To Whom It May Concern:Enclosed is the copy of AutoCheck performed for the vehicle in question.An accident was reported on 7/29/11. Please notice the GM Certification on 1/31/14. This clearly states the cleanliness of the vehicle from General Motors standards. *** *** had
asked our salesperson, *** ***, out on the lot if the vehicle had ever been in an accident. *** replied he did not know at that time. We have the tools to discover past history of vehicles and the customer did not ask *** to run a Carfax or AutoCheck.*** then pursued a full refund of the vehicle which he had owned for approximately five months. I offered *** current NADA market trade value for the vehicle. He deemed this value insufficient. I believe the amount requested by *** for the vehicle after five months of ownership is unreasonable.*** called *** a liar seven times, and after the seventh derogatory comment I stated "this conversation is over." Unfortunately in this situation there were some credit challenges to overcome.  We can not guarantee anyone that there payments would go down or up stay the same in the future, since there is no telling if the bills will be paid on time.  In this case, one way to better there credit was to...

We contacted [redacted] and offered a $400 check to be cut to him for his inconveniences on the truck he purchased.  Typically a truck of this age (8years) and mileage (120ish thousand) with know safety concerns when it was ran through our shop wouldn't qualify for any type of warranty...

through our store... [redacted]I have listened to their lies for almost a year. They told me at time of purchase I was not elligable for the UAW/John Deere discount. When I went to work I checked with Hr and found out I was entitled to discount. I called and talked with Mgr and he told me it was no problem and they have fixed this before. I worked with them and recieved assurances I would be satisfied. I have some of there emails and can show part of the lies. I wish I had kept from the begining but trusting what they said I was patient. I can foward all the emails if you show me how to foward all of them to you.

This matter has been to all types of levels.  From Revdex.com, lawyers and DOT.  We and the DOT have attempted to contact her numerous times to get her into resign with us as lien holder.  There has been no response.  Ubersox Auto Group has done everything by the book on this deal after...

After checking with our Service manager, I found out that [redacted] partner was in on the 19th and all issues were taken care of. We have the signed off repair order where we even took care of non-authorized work that was done elsewhere and not at our dealership. He said that he is very happy with our work and how we have taken care of this issue.

The truck was photographed by our Platteville location, and turned into Chrysler Corporate. Chrysler agreed to fix the truck. We will are willing to be an an advocate on behalf of the customer (Carmody) in regards to assisting with any and all repairs required to...

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The vehicle has been taken to Ubersox Platteville and they have been working on the items that needed to be fixed and have also found other items that should of been fixed during the 27 point inspection of the vehicle before the vehicle should of even left the dealership. This dealership was such in a hurry to make a quick dollar that they were not at all worried about the condition of the vehicle and if it was safe to drive. I am very disappointed in this dealership and I will advise everyone that I know of to never purchase a vehicle from the dealership, they have been nothing but rude, the only person that has wanted to help us in this situation is the service manager in Platteville and I think that is quite sad. Depending on how the next few weeks go with this vehicle and I am hoping that nothing else goes wrong with the vehicle depends on how else I am going to handle this situation. The last message was a complete lie, stating that because we purchased the vehicle from the Barneveld location that that is where it needed to be fixed at, When the vehicle was going to get worked on the first time the GM was planning on picking up the vehicle at the Barneveld location and take it to Platteville to have the work completed and I think it is quite sad that the dealership could not even get the parts to the Platteville location themselves that they relied on my husband to make sure that the parts got to where they needed to get to, in my books that is quite incompetent and LAZY!!!

I've had numerous conversations with this customer about a few different issues.  Which all of the issues that could be resolved, were resolved.  He wanted a bill from some oil changes he had done, taken care of (done).  There was an outstanding balance owed to the dealership for a...

rustproofing that was done to his truck.  The money that he gave to us in the most recent transaction was used to clear that up.  He wanted a credit for an affiliate discount that was provided to us after the sale (can't be done).  Not for sure what else we can do for this customer.

Yur second location that is closer to where we live is the problem and in a since started all of these problems and we did call twice an talked to 3 different people on 10/1,not even 24 hours after the  light came back on, about what was going on with the vehicle and no one would help us, they wanted us to bring the vehicle in in 10/3 but we were unable to take another day off of work to have the vehicle  by taken care of, by time Monday came around to call the dealership back the light have gone off and no it was not a loose gas cap because we could feel the vehicle jerking when the gas peddle was released.

Review: About a year ago my girl and I traded a vehicle through ubersox with the understanding that while paying 500 $ a month, within a year we will be able to come back and trade it in for a cheaper vehicle. We made a purchase but unfortunately we couldn't have the vehicle registered to gather or individually. Ubersox was aware of the situation since day one , and I'm positive that they are aware that is it against the law tooperate an uunregistered vehicle. I called everyday for a month until I talked to the salesman who sold me the vehicle. I was told to continue paying my car note and they will just give me temp plates. I drove with temp plates for the entire time I had the vehicle. I I call constantly and demanded a new vehicle because I couldn't get the vehicle registered in my nameI purchase insurance for the vehicle but because of the year of the car and the amount that I was paying on a vehicle per month I couldn't afford the insurance.in February of 2014 as it was in a car accident I didn't have insurance at the time the finance company purchase the vehicle from the tow company and I was sent a bill for the remaining balance that I had on that vehicleDesired Settlement: the result I'm hoping for is for ubersox to payfinance company the remaining balance on the vehicle

Review: I have contact Ubersox Auto Group multiply times about a grinding sound on the left. I have call and went back to dealership to get the issues fix. On Friday October 11, I stop by the dealership after multiply attempts to contact them over the phone. threw my keys at the salesman Sammy and told him to " fix it" He gave my keys to shop manager twenty minutes later the manager said they have to replace a converter. The manager said he would pick up my vehicle on Monday morning. Neither of that has happen today.Desired Settlement: They have two options in my eyes 1) fix it or refund me my money! I should not have to go through this to get something fix

There was a miscommunication as to when the vehicle was to be picked up from the customer. The customer thought we were picking his vehicle up on Monday, but we actually told him that we would call him Monday and let him know when the part that was ordered for his vehicle came in. We were scheduled to pick the vehicle up from the customer on the Friday morning the 18th of October (today) and fix the vehicle. This issue is resolved.
