This company has violated my privacy. They sent me a text about a home I own, I told them I wasn't interested in selling and never would be, and to remove my information. One week later they send a text to my son's phone, I asked how they got that information and they replied "they use a service", sounds like a privacy violation to me. I'm wondering if they are using illegal practices since they go so far to gather information.

You know how it feels to wonder if one of those cool things that happens to other people could happen to you? Well, it felt like an answer to prayer the day Paul from We Buy Georgia Homes sent me a text message about buying my home, I had this flash of...too good to be true? But I kept the conversation going, looked at the great reviews on this Revdex.com page, and arranged to meet Cody for a walk-through. This was a situation where I was not in a place, financially, to fix up my home enough to sell it. Cody gave me an offer that was very good considering the work that needed to be done. I was able to get out from under a home I could not repair and walked away in less than a month and a half with a hefty and much needed wire headed to my bank. Cody and Kyle were very easy to reach through text whenever I had a question or concern. The company used for closing was very organized and efficient. I supplied some documents online, chose a date, time, and location (they have a number of available locations) and walked in, signed the paperwork, and walked out with cash on the way to my bank. I closed during my lunch break at work. That is how easy it was. Thank you again, so much. I have already recommended you to someone.

I first spoke with We Buy Georgia Homes over a year ago. The property I owned was in uninhabitable condition having a bad foundation. We were not able to work out a sale as I owed more that the value of the property. I am a licensed real estate broker who has rehabbed over a hundred properties during the recession while working with REO properties. I understood the cost was prohibitive for an investor to flip. I did not wish to renovate the property myself due to the bad foundation.
Recently and over a year later they contacted me and said they were still interested in the property and was I willing to sell. Since properties have appreciated we were able to work out a satisfactory sale. I did understand that they would be reselling the property for a profit the same day as closing with me. They were open , honest, fair and above board. I cannot say enough good things about Paul or Kyle. They were a pleasure to work with. I would sell to them again.
