I purchased my car in Feb from this dealership I was told nothing was wrong with the carThat is was a good reliable car with no issuesSoon as I drive off the lot my STM light comes on I called the dealership and they said I needed to put air in my tiresI put air in my tires and light stayed onSo I took the car to my mechanic on Feb 27th to look at the carI was informed that I didn't have sensors in my tires and that's why my light was onAlso that I needed a serpentine belt, rotors and breaksI called the dealership back spoke to Mario he said bring the car back I did just that he said I didn't need any of those just brake pads and that my sensors was in my tiresI explained to him that by law you guys are not suppose to tamper or remove thoseHis answer to me is that's just a feature on your car you will be fineI drove off and still was having issues with the car with the wheel shaking while coming to a stopAlso when I would turn the car would kinda stall

I am rejecting this response because:
This is all fake Mario was not my sales personFor two I didn't get my plates until the date I stated in the first company about this companyThey never not once contacted me to come pick up anything from the dealershipI have proof that I took it to my mechanic a couple of days from date of purchaseCar was not in perfect conditions due to one of the problems my sensors in my tires was the first issueI have phone records stating when I called the dealershipThese two new people inside the dealership have no clue about what's going on in this matterAlso I waited for them to find my file which they said was missed place and there was a employee not there at the time that would know where my file wasMy Car fax wasn't given to me until this month it's printed out on the paperworkYes they have a mechanic on sight but they don't do the jobs that needs to be doneIf the car was in good condition why did Unique Auto Sales replace my break pads days later? This dealership is a fraud and just in it to take people's money and put them in broken down carsI was also told by one of the employees to leave my number??? Why would he ask tgat when they supposed to have my file?? And the test drive is a lie cause I never test drove this car they threw me in this car after I test drove another carI have witnesses to all of this that took place the night I purchased this piece of crap from this dealership that's now doing more then saleing carsYou guys need to own up to your mistake cause I'm not the only one thats having major car issues and haven't even had the car 6months

The car I purchased from Unique Auto was inspected by a *** dealership Upon inspection, they informed me that the rust caused the screws to breakUnique Auto also knows that screws are now covered by the warranty they provideI asked Kirk if the under carriage of the *** *** *** was inspectedHe said yes Did he knowingly sell a sub par vehicle? I am still making payments on a car that is falling apart I think it is terrible for them to take advantage of buyers who come to them, thinking they are going to be treated with common decency I was sold a lemonThey are using their As Is notice to unload this carIt really should say buyer bewareWould they treat their own family this way? If this car was inspected, he should not have even sold it with the rust issues.

DEAR MRS. MIRIAM CARMONA,I Mario Delgado im writing back to you in response to the complaint of Mrs. [redacted] I would first like to address to you that the vehicle was sold to her in perfect condition when she test drove the car there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I here in my facility have a...

certified mechanic who completely inspects my vehicles before they are placed out in the lot. We did a complete walk through the car before she signed all documentation and sales agreement. We disclosed to her at the time of purchase that the vehicle was being sold as is with nothing wrong with it and to follow we had her signed the due bill with vehicle sold as is nothing else promised and in good condition we also presented to her they buyers guide wich discloses the warranty of 30 days or 1000 miles when after reapeating that there was nothing wrong with it. She also disclosed to you in her letter that the carfax we had presented to her she believed was fake. Enclosed with this letter i'm sending you a copy of the carfax where it proves that it is valid and where we presented it to her and disclosed and where she signed and agreed to it. She also was contacted several times on regards to her registration we left several messages for her to pickup her documentation and never responded she came in to pick up a copy of her smog one day, where we then told her we had been trying to get a hold of her for her registration and gave it to her as for the smog paper we do not keep those in our office that is paperwork that gets turned in to DMV  for the process of the transfer of the registration in her name. As for the sensors there was nothing wrong and for sure not stalling. She also disclosed that we couldnt find her file in our office our files are always filed away and locked for complete privacy and secure information of the customer not to be disclosed to anyone but her. The file remains in our office and it is accessible to you at any time if you wish to.
