I ordered a replacement battery for my old MacBook from these folks, which according to their tracking information was shipped on the 11th of October and today is the 24th and I have yet to receive the batteryWhen I use the tracking number it states the battery was accepted and is still at the post office in *** ***I have tried to contact them to find out the whereabouts of the battery to no availI even left a negative review on their site in hopes of rectifying the situation also to no availAt this point, I’d like a full refund, so I can get the battery from Amazon like I should have

Purchased Asus A42-GBattery for a G55V and first problem did not fitI had to cut off the points on the back to get it in (voiding my return- but needed it right then didn't have time to try and get another), the points on the back are to hold it in, so I had to super glue it into the bottom so it wouldn't fall out(Finally after hours of trying to get it in, its in and wont fall out.) Now that I have it in I start it up, okay all good there and as expected its showing as critical battery level, so I charge it as normalGets to 100% and then all of the sudden I unplug it and its at 2% chargedAfter about days, I figured out it holds a charge but is not telling the OS that it has a chargeSo I can now use it but will not know how much battery I have left(need to save all files frequently on battery just in case it dies at any unsuspecting timeThis is a terrible battery that is not OEM and is large for the portDo not buy(Order #***

I needed two laptop batteries before a trip to China Battery Express really screwed up and then seems to have lied to me I am VERY disappointedIt started out well I ordered two batteries after hours one night They called the next morning and told me they had them both in stock In fact, they told me they had exactly two, that one had cosmetic damage (but worked), and offered $off due to the cosmetic damage Great That worked for meI had ordered the most expensive AM delivery next day It would all work out fineI got a FedEx tracking number but when I tried it it said that the label had been made but did not show any more information I called FedEx and they told me the shipper had made the label but had not given them the packageI called on July 3rd No answer (They sould have arrived several days earlier) I told them to cancel the order because I would not get them in time for my tripI traveled on July 5th with no batteriesI got an confirmation cancellation email from them saying that the batteries were out of stock I had already confirmed that they were in stock and they made a shipping label I suspect someone in the shipping department screwed up and set the package aside and lost track of it before getting it to FedExAt least apoligize and admit a mistake and don't lie about itI can NOT recommend this company
