Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint by Ms***.Her issue is with Budget Rent A Car It would have been preferable for her to file the complaint against Budget as we have no control over the claims we receive or the disputes These all have to be reviewed by Budget Rent A Car.I will forward Ms***'s complaint to our client Budget Rent A Car immediately for them to review and decide how they would like to proceed with the claim [redacted] ***

We responded to the complaint on 8/@ 12:26pm as noted on the messages tab on this page Mr [redacted] is scheduled to come in to the dealership next week to inspect a new wheel that we received from Ford and to address the dirt specks noted in the paint Thank you Byerly Ford Nissan

Ms [redacted] vehicle was fixed according to the [redacted] Insurance company estimate and guidelines, by factory trained techniciansWe have documentation supporting our repairs along with the replacement of the wheel in questionWe also have a print out of the alignment that was performed on her vehicleUnfortunately, we don't have an opportunity to assist Ms [redacted] with her concerns she had fixed by another mechanicIf Ms [redacted] insurance company will agree to fix the scratches on her door per her request we would be glad to perform the workThat decision will have to be made by her insurance company and not our dealership.We have been in business for years and enjoy a stellar reputation in the communityWe didn't earn that by doing the things mentioned in this Revdex.com complaint.Thanks, [redacted] ***Byerly Ford CollisionDixie HwyLouisville,Ky[redacted]

Due to privacy we cannot verify if or if not this individual is a client of UBS Financial ServicesIn attempting to contact the individual, the phone number provided for Mr [redacted] rang twice or three times and then went to a busy signal on multilple attempts

We regret the fact the customer is not satisfied with our attempts to provide goodwill after the purchase of the vehicleThere will be no further action taken in this matter on behalf of the dealership Thank you Byerly Nissan

Ms*** called 3/7/and said her Kia had a bad oil leakWe advised Ms *** to have her car towed to our shop to make sure no further damage would be done to her vehicle on account of the oil leak. The owner thought her issues were due to her
12/21/accident in which we performed the repairsThe accident repair work done on her vehicle in December of was not engine relatedThere was NO damage to either Engine, Oil Filter, or power steering pump. A technician put the Kia on lift and found oil was coming from bellhousingWe called the owner advised this was NOT as a result of the accident repaired months earlier. We informed the customer that we would try to find source of the oil leakWe found oil leaking from the bellhousing and repairedAfter test driving we also discovered oil leaking from the top of the engineThe PVC valve was clogged so we replaced that and cleaned out the hose attach to it and did not the charge the customer. Tech found that oil was very dirty and thick from lack of maintenance. After PVC valve was replaced at no charge, the vehicle was still leaking oilThe oil pump was leaking as well along with a rear main sealSpoke with owner and the owner's father about the additional repairs needed. The customer ok’d repairs and the oil leaks were repaired. Owner had multiple leaks on vehicle and a bad Power steering pumpNone of these issues were accident relatedThey are maintenance issuesThe oil doesn't appear to have been changed in quite some time which can cause multiple and serious problems with this vehicle both now and in the futureThe power steering pump needs to be repaired as it could be a safety issue and the customer declined the workVehicle had 77,miles when it was repaired from her accident on 12/and now has 99,We feel the source of her problems is due to apparent lack of maintenance, in particular oil changes, and not as a result of the accident damage we repaired in

We disagree with the Mr ***'s assessment of the events that took place concerning the repair of his Ford ExplorerWe don't stay in business for over years by "taking advantage" of any of our customersIn fact, we saved Mr *** money by locating
him a used tail light vs a much more expensive new oneWe couldn't verify a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle but offered to have our service department try to diagnose itOur service department stays busy and sometimes appointments are scheduled out days in advance. We did explain to the customer that if the noise was not wreck related that the they would be responsible to pay for the diagnosis and/or the repairWe do that up front so there are no surprises if the repair was not wreck related.We did not have the opportunity to diagnose the noise coming from the rear of the vehicleMr *** stated that the other Ford service center said the noise was from the wreckIf that is the case I would suggest the customer get reimbursed by his insurance company for the repair Thank you Byerly Collision Center

[The guy from the auto body keeps saying my truck problems are not from accident I never said they were from an accident.I told him them they were caused from the mechanic not doing proper repairs that was supposed to be done and they signed off on saying they were done]

We are currently trying to address the complaints registered by Mr ***The complaints involving the wheels not matching exactly in color will involve the participation of Mr ***'s insurance companyTheir decision is beyond our controlThe complaints about dust in the paint and
alignment of the hood and fenders will be addressed to the best of our ability

We currently have the customers F in our shop repairing the concern mentioned in the Revdex.com complaintThe original problem with the truck was a spark plug that broke in half while extracting it during a tune upThis is common on this type of motor and is a design flaw from the manufacturer
We are working with the customer to remedy the situation in a mutually acceptable manner

When I purchased the vehicle I was assured that it was in tip top shape and that all routine maintenance was completedThere was also a 50/drive train warranty (see attached)So no they didn't do me any favors by lying to me from the get go and as you can see they are lying now about "AS IS" The day I left the lot I realized the vehicle had a shake to itAt first I thought it was the rough roads but the faster I drove the harder it shook.I have attached a picture of what is causing the shaking(Rear trailing arm)Unfortunately Barely did not respect me enough to listen to what I was telling them about the shaking instead they chose to tell me that even a new vehicle shakes like that and dismissing my claim multiple times and talking down to me and my finance so after wasting much of my time and patience and exhausting every way I knew how, being fed up and gave them a piece of my mind and don't apologize for it!This dealership is not to be trusted and is incompetentIf you value your time and your money ready this post in its entirety and look at the attachmentsI guess ***ary owns this lying institution.

*** *** I was sold a vehicle that I was assured, and mislead, to believe was installed and included in my vehicleI feel very cheated and disrespected as a person, and taken advantage of as a womanI do not believe that they would have treated a man the same wayI want the equipment promises installed free of charge, because being disabled and financially challenged, I cannot afford to purchase this item after being told, and shown how to activate equipment that didn't existQuite simply, I was scammed by dishonest people at great expense
