We had the customer's order dispatched for pickup on 9/Unfortunately the driver could not meet the available time frame of the pickup contact, who was not available to release the customer's vehicle after PMOur driver's ETA was PMWe have been working diligently, since this scheduling conflict, to assign another driverTo this point, we simply have not the availability to do soWe have refunded, in full, the amount of the customer's order, $599, to the credit card that he provided when booking the transactionThe refund was processed immediately after the customer cancelled his order, this morning.Attached are screenshots of all transactions and a copy of the refund receipt / transaction itself

Upon review of Mr [redacted] 's assertions, we have determined this to be a frivolous claimMr [redacted] has threatened litigation and we have been advised by our attorney not to comment further

Ward, we’re very disappointed that the carrier [redacted] decided to drive your coupe for the miles you reported instead of transport it on the vehicle that was agreed uponWe have decided to no longer do business with this carrier because of this incidentUnfortunately, as a broker, we organize the transport, but never have possession of the vehicle and are not responsible for carrier conductAs a courtesy, we were happy to offer a $refund, which is more than the IRS mileage rate for reimbursementsYou refused our initial offer, but we would still like to settle this with youWe agree the car should not have been driven without your permission, but the bulk of the complaint lies with the carrier

I am rejecting this response because:The vehicle was damaged during the process from one transporter to the next. The truck was delivered with a dent on the driver door lower panel. I have requested a full refund from Uship and only received a partial refund. The delivery had specific deadlines and I allowed additional days due to fire. The delivery came almost weeks late and I was forced to send another vehicle overseasI have yet to see compensation for the damages or reimbursement for changing vehicles with overseas shipper I had previously paid another overseas shipper to transport a specific vehicle and all was lost when my vehicle was not delivered within a timely manner

I am rejecting this response because:$is spitting in my faceI contracted you to pick up and drop off my carPeriodNot to STEAL it and take it for mile joyrideYou were paid in fullYou then paid the driver when YOU contracted them to pick up and drop off my carYou shouldn't pay the driver because I am sure he breached your contract when he STOLE MY VEHICLE AND TOOK IT ON A MILE JOYRIDEmy car is a BMW M3, not an economy car and not a cheap vehicle eitherBeing a sports car I can only begin to imagine how it was driven when it was STOLEN by YOUR contracted driver and driven WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and WITHOUT my knowledgeYou also are aware that he broke Federal law by driving my car when it should have been on his auto transport truck, so he wouldn't be overweight when going to DOT weigh stationsMy contract with you was broken and his with you was broken I'm sureSo no, I do not accept your measly $and I will not be paying since my car was STOLEN! END OF STORY!!!

Due to the nature of the industry, we are unable to give any guarantees for when a vehicle will be picked up or deliveredThe route that this particular order was requested on is an unfavorable route for carriers which caused a delay in dispatching it for pick upFortunately, we were able to
communicate with the customer and a carrier to get the car shippedIt has currently been picked up from Pennsylvania and is in route to Georgia with an estimated delivery date of Friday/Saturday, barring any further delaysWe have greatly appreciated the customer working with us to get things moving as quickly and safely as possible.?

Per the customer's account his vehicle was delivered on November 13, It looks to have been delivered later in the day after he responded to this complaint earlier in the morningWe have attempted to reach out to the customer via telephone and email without success in reaching himWe will attempt to reach out to the customer again to address any remaining issues that he may have to ensure everything is taken care of

It appears that Mr*** made this complaint at the same time he found other means of transporting his vehicle, without cancelling the uShip order with Ultra Auto Transport until some time later? Mr*** booked with us through uShip, with all funds paid to uShip until delivery is completed, which it never was? There was no damage to his truck.? The truck that was going to take Mr***'s vehicle from Toledo to Texas caught on fire and would have delayed shipment by that carrier? We attempted to find another carrier to transport from Toledo to Texas but Mr*** rejected any option that wouldn't guarantee delivery by a certain date.? At no point do we guarantee pickup or delivery dates for any order placed on uShip.? He's accepting these Terms & Conditions of ours when he books through uShip.? It appears that Mr. [redacted] made this complaint at the same time he found other means of transporting his vehicle, without cancelling the uShip order with Ultra Auto Transport until some time later.   Mr. [redacted] booked with us through uShip, with all funds paid to uShip until delivery is completed, which it never was.   There was no damage to his truck.  The truck that was going to take Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle from Toledo to Texas caught on fire and would have delayed shipment by that carrier.   We attempted to find another carrier to transport from Toledo to Texas but Mr. [redacted] rejected any option that wouldn't guarantee delivery by a certain date.  At no point do we guarantee pickup or delivery dates for any order placed on uShip.  He's accepting these Terms & Conditions of ours when he books through uShip.  Our Terms & Conditions are available here: [redacted] (Click the link on the page that says "View Terms & Conditions")   Mr. [redacted] took it upon himself to ship his vehicle with another company from Toledo.   Mr. [redacted] got a full refund from uShip for the shipment booked with us, that he cancelled.     Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: the person that responded does...

not know the definition of frivolous so I will help them.  friv·o·lous = not having any serious purpose or value.  The reality and truth of the matter is their company entered into a contract and failed to deliver as per the contractual obligation.  I have sent a certified demand letter and will seek to file suit for breech of contract and abandonment of my vehicle.
