Hello [redacted] Thank you for submitting a review regarding your experience with MVAWe use all reviews to ensure we are always upgrading our customer experienceWe do record and monitor all of our calls for quality assurance purposesAfter reviewing all of the phone calls linked to your account, it sounds as though our customer support staff was polite and informative regarding the policies and procedures of a cancellationThere are also no calls where a representative hung up on you while inquiring about a refundIn fact, you received a call on 11/10/letting you know that your deposit refund was completed and should show up in your account with 48-hoursWe apologize for not having received your letter the first timeWithout a tracking number on the letter, we would have no idea what could have happened to itAs far as the faxed letters are concerned, the only one received was on 1/9/We use an online fax system that does track each fax going in and out, dated, with the statusA fax has not been received prior to 1/9/Now, due to your letter being dated for November as well as us refunding our initial deposit on 11/10, we did cancel out your account so that no future billing will occurAlso, the finance company has been alerted to refund the payment that was drafted on 12/4/in the amount of $You shall see this refund within the same 48-hour time frame We apologize again for the discrepancy, but we did our best to ensure you were handled properlyIf you have any other questions or conerns, please call us at [redacted] *** and ask for a supervisor of complianceThank you!

l, Wilfredo S[redacted] have no idea why [redacted] contacted this company or anyone else concerning this job. There was no dispute between her or I. When spoke to [redacted] pertaining to the job, clearly explained to her that the job wasn't complete and that I would complete it the following...

[redacted] told me that she knew was going to take Care of it, Then when I attempted to contact her to complete the job, she would not reply and she asked her father to speak with me concerning her wants. Upon speaking to her father explained to him that I told [redacted] that the job was not complete and that I would complete it. That is when he told me that she didn't want me to complete it and she wanted her deposit back. explained to him that refunding her would be impossible because I used her deposit to purchase her material and the rest was for labor costs. I stand behind all my work and rarely have any complaints or problems from any of my customers because they know I'm a reliable contractor.This isn't the first time that I've worked for [redacted] and she's been pleased with all other work I've completed for her. So I was baffled by her 360 degree turn of her not wanting to communicate with me and wanting a refund of her deposit.also understand that she called others to confirm suspicions of the way I was going to complete the job and she was not approving of the way I was going to do it because of what others said. However [redacted] didn't allow me to complete the job and to that end I will not be giving her a refund due to the fact that when a job is not completed and a contract has been signed, I can do my part if I'm allowed to but in this case wasn't given the chance to complete it. This decision to abort the job was soley on the customer for no reason. As far as I'm concerned she reneged on the contract that she signed and I took a great lost. So there will not be any refund at all. As far as her telling me how to do my job is not going to work. If completed her job and something would've happened to the work that completed because of my negligence, then I would've been more than glad to revisit the issue and correct it, but like I stated earlier wasn't given the opportunity to complete the job.Thank You,Twins Remodeling

I am rejecting this response because:  I asked for the owner to either submit reimbursement or repair the job the correct way.  Twins Remodeling Wilfredo, never said the job was incomplete. Wilfredo stated "he apologize for the work that was done and he can fix it"  Wilfredo refused to fix the job the proper way.  I would like for the job to be corrected because it is not leveled and large amounts of water sits at my back door for days after it has rained. There's now a large from my ground to my home. This matter can be resolve, if the owner agrees to fix the damage.  He never stated the job was not completed.
