I ([redacted]) filed the complaint with the Revdex.com.  That would be the reason they are contacting you, so instead of even reaching out to me to resolve the issue you are going to hide behind the HIPAA privacy law?  thats rich seeing as your customer service rep violated my rights when she opened her mouth.You better get your CEO on the phone with me since I have still been leaving messages for your head of your legal depeartment and she just can be bothered.
