Dear [redacted] After receiving and reviewing this complaint dated back to January 17, we have forwarded your complaint to the General ManagerFirst off I want to sincerely apologize for no one responding to this complaint in a timely mannerThere was a mishap with the person who monitors our Revdex.com account as our office is growing and expandingAfter reviewing all the details to this case I gathered all dates and phone calls from your accountWhat I have is the date of the sale as 1/11, 1/speaking with [redacted] who answered all questions pertaining to when you will be reviewing the policy, the date you received the policy 1/23, two calls from 1/that were both dropped, and another call from 1/when you tried to cancelIn regards to the calls being dropped 1/26, that was something that we could not control, as they were working on our phone lines since the expansionAs for the call on 1/27, you spoke to three different repsAfter listening to the calls, I am deeply sorry for the way one of the customer services reps handled the callTherefore, we record all customer services calls so we can use them for training purposes and disciplinary actionsThis is no way I want my company ran, and I apologize for the quality of the callThe contract was cancelled 2/and the refund was processed 3/All customers are entitled to days to review the policy in which you were still within that trialOur customer services reps tried to do their job in earning your business, but in an aggressive manner that is against our company ethicsThese reps will all be re-trained in how to handle calls betterI apologize again for any stress this has causedThe money was refunded on March If there is anything else I could do please reach out Joshua P [redacted] General Manager Motor Vehicle Assurance [redacted]

In regards to our VSC we offered, it is for full bumper to bumper coverage that most vehicles only have power-tran warrantyAlso with the shipping receipt that you were suppose to get back, that in no way is in our handsThat has everything to do with USPSSorry that is out of our controlWe only wait to receive back the booklet because it has your contract number in there to close outWe apologize that you had to result to going to your bank, but now it is in your banks handsIf you have any questions please call customer service Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and ask for ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As I said previously, my wife, who is a two-time stroke victim, received an unsolicited phone call from [redacted] of NWVASince my initial complaint, having spoken to my wife in further detail about this phone call, Mr [redacted] was told as much by my wifeShe suggested that he call back later to speak with me when I returned from workHe said that if she did not respond to this offer of protection on this phone call that the protection would no longer be availableMy wife did not know what to do so she decided to give Mr [redacted] a credit card numberMr [redacted] also informed my wife that if we decided against this protection, all we HAD to do was call and declineA few days later, I called NWVA and spoke with [redacted] Mr [redacted] told me to wait until the contract came in the mail, to read it overIf I decided against the protection, all I needed to do was call back and declineAt that time the $deposit would be refundedMr [redacted] never mentioned that I would need to submit IN WRITING a cancellation requestIn my opinion this business is a "hard sell" business and preys upon the indecision of its prospective clientsThis business is also misleading people into thinking that to decline their offer, all they have to do is callThe written cancellation requirement is only mentioned in the contract that you receive in the mail Regards, [redacted] ***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I asked for the owner to either submit reimbursement or repair the job the correct way Twins Remodeling Wilfredo, never said the job was incompleteWilfredo stated "he apologize for the work that was done and he can fix it" Wilfredo refused to fix the job the proper way I would like for the job to be corrected because it is not leveled and large amounts of water sits at my back door for days after it has rainedThere's now a large from my ground to my homeThis matter can be resolve, if the owner agrees to fix the damage He never stated the job was not completed Regards, [redacted]

l, Wilfredo S [redacted] have no idea why [redacted] contacted this company or anyone else concerning this jobThere was no dispute between her or IWhen spoke to [redacted] pertaining to the job, clearly explained to her that the job wasn't complete and that I would complete it the following business day [redacted] told me that she knew was going to take Care of it, Then when I attempted to contact her to complete the job, she would not reply and she asked her father to speak with me concerning her wantsUpon speaking to her father explained to him that I told [redacted] that the job was not complete and that I would complete itThat is when he told me that she didn't want me to complete it and she wanted her deposit backexplained to him that refunding her would be impossible because I used her deposit to purchase her material and the rest was for labor costsI stand behind all my work and rarely have any complaints or problems from any of my customers because they know I'm a reliable contractor.This isn't the first time that I've worked for [redacted] and she's been pleased with all other work I've completed for herSo I was baffled by her degree turn of her not wanting to communicate with me and wanting a refund of her deposit.also understand that she called others to confirm suspicions of the way I was going to complete the job and she was not approving of the way I was going to do it because of what others saidHowever [redacted] didn't allow me to complete the job and to that end I will not be giving her a refund due to the fact that when a job is not completed and a contract has been signed, I can do my part if I'm allowed to but in this case wasn't given the chance to complete itThis decision to abort the job was soley on the customer for no reasonAs far as I'm concerned she reneged on the contract that she signed and I took a great lostSo there will not be any refund at allAs far as her telling me how to do my job is not going to workIf completed her job and something would've happened to the work that completed because of my negligence, then I would've been more than glad to revisit the issue and correct it, but like I stated earlier wasn't given the opportunity to complete the job.Thank You,Twins Remodeling

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as I am no longer contacted by this businessI do want to add a log off the calls I have received by the business: 10/2:52pm, 10/9:34am,10/8:am, 10/1:39pm, 10/1:00pm, 10/2:14pm, 10/9:50am, 10/9:41am, 9/9:am, 9/8:14am, 9/8:51am, 9/11:am, 9/8:33am, 9/12-9:33am, 9/1:06pm, 9/12:05pm, 8/7:54am, 8/10:32am and 11:am, 7/9:38amAnd the last goes on dating back months and monthsThis company called me from different "local" numbers that I was able to identify as being them by either answering the call, or calling the number back and listening to the recordingSeveral times adding myself to their so called no call listBy this company claiming to only have contacted me a couple times, they are either lying or massively unaware of the numbers of calls being put out Regards, [redacted]

We do regret to hear your experience with one of our sales representatives, as we do not condone misrepresentation of our company or our product. With that being said, the sales... representative mentioned above will have a discussion with upper management regarding this issue as we take honesty and compliance very seriously. Upon looking over the information we have on the policy purchased on 9/27/2016, you reached our customer service department the next day (9/28/2016) and spoke with Frankie- one of our highly trained customer service representatives to assist you in this matter. The notes in our system show within the call that you expressed your concerns and requested a cancellation of the policy as well as a refund of your down deposit made on 9/27/2016 in the amount of $550. The same day of your requested cancellation on 9/28/2016, your refund was complete in full. Again, we do thank you for your feedback.
