After reviewing every phone number connected to this file in our archive, this is the only recording in our archive linked with complaint ID# *** We are having pattern complaints of this nature. At no point in time prior to this recorded conversation did
the customer tell our company to remove her number. When we asked what number she wanted removed she became uncooperative and disconnected the call. At no point in time did any associate in our office make threats of any nature to this customer, and it that ever founded to be true with any call, the collector would be terminated and removed immediately. I became irritated after the multiple phone calls madeI have my recordings as well and would be happy to send them in to resolve this issueI also have my phone records showing the multiple calls.The rudeness of these employees is definitely nothing to be proud of and if you have a pattern of complaints of this nature I think you should review the tapes a little more in depth.My work # and my cell # has received multiple calls but oddly enough, after I sent my original complaint to the Revdex.com all calls have ceased
