This company damaged a number of furniture pieces in our move. A quote by a furniture repair business is $2500. The movers refused to pay for the total damage and insisted the damage was there before the move. They paid only 15% of the damage in compensation. I do not recommend them.
When I called the company you got your estimate from they quoted me $2000 to refinish all the wood furniture that has small marks on it. We admitted to making some of the marks, but not all of the marks on this very old wood furniture. The $375 we paid you was 100% more then the insurance you signed for at the beginning of your move would compensate you for, and approximately 65% of the total cost of your move. Nice that you made sure to cash the cheque before making this review. Have a nice day!
