Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I appreciate that Umpqua Bank has made an initial effort to respond to this complaintAlthough the 09-07-
correspondence from an operations manager does indicate the reassignment of my account, I still have the following concerns:
1) The 09-07-contains misinformation- about my account terms, but especially in regards to the circumstances surrounding the multiple contacts from the particular employee referenced in the complaintAfter requesting no further contact from the employee via Umpqua's customer service on 08-29, the employee called two more times the following morning, 08/
2)The employee also drafted a letter/correspondence packageThe letter was dated 08-31-by this same employee, it was posted/mailed 09-05, and I just received it on 09-It indicates I have to respond within days, and I am not clear what, if any, obligation I have here
For these reasons, I am not yet satisfied with Umpqua's attempt to address the situation- specifically in regards to what transpired with this employeeI have been contacted by a representative in another Umpqua department, and I would like to see if that representative can further address my concerns (either with or without the help of the operations manager)

Our apologies as the initial response letter did not include the apartment designation and therefore didn't arrive. We also apologize for the delay in this response as it appears the rebuttal was posted 6/11/15, but the Revdex.com didn't forward it to Umpqua Bank until 7/27/15. A new response letter, including a copy of the original response letter that we realize never made it, is being sent today. Please call Whitney M***, San Jose Store Manager, directly at*** if any issues remain

I am satisfied with aspects of the business's response, however, additional effort could be made to rectify the situation and to ensure that other consumers do not encounter the same situation in the future. As I have an ongoing consumer-business relationship with Umpqua, I feel it is in my best interest to accept their response at this point.
I would appreciate it if the Revdex.com would, by exception, not publicly post this complaint on its website (but instead keep it on record elsewhere).
