Supplier would not honor printed warranty.
The product purchased did not work. When the business was contacted they refused to give a refund and instead offered a 35% refund. When I told them no, I was told it was already done. I asked to let me speak to your manager, they refused.
I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. They refunded the balance of the order. Two days later, I get notification that another shipment was on the way. Again, no help from the business until my husband got on the phone and got very loud and demanding a full refund. Finally, they credited the account for the full amount after threatening them will further action.
I am writing this complaint because this business is in the practice of deceit and fraud. Hopefully this claim will be read by others and save them the financial and emotional distress.

We have investigated ***'s account and found that an order was placed by *** and the terms of the offer were agreed to by the ***. However, as a company we remain completely committed to *** satisfaction. Therefore, we will issue a full refund for the remaining balance.
Total of $94.47 was already refunded when we were first contacted by *** on 07/19/2020 and 07/22/2020. We have gone ahead and refunded the remaining balance of $45.49. We will contact the *** directly to verify and provide information about the charge being refunded.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and or misunderstanding. We hope this was the resolution the *** was looking for.

We did NOT knowingly approve more than the original order. The representative said that we had. In any event, they did not want to honor their own guarantee stating 30 day full money back if not completely happy with the product.
We have received full refund after a very heated discussion.
