I have addressed this with the person overseeing the service department I will find out where they are at with this case

I am rejecting this response because: The original offer I presented was out the door with the taxes and doc fees included, then the for my trade inI signed what I thought was a contract on three separate pieces of paper and then you informed me it was only a negotiating tool that I signedI feel if that negotiation tool I signed was in your favour you would hold me to that deal but since your salesman and manager made a mistake you will not own up to itI also told them I would be paying in cash for the balance which was roughly Regards, [redacted]

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

After my last communication with the Revdex.com, (approx6/6/2017) it was confirmed that my vehicle was again towed back to Twins Auto for further repairs for the same ongoing problemTwins Auto returned my truck back to me on 8/2/2017, and once again it was towed back to them hour later after cutting off on me in Downtown rush hour trafficTherefore I suggest that this case be re-opened because the problem is still unsolved, this is now the 5th time my truck has been towed back to Twins for the same problem, and I was never reimbursed (as they informed you they would), for the second time I paid them for the same repairPlease help me in any way that you can and Thank You, A.J.***

The original offer that was presented, was selling price $doc fee 250,tax 1209.30,-for his trade down which leaves a balance of 13,866.80if Mr [redacted] would like to do the deal to those numbers, the dealership would love to do business with him.Thank youEd H***Twins Buick GMC

Hello,I am fully aware about the whole situation regarding this issueAbout over month ago [redacted] did stop by at the Twins Buick GMC dealership regarding transmission issue on her vehicle, after get familiar with situation and found out that she did not purchase service contract at the time of delivery, I offered her same solution that [redacted] Nisan had but for less amountCustomer declined the offerFew weeks later I did receive the envelope from her legal representative [redacted] envelope enclosed letter and copy of the Buyers Guide that was provided by Ms [redacted] That Buyers Guide states that vehicle carries a limited warranty where the dealer will pay 110% of the labor and 100% of the parts for the covered systems that limited warrantyAfter getting familiar with the Byers Guide, I did realized it was not the official Buyers Guide she received from usTwins Buick GMC Byers Guide looks completely different and has Ms [redacted] 's signature and its stating the vehicle was sold to customer AS WARRANTY and signed again by Ms [redacted] I did contact to Attorney office and talked to [redacted] and did faxed it to him the copy of the Byers Guide that we have on file and signed by Ms [redacted] Never heard from Attorney office since thenPlease review attached legal documents Please review and let me knowThanks

After review of the paper work that you signed and talking to customers that were in the show room at the time you negotiated on the 2008 Jeep. I can only answer your questions to my best ability. The worksheet that we use is not a contract only a tool to work a price on a vehicle, if you would have... signed a contract you would have seen the business manager to do your documentation on that specific vehicle. With that being said your worksheet that you signed states you will purchase the Jeep for $15,874 out the door after your trade which is exactly what you stated you wanted to purchase the Jeep for in your complaint.Other customers in the dealership at the time you were here told me you were the one upset and calling my manger personal names when he asked you to leave.I think this was a unfortunate incident that happened, but would be happy to let you purchase the 2008 Jeep for the $15,874 out the door after your trade if you are interested, if it is here at the time you decide.Thank youEd General manager Twins Auto Group

Thank you for bringing this to our attentionWe processed a refund for the service contract on May 30, and it went to Capital One Auto FinanceThey received it on June 6thThe refund cleared the bank on June 15thI tried to contact our customer yesterday, and left a voice mail for herWe
hope this resolves the issueSincerely, Teresa H***Controller

MrRobertson's vehicle is in our shop right now. Aaron Hamidov has been in communication with this customer. Our Service Department is doing everything they can to get the popping noise with his vehicle resolved

I am rejecting this response because:
Ed,I find it hard to believe that you talked to other customers about this issue on Saturday because the day that I was there and asked for you they said you were not in the officeYour so called negotiating tools that I signed had three papers that said I would take the vehicle for out the door and then you would also give me for my trade in must not mean much these daysThe manager I delt with mumbled some choice words when I would not agree with these tactics that you were trying to pull over on me so I did lose my coolThat is something I am not proud of but when we had three papers saying I would take the vehicle for and then you back out asking for more money seems like a bait and switch tacticI would hope this is not acceptable behaviour and one that is taught at this dealership to close deals to pad your pocket with a little more at the end of the dayI would also like the owner of Twins Buick, Mr Ty S*** made aware of this complaintMy next step with this issue is going to be the Ohio attorney generals office as well as ABC on your sideFor me this is a large sum of money I had saved up over time and won't be cornered into paying more

The customer was charged both times for the repair. He should not have been charged the second time. Twins would like to reimburse him for the second repair. The amount would be $

My name is Ben C*** and I am the service manager here at Twins Buick GMC I was made aware of the situation shortly after I started and have personally worked with Mr*** to resolve the issue I assigned a technician to solely work on Mr***'s vehicle and worked diligently to solve the matter I had my technician contact General Motors several times to help trouble shoot the issue We were advised by General Motors to repair wiring and replace the body control module We repaired these components to Mr***'s vehicle at no charge and test drove the vehicle extensively to verify the issue was resolved Unfortunately, the same concern did return after picking up on August 2nd, and I had a loaner vehicle taken out to Mr*** at the location the vehicle died and had the vehicle brought back to the dealership and again assigned the same technician to complete the repairs Again we worked with General Motors technical assistance to pinpoint the issue which we determined to be wiring going from the body control module to the transmission control module Again, we test drove the vehicle extensively and determined the vehicle was repaired to the best of our knowledge I personally contacted Mr*** to let him know the vehicle was repaired and asked him to contact me if he had any issues going forward I feel confident the issue is resolved and it was a pleasure to work with Mr*** Please contact me if you have any questions

After review and checking with our title department here at the dealership your payoff had not been paid. Our title clerk contacted Ally and paid you lease payments today 01/05/and any late fees, also the dealership told the lender it was our oversight not yours.I am very sorry for any
inconvenience that may have occurred and will do anything we can to correct the problem.Thank youEd H***
