I have been a customer of Tuffys auto care in Oviedo for about years and plan on many more years to comeEverytime I've been in a pressing situation for an oil change or even a tire alignment Tuffys has been my one stop shop in minutesEven better my two favorite, experienced technicians [redacted] and [redacted] always have valued my time and my carThey both are skilled mechanics with devoted love for their job at TuffysThank you Tuffys I have and always will be a devoted customer

This business is not corporate ownedThey would not rotate tires as part of a [redacted] coupon offer from corporate websiteWhen they called me on the car I asked if the tires were rotated and Tim said didn't need it they were all around the same ndsSo after not doing what I wanted done they tried to sell me a new fan belt to replace the one that was just three months oldAlso said my transmission oil was dirtyIt's all they could make up on my carI confronted them in these issuesThey still did not want to rotate the tires while it was there but the manager wanted me to drive back again and he'd do itThey also greased only three of the eleven grease zerts and their mechanic had to bring it back in and do it for the service techThen they left my personal keys in the console and didn't lock the doorsI would not use them again

Although I am super satisfied with the new samsung washing machine, the company has yet to correct my invoice to reflect the corrected amount I have sent an email in an attempt to get this corrected as I am still paying for the higher amount of the previous washing machine.I look forward to speaking with someone regarding this matter

The customer picked up the merchandise in question. The merchandise was available for pick up on 10/24/2015Only [redacted] can extend any dates on her contract as the contract is between them and herAs far as being overcharged on mattresses I am here daily and this is the first that I have heard about the overcharge. To maintain customer satisfaction we will refund the customer in the amount of $51.00.Again, it would have been nice if the customer could have contacted us to let us know of her concerns instead of waiting for weeksand then contacting the Revdex.com instead of us!Respectfully,

I took my escalade to the Tuffy location on kirkman rdthe day after having my vehicle serviced the abs light was onI checked the fuse box to find a 40amp fuse missingI replaced the missing fuse and the light went offI suspect Tuffy sabotaged my vehicle hoping I would come back for additional servicesI have zero intentions of ever returning

Pam was working with me and assured me that it would be taken care of Upon receipt of the invoice I didn't agree with being charged over for delivery and she said that they would have to charge me a 15% restocking fee The Samsung washer was much less than the Electrolux.I called yesterday and she was out due to an unfortunate death in her family so I asked the "guy" that answered the phone if I was on the schedule for delivery After I told him my name, he said "you are causing me a lot of money", so I asked him if he was the owner, he wouldn't answer my question he just said "Pam will call you when she gets back" I hung up feeling extremely discouraged. These are all unduly burdens as I am being penalized for things that are beyond my control I believe the machine is defective and I should be provided a working machine without having to pay extra.I believe that she will do all within her power to take care of this.I really hate to keep bothering you with this but I don't know what else to do and I truly appreciate all your help Regards, ***shawn ***

There are many errors and omissions in Ms ***’s complaint. At the time of delivery the washer was plugged in to be inspected by the technician. When they put the washer into spin cycle it made a popping noise. At that time, the technician lifted the console of
the washer to find out the cause of the noise was because the timer had shorted out. The customer stated she had been having electrical problems with her old washer. The technician returned a few days later and installed a new timer. When he started the cycle the motor shorted outThe customer stated that before the repair she wanted an electrical contractor to be present when he repaired the problem. The contractor and technician met at her house. After the contractor looked over the situation he stated the electrical box was wired incorrectly and the washer was receiving volts, not the volts the washer should be receiving. This electrical problem caused the problems with the washer. The volts shorted out the timer and motorThe fault was determined not to be ours. All parts that were replaced as well as a service charge will be charged to the customer. If customer wants the unit to be repaired, she would have to pay for the new motor and a new timer. We will be sending out a service invoice today for the parts and labor that we have incurred until this point. This problem is 100% the fault of the property owner of the electrical panel Pamela S*** Store Manager Appliance and Mattress Center

I have been working with Ms *** since 08/25/We delivered the first front load washer on 8/26/The customer stated that the unit wasn't working properly and wanted to exchange the unitOur protocol is to have a technician go to the home and diagnose the problem, the
customer did not want us to send out a technician, she wanted a new unit, which we did switch out for a New Frigidaire washerThe first washer was switched out for the new washer and upon return of the washer that was removed from her premises we found nothing wrong with the unit She then texted me on Saturday morning Oct 21st and said that the door would not open, I informed her that this is a new unit and we need to get Frigidaire out to her house to service the unit, again she refusedI spoke to her on Friday 10/27/at the time she was sick and would get back to me.Ms *** called on Monday 10/30/and said she would like a new washer, also gave me the model number, which is hopefully going to be delivered to her by Thursday 11/3/2017.I believe that this should be satisfactory to her. The resolution : We are switching out the front load washer for the third time. We have been here for years and we want our customers to be satisfied

Here is a copy of the e-mail that was sent to *** ***.***,Please find a copy of the invoice attached. We were there times to deliver and replace washers. As of to date : We picked up and switched out front load washers as well as delivering your current washerWe rechecked both units at the time of return, and our technicians found no issuesBoth washers have since been resold without any issues. We try very hard to be a fair company and I really don’t feel that we should return any money, but we want you to be happy a customer, so therefore we are willing to give you a $in store credit to be used towards your future purchasesThis is the best we can do. Pam

There is no discount for delays beyond the control of Tuffy Auto Service’s local Jaguar Dealership on 9-14-after calling several national aftermarket car parts storesThe Jaguar dealership didn’t stock the needed parts from their parts warehouseThe parts were delivered to us on 9-18-15,
installed, tested and the car was picked up that afternoonAs for the tracking issue, only the shipper and receiver have the information needed to track a package wither thru Fedex, UPS, the mail or a company truckSpeciality vehicles offer fewer options for service parts. Sincerely *** ***

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/06/15) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The reason why I do not accept this response is that they assured me that the repairs done would eliminate the problemAlso I have provided the information for the technical bulletin and Mr*** acknowledge me of the problem and to bring in a $dollar deposit to get started on the repair on 6/5/that will cost me dollars when completeThis will put my total investment into repairing an oil leak to dollarsI am confident that the earlier repairs were not needed if the problem exists and I feel I have been misguided during these repairs by this staffI also explained to him that I have driven the vehicle for about minutes and see oil leaking on the floor of my garage and that he could not have drove the vehicle for two hours and not have seen the oil leakMr*** continues to say the leak is power steering but my power steering levels have not lowered, only fluid levels that have lowered is my oil levelHe refuses to listen to the voice of the customer and tries to look at other areas rather than what I initially came in to get repairedI am not sure where he is getting his information pertaining to the vehicle speed in relation to this oil leakI have spent dollars and the leak remains at the same area and the same seapage as it was when I initially brought in the vehicle
Mr*** as far as to ask me what I thought is the problem as if he and his staff had no clueMr*** and his staff has found a technical bulletin but he should have researched that more thoroughly in the beginning to ensure all research for this problem were resolved
No I feel as if Tuffy Auto Service is merely guessing and taking a stab at repairing this problem but still wants me to pay for repairs that may or may not fix the problem
Mr*** also keeps bringing up power steering pump as the problem and other repairs and continues to dance around what the customer asked him to repair and that is the oil leakI told him my oil level has dropped and he keeps stating that it is other problemsI consulted Tuffy prior to making any repairs and made sure that I was clear that my main goal was to stop the oil leakMr*** ensured me that their diagnosis was correctI placed my trust and faith in this company to render the results they diagnosed being the problemNothing has changed since I brought in my vehicle to this company and now I am out of and the problem still exists

Mr*** declined repairing all of the oil leaks on his vehicle, therefore he will have leaksHe approved and we repaired only some of the leaks on his vehiclePlease see attached documentationMr*** claims he has to add 1/to quart of oil in every hours of driving, yet when we test his vehicle in hours of driving we find no loss of oil levelIn addition, when running in the shop for hours, we observe only drop of oil under the vehicle, which could very well be from the identified leaks Mr*** declined to repair (see attached documentation)As a good will gesture, we offered to do the cam bore and galley plug repair (a $repair) for $Still, we do not believe this is Mr***'s issue: we observed no oil level loss in our testingThe only oil drip we saw is coming from the previously identified leaks Mr*** declined to repair (see attached documentation)If indeed Mr***'s vehicle did use a quart of oil every hours on his trip while driving continuously at mph, it is very likely the engine burned the oilWe can find no evidence of such a huge leak
We have invested a huge amount of time in testing and repairing Mr***'s vehicleMr*** approved the rear main seal and we replaced the oil pan gasket at no charge to him since the supplier accidentally shipped us the gasket and did not want it backWe have offered to repair the additional leaks that remain on his vehicle at a discount but he has declinedWe have offered Mr*** a huge discount on the cam bore and galley plug but he has declinedUnfortunately, until the declined repairs are fixed, Mr***'s vehicle will still have some leaks

I'm not sure why the customer rejected this resolutionWe agreed to her paying the $The customer is the one that stated they could make a payment on June 11, which we agreed to on June 9th, When would the customer like pay the $

I examined the path the car had from the time the vehicle was dropped off and I couldn"t determine when an accident might have occurredI
understand Mr***'s position of blaming us for the crack in the rear bumper but I have to justify the claim if we really did it or notWe are covered by our insurance in accidents like these but I have to establish beyond reasonable doubt that we caused this accident
