Mr [redacted] is scheduled to come in to the dealership next week to inspect a new wheel that we received from Ford and to address the dirt specks noted in the paint.

was performed on her vehicle. Unfortunately, we don't have an opportunity to assist Ms [redacted] with her concerns she had fixed by another mechanic. If Ms [redacted] insurance company will agree to fix the scratches on her door per her request we would be glad to perform the work. That decision will have to be made by her insurance company and not our dealership.We have been in business for 75 years and enjoy a stellar reputation in the community. Throughout this process the customer has been very rude to our employees even to the extent of verbally cursing out multiple employees at our dealership.We have built an excellent reputation in this community by going above and beyond as we did for this customer. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. Please respond here ONLY. I brought the vehicle to Byerly over the insurance companys recommendation. Byerly had the vehicle for plenty time to check the noise out, if they knew it had to go to the service center it should have been taken care of while the vehicle was there. Instead Byerly told us and the insurance company that nothing was wrong there for the insurance company said nothing could be done. It is not my fight to have with insurance company when byerly should have took care of this while the vehicle was in there possession. This is a family vehicle and being told we need to wait 2 weeks to get service is unacceptable, after having a wreck, who would want to put there family in vehicle not knowing if it is safe. We had to return the rental do to Byerly saying our  vehicle was finished, and byerly had also been in contact with the insurance company to let them know it was finished. The tail light is a separate issue. Paying for a tale light is not the issue, the way is was portrayed is the issue. It was made to seem that if we brought the vehicle Byerly  would have a used tale light to throw on it for us. We have purchased vehicles, used your service multiple times ford and Nissan, and the collision center in the past. Not a first time using byerly and service was far less then expected.     ]
