[Although I am accepting the offer...

to correct the issue, there is a degree of distrust in the capability that technical support has in dealing with this issue. Not accepting phone calls is a major handicap when it comes to gathering information. Account support suggested that I call technical support, but technical support does not use telephones, which indicates they are not in communication with each other. As advised by the Revdex.com representative, this complaint will be reopened immediately in the event that technical support fails to fix any of the problems, as before.]

Our logs do show that multiple in-game messages (tells) were sent and none of them were responded to. Keep in mind, the lengthy bans were placed because the same infraction was witnessed multiple times.

Thank you for your response. As stated in our terms of service, exploiting in-game mechanics is a violation. Multiple warnings were given and those warnings were ignored, so we had to permanently ban the account to protect the integrity of our product.

Thank you for your response. As previously mentioned, we're working to prevent any interruptions to services on a regular basis. Unfortunately, there are bad actors who can disrupt services of many gaming companies by simply paying companies to launch DDOS attacks. While we have systems in place that stop the vast majority of these types of attacks from interrupting services some will inevitable get through and will need to be dealt with. Please keep in mind that Asheron's Call is currently without any sort of subscription fees and is being setup for a handoff to be run by the player community.
