Dear Mr [redacted] , MrHart actually had a Month/mile warranty with the vehicle he purchased from us.When the issue was brought to our attention, we advised him to take the vehicle to another repair shop because his wife had used threats and profanity towards our staff.however, as a remedy, we are willing to offer a $courtesy refund while their vehicle is in service.Please let me know if there are any other questions and how to move forward in this matterSincerelyFrank R***Ultimate Automain: ###-###-####

April 21, Dear [redacted] :I am writing in reference to the above complaint [redacted] contacted Ultimate Auto a few days after he purchased the vehicle indicating that he had taken the car to [redacted] dealership for diagnoses and they said we needed to change the coils on the truck and we toke care of it for him.The following week he brought the truck back and said the check engine light was on and [redacted] dealership said that it needed catylic convertor needed to be change and it was very coasty but we changed it just to make him happy.I received a call from him about week ago and he complaining that catylic convertor has gone bad again I explained to him that his car is not under warrantyHe is stating that converter was not put correctly on the truck.If it was not install correctly the check engine light would of came on immediately not months lather.According to our contract at Ultimate Auto, the customer has days or 1,miles whichever comes first on engine and transmission onlyWe have gone beyond our contract agreement to make sure the customer is happy with his vehicleAt this point, there is nothing more we could do for [redacted] .Sincerely,

hellothe vehicle was purchased on 10/27/with a selling price of $13,[redacted] was waiting on a check to clear which she kept promising was gonna be any day now.we mentioned we needed the $to fix the car and she kept saying she was waiting on her check to clearlike all other customers she received paperwork at time of sale however she claimed she did not have copies so we supplied them to her father.Her father came to dealership claiming to be a federal agent and made threats and also advised us that they would be contacting their attorney at which time we advised them that any further correspondence would need to go thru attorney we have advised her that there is no cancellation policy within days, and that she has purchased a vehiclewe would be happy to provide any other information that you would need thank you in advance

this place is an A++ placemaybe pricey but you pay for the quality and the customer experiencei was treated like a star and my car looks like something a celebrity would drive nowif you want the best, you must shop herethey dont leave anything out

I am rejecting because I have email back in forth with me and mr hal discussing the bad tires he gave me I didint get aa response he cause me days off work that dollars he gave went towards my rent when I fell behind trying to speed and get this car fixed before my tags went dead I am on my 3rd pair of paper tags and I am just being able to pass inspection I was told when I purchased the car that when I did pass inspection the dealer is responsible for getting the hard tags for me and hal said that he would not do it I dont understand because I paid in advance with my purchase for my hard tags ...I also didnt have a spair tire in the back or my trunk so when the original tire sprung a leak I looked in truck for spair and there was nothing I didnt even have a drivers manual and my service was exceeded hal has cause me soooo much money and stress and the 300$ is not surfice anfter the tire leak and bald tires I went to him n purchased too more bald tires for 70$ not even paying attention I drove off thinking everything was straight I am not satified at all I paid out of pocket almost dollars worth or repairs on a car that havent even been thru maryland inspection when I purchased this car the md inspection sheet was blank and they took it in the back office and wrote my vin number on it to make it seem as if it had been thru inspection ...he lied and lied over and over agin when he couldve jus tole the truth and saved us both alot of time and money

ok hal ive had enough with this car the tires I just purchased from you are bad and bald already I am still sliding bad enough yal told me I would only pay for my tires but I was charged with no fuss yes you gave me hundred dollars and that wouldnt cover anything but the service A light thats been on SINCE I PURCHASED to service service A cost by itself and when I purchased the car service a was exceeded by miles and I asked mike what that meant he said dont worry about it all these broken promises and half done work is putting me in a bind I still have not been able to fix the repairs I brought the parts for almost dollars and fell behind on my rent trying to deal with this car I am almost sure the transmission is going and I am not sure why my warranty dont cover the transmisin leak..I was under the impression that my warranty covered all engine and transmission problems I tried to work with you but this car has too many poblems and its stressing me out I need at least 1000,to get everything repaired including the tires I hate this car ....yal even promised me that yal would service my oil changes for 60$ then lied about that and I was cool with it but akk of this is too much to bear my tags go dead in about weeks I get paid on the and my tags go dead the next day I cannot pass inspection with this no good car

Good Morning, No I still haven't received my refund and it's been a week as of todayThe business isn't open until 10am, so I will call them and find out what is going onI will go there and see if I can get the check instead, because I need my moneyI have bills to pay, especially my rent which is the most important

We have done everything that we could for this customerAccording to our contract she had day's warranty on engine and transmission only, Which doesn't cover seals and gaskets and wear and tear, We are Maryland dealer and we don't guarantee other state inspection As a curtsy we did refund her to get care fix not for her to pay her rentShe can simply review our contract and see what was under warranty and what is not!!

AND NOTHING WAS DONE NOT EVEN A RESPONSE BACK  I NOW NEED 2NEW FRONT TIRES BRAND NEW AND NOT USED BECAUSE AFTER SPENDING $70 WITH ULTIMAT AUTO MY TIRES WERE STILL BALD I WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT GETTING POSITIVE HELPFUL FEED BACK FROM THEM THAT AFTER BEING TOLD I WOULD BE ISSUED 2 NEW TIRES FOR A DISCOUNTED PRICE OF $35 AND ENDED UP PAYING $70 I DIDNT EVEN NOTICE HOW BALD THE NEW TIRES AND HE IS SAYING THAT I ONLY HAD A 30DAY WARRANTY I HAD A 30DAY WARRANTY A 60DAY AND A 2YEAR WARRANTY THESE PEOPLE TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME AND MY SISTER CAUSE WE WERE YOUNG FEMALES WHO CLEARLY DIDNT KNOW MUCH ABOUT PURCHASING A CAR MY SISTER ALSO PURCHASED A CAR AND WAS UNABLE TO GET HARD TAGS BECAUSE SHE COULDNT PASS INSPECTION NOW IN ORDER FOR ME NOT TO TAKE FUTHER ACTION I WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED ATLEAST $3500 THATS ONLY HALF OF WHAT I SPENT ON REPAIRS INCLUDING WHAT STILL NEEDS TO BE DONE THAT MONEY CAN GO TOWARD MY CAR LEASE WHO CARS IT DOSENT EVEN HAVE TO BE CASH BUT MY LIFE WAS VERY INCONVIENCED THIS CAR PURCHASE DELIMMA SPILLED OVER  INTO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT NOT TO MENTION THE GUY GEORGE AT  THE [redacted] BENX DEALER SAID THAT COVER UP WPRK HAS BEEN DONE TO THE TRANSMISSION AND I WOULD KNOW HOW A CAR IS RESISTANT AND DOSENT REALLY PICK UP SPEED AS IT SHOULD AND THAT IS HOW THIS CAR DRIVES I WOULD LIKE A  CAR TRADE IN OR CASH TOWARD MY VEHICLE PAYMENTS

Please note the vehicle was serviced per guidelines and customer was informed of all repaired issues.

Please note customer purchased vehicle with a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty. Oil change and light bulb, battery were replaced at no charge cost them complained about brakes after we replaced battery and we explained that the two have nothing to do with each other. Four months later she complains...

about engine issue, as a courtesy we are willing to look at the engine issue and product labor if customer pays for the parts.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: the business was so careless and dis honest the only reason hal gave that $300 was because he was in court earliar that day for a case simular to mines mr hal took me for a joke and played with my intelligence I recall a personal phone call from him asking if I can suck his private part and when he herd the seriousness in my response he apologized and the next day offered that measly 300 dollars I have been strung along lied too and ignored my frustration grew soo much that I went back up to that location with tears in my eyes almost going back and forth with hal I will be I spent aproximatley $3000 dollar of my own money in repairs I lost time from work and I have been inconvienced I still have to pay another $1000 to service the service A and B AND I DONT HAVE TYHE MONEY RIGHT NOW SO THAT IS MORE WEAR ON MY CAR  plus I need 2 new front tires if hal can reimburst me at least half of my money I would be happy but I feel as if no one cars I am a single mom and I am inthis world alone I dont recieve any public assistance I work a full time job and I am trying to keep my head above water I got this car with bald tires check engine light service A and B NEEDS ATTENTION and ii had no spar tire no drivers manual I am going to fax my warranty information I was told that I had a 30day  +2 year warranty review it for me please

To whom it may concern: [redacted] purchased the vehicle on May 28th,2014. On or about June 10th she returned with a copy of a diagnosis from [redacted] in reference to some sensors. We replaced the sensors, provided her with parts receipt and told her to go back to...

[redacted] and verify the repair was performed correctly. We didn't hear back from her for 2 weeks when she returned with a complaint from [redacted] for a service A repair of $350. As a courtesy we issued her a check in the amount of $300 towards that repair, This is the first we are hearing about 2 used fires she purchased from a shop next door to us being bad, However I arm sure we can get them to replace the 2 used tires if they are indeed bald.in addition [redacted] purchased an extended warranty from [redacted] warranty if she has any warranty concerns she can direct it to them at [redacted], Thank you in advance
