Ordered boxes from ULINE in IL. Had an issue with my card, so I called up and they immediately resolved my issue. Very efficient and I didn't even have to talk to a automated robot. Will definitely order from them again.

Uline arranged for the return of the defective glue gun and sent a replacement, both at no cost to the customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  ULINE customer service representative [redacted] D. has assured me that their Quality Assurance Department along with their marketing departments will be notified of the particulars of my issues with the order received defective.  [redacted] has assured me that corrective action will be taken as to notifying the manufacturer of the non conforming mats (sadly made in the USA) to review their Quality assurance procedures, templates, jigs, blueprints, specifications etc., to assure that what is ordered by ULINE is received by ULINE, per their dimensions and specifications.  Additionally, the note of caveat emptor (Let the Buyer beware) will be somehow added to the catalog to notify unsuspecting consumers in the future of the possibility or probability of the mats not being manufactured to the dimensions that are advertised in the catalogue, therefore subsequently shipped to the customer being defective.  The customer service representative [redacted] D. was pleasant, and amiable to work with me as to a refund of the product.

Although Mr. [redacted] is not the card holder, we were able to confirm that the credit card in question was charged only once in the amount of $659.19.  The order was placed on 03-26-14 with a requested ship date of 04-10-14. ...

The order shipped on 04-10-14 and was delivered on 04-11-14 at approximately 1:30 pm.

Good day Sirs – As of Friday April 29th, Uline has agreed to refund Central American Fisheries for the two defective shrink wrap machines. We can now consider this situation closed. Thank you very much for your support throughout this process.

We have been in contact with this customer since receiving the complaint.  We are working with our vendor to determine if there is a version of the shrink tunnel that can be used in the customer's climate.

Mr. [redacted] order shipped on 10-24-14 with no delivery charge.

Over 3 months ago we discovered that Uline was charging us shipping based on the weight of what we ordered. Everything that we ordered from them came with 1 if not 2 of their giant catalogs. We asked it to stop, we were told it would. The very next week we got 3 catalogs in the mail every other day of the week. We got over 10 catalogs in one week. We called again, again we were told it would stop. The next week 10 more, finally we called again and demanded this stop or we were going to take action. We were told it would stop. The frequency of the catalogs have slowed down, but today we got 3 catalogs. The person we spoke with on the phone told us it could take months for us to be removed. IT'S BEEN MONTHS! She said that there was nothing more she could do and that we would likely continue to get catalogs. WHY!! Why do you need stupid catalogs?! All of your products are online, there is no [redacted] need!! They are just wasting trees and paper, and this is completely unethical business practice.

Upon further review we found that the customer's mail record, although residential, was associated with multiple businesses.  We alerted Dun & Bradstreet (877-763-3046) the source of the mail record, that this was not an active business record.  Additionally we have...
