patron responds to the automated messages from our corporate offices, we usually do not receive said responses in our personal emails.In this particular situation, my Sales Rep [redacted], removed the job from our schedule, but neglected to select the final option to cancel the work order.  Being busy is not an acceptable excuse for not being thorough or professional.  However, our employees are human beings, and we treat then as such. Knowing that everyone makes mistakes we have developed an overly redundant procedure for confirming all of our customers multiple times.This way in the event of a simple mistake such as this, we have the opportunity to correct it, just as the complaint here states, two full days before any work order's scheduled date to verify the information we have is correct. Sometimes, it is not as we have no problems readily admitting that all of our employees make mistakes from time to time.This is not an example of shady business practices, nor are we hiding behind a Revdex.com rating. People make mistakes, and when we do we own up to it and make it right, and this is how we maintain our Revdex.com rating.
