I was looking for an Alienware battery, but had a hard time to find a website with user reviewsSince I needed to be sure to get a proper compatible battery, I decided to give this webiste a go thanks to the many reviews it had - and I got my battery in a week - direct from Ohio to France! Quite expensive, but worth it in the end: I can now use my laptop without plugging it, and the battery charges in full!
This company advertises "New" batteriesAnd also advertises extended life batteriesBut at least two of three batteries that were shipped to me were remanufactured batteries with a second company's sticker stuck on top of the Lenovo LabelThere were also a remanufactured date sticker pasted on it AND adhesive residue from the other prior stickers
A third battery shipped had the old Lenovo label attached which clearly was not the Extended life battery that I had purchased and paid EXTRA for
Also the TABs to attach one of the batteries to the laptop were BROKEN OFF and they were not inside the SEALED shipping box
Laptopbatteryexpress obviously did not send me the advertised NEW Extend Cell battery that I paid for
From the scratches and adhesive residue from removed stickers to the old manufacture date with a newer testing sticker appliedto the fact that, once charged the computer shows a hour runtime and delivers 1hr MinutesA long way from the - hours adv
I ordered the part I needed and it arrived ahead of schedule just before the holidaysThe battery seems to be functioning as expectedExpectations have been met so far
