Our manager spoke with Ms [redacted] on September 2nd to apologize about the way the initial call was handled and address her concernsAlthough she has a new service, we believe the customer was satisfied with our response to her complaint

Our manager phoned and subsequently met with Mr [redacted] on his lawn He apologized for the equipment malfunction that caused the damage to his lawn and further for the lack of communication about our work to resolve the issue We agreed to a plan to repair the damage and have made appropriate adjustments to his account The repairs will take some time to complete, but it is our understanding that Mr [redacted] is satisfied with our response to the situation

Our Production Manager contacted Mr [redacted] , apologized for the problems he experienced and the miscommunication on our part Together they agreed on a plan of action to fix the issues We will begin that work this week and from our understanding the customer is satisfied with the response as long as the remedies we proposed fix the issues in the lawn

Our Production Manager met with Ms*** on her lawn. They discussed the specific areas where weeds were appearing along the sidewalk and driveway edges. They agreed on a plan of action address the issues and we believe the matter has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction

On July 17th, our Production Manager spoke with MsMerchant, apologized for the error and assured her that the account was credited and closedWe believe the matter has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction

*** *** To add to the above, the company Unique Lawn Care has met my request and removed the invoice from their system. I've spoken with both the local branch manager in *** and one of the service technicians. Both stepped up and did what I believe to be honorable; they accepted responsibility and worked to make me a satisfied customer once again. To further this point, Unique contacted me on Wednesday of this week and asked if I would allow them to complete the winter treatment on my lawn. I did allow them to complete the treatment fulfilling our agreed to commitment at the beginning of the year.***

Prior to receiving the Revdex.com notice, our Production Manager contacted Mr. [redacted] to apologize for his experience on the phone with our company. We agreed to continue to treat the customer's lawn for the remainder of the year and believe the matter has been resolved to his satisfaction.

Our Production Manager emailed the Mr. [redacted] to assure him he would not be contacted in the future and we have added specific instructions in our database to make sure it does not happen again. We believe the matter has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
