the entire month of December and received different messages with different excuses i.e. item being shipped from the UK or shipping confirmation tracking number was was misplaced on their behalf. They also offered to give me 50% off a next order if I placed another order with them as a courtesy due to all the issues regarding the dresses. Two of the dresses were just received today, 1/**/2015 - which they stuffed them in a [redacted] letter envelope and mailed from their location in the Bronx. One of the dresses was in poorly constructed and in the wrong size. I resealed the envelope and am returning both dresses.

Would appreciate your assistance in getting my funds returned.

I contacted the business in early January, 2015, and they did not respond or acknowledge my final complaint I contacted my back, and my bank refunded me the monies but TTK did not refund me the money.

Review: I ordered a dress almost one month ago. One week later I was foolish enough to order a second dress. If I would've known that I wouldn't receive either dress in a timely fashion, I would have not purchased them.

Timeline:

-1st order placed Jan **.

Confirmation and email states Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipment. You will receive an additional email once your order is shipped..

-I sent an email Feb. * because I still hadn’t received an email saying my order was shipped.

They replied the same day, saying it was shipped.

After digging into the fine print of the website, it states shipping takes 5-10 business days.

10 business days from the "date of shipment" I should have received my order Feb **. Today is Feb ** and I still don't have my order, or tracking information.

Second dress.

-I signed up as a member so that I could view my order status

-Feb * order status is still processing.

I sent an email stating my concern on the timeliness

-The response the next day from the company was simply

"Delivery 7-14 business days item ships from UK Thank You

TTK "

-My response minutes later was "I hate to be jerk, but the website said 4-7 days with a possible 1-3 day processing time.

If I would’ve known 7-14 business days from day one, I could've opted for express. It'll never make it here on time.

Since the item is still processing, and hasn't shipped yet can my money just be refunded? "

-My email was ignored. That was Feb *, 12 days ago, and I still haven’t received my dress or refund.

-Feb [redacted] SIXTEEN DAYS AFTER MY DATE OF PURCHSE, I finally receive an email saying that my order has been shipped. SHIPPED. So now I'm supposed to wait another 7-14 business days from Feb. [redacted].

I'm saddened and disgusted by their lack of business etiquette. I wish I would have seen the other complaints before I wasted more than $200 on this site. I also don't like the owners response to the complaint, saying the customer was impatient. If you spend your hard earned money, you would expect your goods in a timely manner also!Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I purchased the dresses for two events that have both now passed. I stated this in my email on the second dress, and they made no effort to rectify the situation. At the time, I even would have accepted a discount for the dress that I paid full price on. Now I just want my money back. I don't want anything else to do with this company. I even asked for my money back BEFORE the dress was shipped, and I was ignored.

Review: I ordered a swimsuit from this company on April **,2014 . On April **, 2014 I email this company and ask about my tracking number and on May * , 2014 they responded back and said that it will take up too 7-14 days for my order to process . I then email the company on May **, ** and the ** and the company has not respond back to me yet . I also have left comments on Instagram asking if they could respond to my emails. The company has taken my money off my credit card on April **, 2014 . I did get a receipt from the company the same day that I made

the purchase .Desired Settlement: I think they should deliver their products to the customers with in the time that they have posted on their website .

Review: I ordered a dress online from this company on 7/*/15. On 8/**/15 I emailed them asking where the dress was. I got a response saying it was shipped but they gave me zero tracking information. So I waited longer. On 9/*/15 I emailed them again informing them that my dress still had not arrived and to please give me information. I got no response. On 9/**/15 I, again, told them my dress still had not come and to please respond. I still have not heard back. They do not have a phone number to call. Their website says that they respond to their email within 24 hours. This company took $54.15 from me but did not deliver my product.Desired Settlement: This company should not be doing business.
