Do not use this place! It should be named "you break, I break worse". Not only did they not fix my husbands phone. After they had to replace the screen twice, they completely broke his iPhone. After the first attempt to replace the screen, the screen was flickering and buttons would not work. So a second visit was necessary. The screen was replaced again. Which a few days later; the phone completely stopped working. A third visit to the store, not only did they refuse to fix what they broke, the manager refused to issue a refund for the screen replacement. My husband wasn't even asking that they reimburse him for the cost of his Iphone. A tiny little chip in the screen turned into the complete loss of an Iphone because of this store's incompetency.

This store apparently doesn't understand the concept of a contract/ purchase for services because if they did, they would understand that when a customer pays for a service and that service is not delivered, then a refund should be issued.
