Let me make this clear, I never spammed my kin ad message spam is back to back, I am not ignorant of other ppl playing the game, I let the chat scroll byI started my kin ad around mins so as not to spam then I wait longer like then an hour so as not to spamI'm not going against turbine , if I did it was inadvertently because to me I'm trying recruit for my kinship and the way to do that is to post frequently cuz you don't know who's not paying attention to the chat or afkThese are honest to god reasons, I am good decent han being, this is an injustice to my gameplayI don't use derogatory statements in world chat as if it was language, that came from me felling like I have committed a treasonous crimeThe last time I did it was just to see if anyone had a problem with my adWhy would I intend to annoy people I can't meet in persona no, that's redicoulous

[I have truly not done such an exploit of which I am accused of, and that is the case, I am accused of itI do not even know what an “duplication exploit” isTo double check was this exploit around when I was active/ before ban? All I can say is that First Age Symbols was linked to the “world” chat, however, I have tried to explain this several times, it was done with a common *** plugin “***” (linking items, but it is not actually an item anyone possess, it is just for show)Sadly it was the first time being used so I had no idea the chain reaction it would create. This means I do not have these items, nor have I ever hadI would kindly ask you to search my entire inventory, bank, shared storage, housing etc on both of my accountsThe proof should be there, I do not know how to defend against a “duplication exploit” accusation, as I do not know how it worksThus, I wish I had more information from your side of it/ evidence regarding such an exploit in my caseAs how could I have done such a thing? When I have no idea what it is and how it works, as this is the first time I hear of it.All I can add is that I have played this game longer and more hours than most, and I have played among the “best” in the gameI guess this worked against me, as I have always kept what I got and have acquired a decent inventoryI ask you to look at my playtime, see that I have every class in the game and more at max levelHowever, I still feel like the accusation is so far from the truth and anything I could imagine, and I have basically lost all hope for a fair judgementIt seems like it was set in stone the day the ban came, which is more than unfortunateI hope that there are no other players dealt with the same fate as meBeing accused and judged for something they did not do, but having power to defend themselves of such claims, even when trying everythingI have no words how it feels not being believed when I speak the truth about what happened to meAs a grown man, having played this game for as many years as I have, therefore I am really disappointed in the development in this caseI am an open book in this case, I have tried to put everything on the table, but the communication has been too one-sided at this pointWhen +*** first decided to ban me, he/she said that they could see my entire inventory, which is when I thought I would be proven innocent of any exploit*** also linked a chat log I had with another player, which was used against me, because this was taken 100% out of context and the full picture was not shown as it happened with such haste that it was not possible to defend it (as it actually meant that I was not exploiting at all).I ask you to check everything that is related to the exploit of which you accuse me of, my IP’s that I have used in the game, in case there is something strange that has happenedI should only have different IP’s in the past 3-years, one in Norway which is my main IP, and two in the UK (one was from 2013-and the other was from 2015-2016)I cannot think of anything else at this moment, while trying to leave no stones unturned, but as I have stated above, I have no idea what the exploit isI beg of you to give me some concrete answers to the accusations, so I can once and for all prove that I am indeed innocent of these claimsI recently tried to log into the accounts only to find that it is no longer possible (I did this after I got the response back from Turbine, as before I sent the complaint through Revdex.com it was possible to log into the accounts, but not the actual servers)However, now I get this message: “The Username and/or password provided is incorrectPlease try againUsername and password are case sensitive.” This is not an issue on my side, and it could only lead me to believe that my accounts have been altered/ deleted, before I even had the chance to replyI would then raise the question how seriously my complaints have been taken, as by taking such an action before I had the chance to reply is very disrespectful in my bookAfter dealing with Turbine support, which is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifeTherefore my question is: was there ever a point for me to reply? After getting claims thrown at me that I had never heard of before, and am completely innocent ofThis is among the most disappointing things so far in the development of my case, as while I am dealing with the complaint process of the Revdex.com, Turbine makes such an aggressive moveI know Turbine's slogan is: "Turbine, powered by our fans." It is just a shame how they treat longtime fans, and by how this process have been handled you might lose one or more of these fans. [I cannot understand how this could be the case, as I never did a “duplication exploit,” nor any other for that matterI think what we have here is a black and white situation, in which a misunderstanding led to the current circumstancesA rapid and unfortunate judgement was made in order to stop what was believed to be the correct thing to do at that momentI do not want to offend anyone by stating that, but this is a hard thing to swallow as I know I did nothing wrong.I do not know what to think about Turbine, my accounts were banned, but I can potentially still make new onesHowever, this is not my intention; all I ever wanted was to correct the mistake that was madeI am still the same person, and either Turbine thinks I am someone who broke the rules and is thereby denied access to their products, or I am not? On the other side of the screen it is me as a person, and a longtime customer that knows I am innocent.I have gotten a lot of support from the community (players) that have heard of my case, and the players that knows meI was encouraged to keep fighting this case until my innocence can see the light of dayThis I am extremely grateful for, thus I only hope that turbine will see the mistake that was madeI know I did not do anything wrong, so I would be grateful to see the evidence of which this research has led to the ban not being liftedI can understand that Turbine probably does not discuss any specifics about bans, but in my case I ask you kindly, so we can sort this out togetherI can account for all my items, I know this game in and out, I have every character and more, I have been in every area, in every instance, I was there from the beginning of this gameWith all due respect towards the Turbine team, I am reserving my rights to further contact Revdex.com to find a better solution, as the status of my case has had unfortunate results so farI do not want to accept a accusation; I am not wired like that. [Through extensive research, I understand that the only check(s) that can be made on unattended combat macros are ingame tellsAnd since I never got ingame tells, the company's claim that multiple checks were made is impossibleShow some good customer service for once, turbineI still dont see how I could've done anything differently on my endYour claims simply dont add up, and I have been more than reasonableIf you want to ban your paying customers on terms, I suppose you can; but thats definitely not a winning business formula. ]

This is what makes me doubt the fact that you have actually looked at both of the accounts or invested time into this complaint, horrific customer serviceYes I can confirm that the first account had a history, but when we say history we really mean dating back by about a year or so, not the full 8, in other words to have permanently banned the account on only 12.5% of its activity is a bad callDid you review the other years? The past history of exploitation which seems to extend so far back? I think we both know the answer to thatRegardless, what makes me doubt the fact that you invested any time into this complaint is the fact that the 2nd account had absolutely no history of any exploitation whatsoever, I charge you to find any evidence that backs your claim and once more I'll reiterate the fact that I am aware of several others who committed the same act as myself and received no punishment, not even a temporary ban...Honestly the lack of any time devoted to the case is astounding

An average of 300 days per year and an average of 9 hours a day playtime,  2700 hours every year. So my total played time would be around  16.200 hours.    After:             1.       Contacting your customer support to appeal   this situation (2 tickets and 1 call), in which, at no time,  steps were recommended to me in order to reach a fair clarification.             2.       Contacting Revdex.com and with their help I´ve sent you a letter. Reading your answer, I must say : Thank you , Turbine, for letting me understand that I´m not worth 5 minutes of your time to read the letter and give a personalized answer.          I agree and accept your answer as to be the base of relationship between me and Turbine, relationship which ends here (from my point of view).            Furthermore, you have my account name, real name, address, tel. number, email. You could have shown a minimum of respect by signing your answer (your pseudonym name and the department).    I chosen  to capitulate to this art of support.  P.s.: To write 2 tickets, to call one time Turbine´s Hotline and to contact Revdex.com were steps recommended by your colleagues  from [redacted] Hotline.

involved in this infraction were permanently banned from the game worlds.As directly stated within the agreed to Code of Conduct, exploiting is not allowed."17. You will not exploit, distribute or publicly communicate any Game error, miscue or bug which gives an unintended advantage within the Game world."We have confirmed that this ban was enacted correctly and for valid reason. We therefor will not be removing the bans referenced in this inquiry.

 Once again I have to reject this, multiple warnings were not given, I was not warned even once hence no warnings were ignored, and you did not have to ban my account*s* to protect the integrity of the game at all, a warning and a penalty which was actually related to the exploit would have been more than sufficient. As it is I am confident that on multiple occasions [redacted]s were aware of what I was doing and instead allowed me to proceed rather than interjecting and preventing this utter catastrophe, they simply allowed me to proceed as they saw fit. Now answer me this; Why weren't others banned? Why was I the only one? And before you say that I was not or that you are investigating the matter or that you are not allowed to reveal any information in accordance to other clients, just don't. I am aware no one else was banned and a persistent reluctance to admit this is damning.

Dear Turbine,I was hoping to hear something more than the same tired old scripted canned response we always get. That is why I selected this method to air my grievance rather than the in-game system. After being a Subscription paying customer, on and off, for almost 20 years! I had assumed that my THOUSANDS of dollars paid, would MEAN something more to you than just another canned response. I'm tempted to post this in the forums so that the community can see just how much turbine really "Cares" about its loyal fans and customers. I have been in Asheron's Call, Since the VERY Beginning. Some of you own something I PAID FOR... At the VERY LEAST, something a bit more personal, rather than just another cop-out, would be expected at this stage of things.The People of Asheron's Call, all know where the issue lies. Darktide. The Duping and Exploiting there is WELL KNOWN to all. You want the Answer, Darktide... SHUT IT DOWN! Start Dropping the ban hammer for 2-3 months on all the rest of the exploiters...  GET CONTROL OF YOUR PRODUCT! Or Relinquish it to the fans...
