Terrible customer service. Took off from work to be home and tech didn't show up during the 12-2 contacted time window- was told by a rep they came but we have Ring security and NO ONE came. Wound up waiting FIVE hours for another tech to come and when he did he sprayed 6 chairs, stayed for a total of 12 minutes, and charged $300.
Hope we never get a stain and have to call them back...
