Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We made an appointment for our customer to retun on May 9th, and she did. We replaced the rotors and made other minor repairs as well as gave her a fob. We believe this resolves her concerns. Teresa H[redacted]

Myself (Ben C[redacted]), and Allen S[redacted] are the service managers and have both spoken with the customer regarding the matter.  We diagnosed the vehicle for the customer as needing a battery, due to the posts being stripped, and the customer approved the repair.  Following...

the repair, we found that the alternator needed replaced as well.  Megan stated that there was an alternator on the passenger side seat and she assumed that it had been replaced previously at another facility or by the customer.  Megan attempted to call the customer but was unable to get through.  She was unable to leave a message due to the customers voicemail box being full.  Megan went ahead and put on the customers invoice that the alternator was faulty and needed replaced since she was unable to contact him.  I did advise the customer when speaking with him that the charges he paid were for the diagnosis and the battery.  We provided services on both and documented it on his repair order.  Furthermore, when Mr. [redacted] called in following his services, he spoke to both Megan and our service manager Allen S[redacted] in a way that is not appropriate or respectful, using foul language towards them.  I advised the customer that I would not be providing any assistance due to the way he treated our employees and due to the fact that the services he paid for, were services that were provided to Mr. [redacted].  Attached is a copy of the repair order.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  Thank You,Ben C[redacted]Service ManagerTwins Buick GMC614-885-2480 x 2044

Hello,I am fully aware about the whole situation regarding this issue. About over month ago [redacted] did stop by at the Twins Buick GMC dealership regarding transmission issue on her vehicle, after get familiar with situation and found out that she did not purchase service contract at the...

time of delivery, I offered her same solution that [redacted] Nisan had but for less amount. Customer declined the offer. Few weeks later I did receive the envelope from her legal representative [redacted]. envelope enclosed letter and copy of the Buyers Guide that was provided by Ms. [redacted]. That Buyers Guide states that vehicle carries a limited warranty where the dealer will pay 110% of the labor and 100% of the parts for the covered systems that limited warranty. After getting familiar with the Byers Guide, I did realized it was not the official Buyers Guide she received from us. Twins Buick GMC Byers Guide looks completely different and has Ms. [redacted]'s signature and its stating the vehicle was sold to customer AS IS-NO WARRANTY and signed again by Ms. [redacted]. I did contact to Attorney office and talked to [redacted] and did faxed it to him the copy of the Byers Guide that we have on file and signed by Ms. [redacted]. Never heard from Attorney office since then. Please review attached legal documents.   Please review and let me know. Thanks
