Unable to contact Unique Lifestyle Vacations
If I could give zero stars I would. Looks like I'm finding, like many others, that Unique Lifestyle Vacations (ULV) must be fraudulent or a scam. I've attempted calling (even before posted business hours) and phone line is constantly busy, and no way to leave message for call back. They haven't answered on-line or email reservation submissions.
In April 2020 My CC was charged $288 for 2 vacations over 3 year period and so far have not been able to book a trip. Would like ULV to refund my payment or honor the contract. None of the alternate phone numbers shown above will get you in contact with the company.

How do I get to the Desired Outcome box I see in other reviews? I would like a refund for the money ULS charged for vacations I can't seem to reserve. Have been trying to contact them for days with no response from them. It looks like they do respond occasionally to make refunds.

Very nice
The sales agent was very nice and we purchased a vacation through the company. We did ask for a refund though due to some personnel problems. Customer service was very quick to respond and refund the full amount. I recommend this company if you are looking for vacations for a good price, but before you do purchase, just be aware they are not affiliated with the *** company. Besides that though, everything and everyone was very nice!

First, I never spoke to this company but was passed off to them from Concierge Travel. They lied about being a part of Hilton.
Purchase in Feb2020. 3 years to travel. Never got confirmation email or mailer. Researched my credit card to find. The original company is out of business. I want a complete refund.

Desired Outcome

A complete refund of $535 immediately as I am being charged interest on this charge. This company need to be sanctioned for false advertisement. They have gotten Hiltons contacts and are praying on them. This is shameful.

Well as you can see, we are still very much in business. As anyone can see we have responded to any complaint a customer has ever had. As we do our very best to make every customer happy, we are not always successful, yet out of the more than 1,400 families we traveled in the past year, 20 have not been satisfied. While we have made every effort to please these people, we did not. I have NEVER spoken with this client, but we have refunded her purchase. we wish her well in her future travels.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I appreciate the quick response and the refund. When I looked up concierge, the company that called me, it stated out of business. They should have informed me of the change.

This company is a third party marketer and they actually explain that during the sales call in depth. So me being the attention to detail person I am I unstood exactly what was going on and as for the negatives I've seen here PEOPLE if we're dealing with sensative personal info PLEASE pay attention what they're telling you my sales person clearly explained who he was representing and exactly what was going on because obviously you're going to have questions DON'T give your credit card to anyone unless you know what's exactly/actually going on!

This company led me to believe that they were Hilton or calling on behalf of Hilton in order to sell a vacation package. I would like a full refund.
Like so many of the others whose complaints are filed here, I received a call from this company and believed them to be Hilton when, in reality, they are not. My decision to file this complaint stems from t belief that businesses should not resort to questionable marketing practices in order to sell their product.

The salesperson referenced a recent trip that I had taken to a Hilton property and said that they considered me to be a preferred traveler. To be completely honest, there was a significant amount of background noise on the salesperson's line which made it a bit difficult to hear, but when he introduced himself and mentioned Hilton and my recent stay, I understood him to be representing himself as calling from or on behalf of Hilton. He proceeded to explain that they wanted to offer me a 5-day, 4-night all-inclusive trip to a 5-star rated property in either Mexico, the Dominican Republic, or Costa Rica that could be used anytime within the next 36 months. In addition to this, he offered a second trip at no extra cost as well as free airport transfers for both trips.

Having accepted a similar promotion to visit one of Hilton's Grand Vacation property's before, this call followed exactly the same format that someone who had previously purchased a Hilton package would expect. Thinking that I was speaking with someone from/representing Hilton, (and understanding how desperately hotels must be for revenue given the current COVID-19 pandemic) I proceeded with the call. When the cost was revealed to be $422, I told the salesperson that I was interested but wanted to run this by my wife first. I put the line on mute, turned to my wife, and told her that Hilton was calling with another vacation promotion similar to the one we had attended last year. She agreed to it, and I proceeded with the booking process.

At this point, the salesperson transferred me to a booking agent who verified my information and subsequently explained that she would send a text message that I needed to respond "YES" to in order to complete the booking. She stated that the text message was a way to prevent fraud and to make sure that the person booking the vacation is the rightful card owner; nothing about that seemed out of the ordinary. However, the text message said that it was from "ULV Marketing". Even at this point, this did not seem strange because I understood the call to be coming from someone who was either with Hilton or representing Hilton, so I continued with booking the promotion.

It was not until after the call was ended and I Googled "ULV Marketing" that I realized that I had not been speaking with Hilton or a company contracted to book promotions on behalf of Hilton. Immediately after realizing this, I called the same number that I had been called from, and I was greeted by a cheery agent by name. When I explained the situation and stated that I would like to cancel the transaction, the agent stated that the salespeople are supposed to make it very clear that they are not calling from Hilton and transferred me to a manager. I requested a refund, but the manager stated that it was a nonrefundable transaction and gave me the runaround before disconnecting the call, so I do not have a status on the refund.

While I do not necessarily doubt the legitimacy of this business, I am uncomfortable with proceeding with this transaction as this is a company that I know nothing about, so I would like a full refund. I do not entirely blame the salesperson as I know that he was simply following the script that was provided. However, I do not agree with this type of business practice. I have a healthy respect for and understanding of the law, and--although the company may not be doing anything illegal here--I do think that this type of strategy pushes the envelope too far, and I think that it is an unethical business practice to make statements that imply that you are Hilton or affiliated with Hilton in order to sell vacation packages.

Desired Outcome

I would appreciate a full refund, and I would also prefer not to receive any further calls from Unique Lifestyle Vacations.

***,

As customer service manager, I appreciate the honest feedback and will be forwarding this to the sales floor. We always want to be transparent with our customers. From our systems, your payment was voided the moment you said no to the purchase. The money will show back into your account within 24-48 business hours. We never want to see any of our customers or the general consumer confused with who we really are. Again, we appreciate the feedback and the payment was voided yesterday on May 11, 2020. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I appreciate the response and the resolution.

Told the deal is provided by Hilton for 4/5 star resorts; Offer not made by Hilton or affiliated.
I was called on 5/11/20 from Hal having claimed they were calling from Hilton. It was not until AFTER the purchase was made that the indication that it was revealed they were not in fact Hilton. This has left me feeling uneasy as I haven't received a receipt detailing the entire purchase I have made through text and doubt I will ever receive one. I only have the receipt of the charge after being duped into accepting the charge under the impression of doing business with the knowledge I was provided at time of purchase.

Desired Outcome

I would like to seek the refund of the purchase made as the information provided in the call which led to the purchase was false and therefore makes the transaction one made in fraud. The fact that I cannot contact your Customer Service department and that the voice-mail box is kept full no matter which option is chosen is highly suspect.

Unique Lifestyle Vacations Response • May 12, 2020

I have had the pleasure to speak with Mr. this evening. We had a very productive conversation, in which we reached an agreement for me to be granted the opportunity to provide him with a great experience. I am looking forward to working with Mr. in the coming months, and earning his confidence, and trust.

I was working with a customer service manager and in the process of receiving a full refund when he did not call me back and stopped taking my calls.
My initial Purchase was February 21, 2020 in the amount of $600 via debit card. I initially requested a refund ($600) from Unique Lifestyle Vacations on February 24, 2020 the first customer service agent was very rude to me. Despite the fact that their websites states a 30-day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee, the first representative told me that on the phone call for my purchase it was told to me that there were no refunds. I told the representative this was not true, not once did the three gentlemen I spoke with on February 21, 2020 mention a "no refund" policy. I told her that it was stated the call was recorded and to review the recording, she said the only way to receive my refund is that the department would have to listen to the recording and make sure the no refund was in fact not mentioned. She said someone would be in touch within the week.
I heard no response, so I called 2 or 3 times to speak to someone who could help me. Each time I was told someone would reach out to me. Finally, I spoke to a representative named Angela on 3/9 she was able to put me on the phone with a supervisor named Kathy. Kathy told me she listened to the tape and said it was told to me that there were no refunds. I asked Kathy to play the recording for me so I could hear it for myself. By this time Kathy became upset at my request and was very rude despite my efforts to address the situation professionally.
Kathy stated she could not play the recording for me because it has been archived and it will take time to retrieve the recording. Kathy wanted me to take her word for it that the recording did have a representative tell me the refund policy (which I knew never happened). She said her and the manager Steve Morris listened to the tape.
Kathy then put me on hold for over 30 minutes WITHOUT saying she was going to put me on hold, actually while I was in mid-sentence. I ended up having to call from my husband's phone, Crystal answered the phone and acknowledged they placed me on hold and can see I have been trying to call. She said Kathy went to go find the archived recording. I was put on hold for even longer, then was told by Crystal I will be contacted when they found the recording.
The same day I was contacted by a man named Donny (Customer Service Manager) at 407-548-7475. When I returned his call, Donny said he also heard the recording but before he would play it for me he asked that I listened to what he could do. Donny then offered me another discounted travel package along with a partial refund. I told him at this point I would like my full refund of $600 because the customer experience was too horrible for me to travel with the company in the future. Donny DID NOT play the recording he said he had. Donny assured me he was going to listen to all of the calls that I had with customer service agents and if the calls were as I said (disrespectful and rude) he would be happy to give me my full refund of $600. Donny assured me I would hear from him by that Friday. A week later nothing. I have continued to call Donny and have left voicemails in the following weeks being as patient as I could. Donny even changed his voicemail message but never returned my call. It is now May, at this point I feel I have been scammed out of my money. As I continue to reach out to resolve this issue with Donny directly, I am continuously called by a sales rep from Unique Lifestyle Vacations trying to sell me vacation packages. I would like a full refund in the amount of $600 from Unique Lifestyle Vacations.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund in the amount of $600 credited back to the same card it was charged on. Thank you.

Unique Lifestyle Vacations Response • May 12, 2020

While we could go back and forth regarding the fact that she in a recorded call agreed with the terms and conditions, it is fruitless since regardless of what our company does to pacify Ms., she will find a reason to complain. Therefore she has been refunded.

Customer Response • May 14, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept and have received my full refund as requested. Instead of playing the recording as I initially requested to determine if in fact I agreed with the terms and conditions, the company chose to fruitlessly go back and forth with false efforts to resolve the matter professionally. This left me no other choice than to resolve with Revdex.com and I couldn't be happier that I did. Given the company's choice of words as a response to my complaint, it is clear how they value customer service.-Mrs.

This business misrepresented themselves as being affiliated with *** and RCI who I have done business with. After speaking with their representative about a package, they charged my credit card under this company and "Concierge," and I come to find out they have NO affiliation and also they lied about their policies. I did not sign the contract that they sent me and I will be fighting this. I have requested a refund numerous times by contacting them in multiple different ways and received no response. Steer clear of them!!!!!

Cheating by calling as Hilton as selling vacation package. No refund
This company called me telling that they are Hilton. I believed the same as I used Hilton vacation packages before. They sold me a vacation that claimed to be a "5-star resort". Each time I asked more details they transfer to another person, like manager, director so I will not able to continue with questions while on the phone. I realized it as cheating as soon as I reached home and saw the email from them. I did not sign the contract they send me, I will not be staying with them and I want my money back. Each time I call them they either hang-up or transfer to the voice message. I feel cheated by this company. I don't want to stay with them or use the vacation package. I wanted the money back. I made multiple calls to 888-971-9311 als emailed to Reservations@uniquelifestylevacations

Desired Outcome

I need a refund of my money as I will not use their service also remove me from call list

Unique Lifestyle Vacations Response • May 05, 2020

First of all, I must say that I am perplexed by this complaint from Mr.. I have submitted a recording of this call in my response, where my representative clearly states that the reason he was called was ONLY because he had traveled in the past with Hilton yet this was a separate promotion. He spoke with the representative for almost 37 minutes. Upon purchasing his multiple vacations, he was sent a text, which he responded(says Unique Lifestyle Vacations), then spoke with the verification dept. which says Unique Lifestyle Vacations, then sent a docu-sign stating the company name (see attached). He then called on multiple occasions where he spoke with customer service where he was given a refund. Ten minutes after receiving his refund he filed this complaint. Again, I am perplexed how you are confused as to who you purchased a product from?? Anyway, he has been refunded, and good luck to him in his future travels.

Thank you for the help with the same. Yes. I was able to talk to them
.. this week and they told me that they will refund the money.. It may
take couple of days for the money to reflect back on my Credit Card..
for now I am thinking that the issue is resolved.

I have seen many compliments about the vendor that the customers are
thinking that they are receiving the call from Hilton. Each time I was
asking a question the sales person immediately transfer me to another
person and detract me from clarifying things.

Thank you for the help with this and I will reach out if any further issues

Thank you for all your help

Regards;

Called me claiming to be ***. Offered several trips packages. Then at end of call got an text from them as different name.I want a full refund
Called staying they were ***. Then lied and offered me a package. Text sent to me was not *** .I want a full refund.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund. This is fraud.

First of all, if there was any confusion that it was only because of Ms. previous travels with HGV that she qualified for this promotion we apologize. This is a promotion that is offered to past travelers with HGV, we make it very clear that we are NOT Hilton. We send text message authorizations bearing our company info, along with docu-sign info bearing OUR company information. We have voided Ms. transaction, and wish her the very best in her future travels. If she should choose to travel using our service we welcome her as a valued customer.

Unsolicited calls to my company Cell phone, using Spoofed numbers that are NOT actual Business telephone numbers. Hinting@Hilton Vacations/properties.
On Tuesday, April 28th, 2020 @ 1:03pm, Received call from 470-558-1939 showing only "Atlanta, GA" as Caller ID. This is one of MANY calls I get to my company provided cellphone (***), most I never answer, but do have to if I'm expecting calls from new vendor or field techs, etc. Usually when I press them and tell them I think they are NOT legitimate due to caller ID showing generic City name, or United States, etc. I'm immediately suspicious. TODAY, I pressed the guy and I asked him to give me a number I could call him back (that's usually when I hear the line go dead, I suspect because they KNOW they are not legitimate, or scamming people, they drop the line when pressed. But this gentleman (didn't get his name, careful to NOT mention that it seems. He did give me his main number 888-971-9311 and the name Unique Life Style Vacations and his "personal number" of 407-697-6303. He kept pressing wanting me to give him information of where I wanted to travel; my response was "I'm already suspicious of the very generic caller ID showing, and he explained "yeah we use this as it's much less expensive, we don't pay long distance and we spoof numbers (he actually admitted that to me!!!"(paraphrasing). Kept asking and I told him again, I really don't trust you are legitimate after having told me how you operate, and the fact you are NOT calling me from your "supposedly legitimate business", and that's when the line went dead....

This guy talked the game as was wanting to sell me something, said they are an arm of ***, etc. probably a ploy to get me to be trusting of him asking me at some point for a credit card number (NO WAY IN HELL!!).

So I'm reporting this as I believe it's illegal to be spoofing people's business, home, cell phone number to carry on what I believe are NOT legitimate businesses, but scam operations that have become HUGE money makers for the scam artists! and BIG money loses for individual that buy into them, and even the banks that MAY have to eat those charges on credit cards.

Hoping my input here will show up when folks look at "'just this one business", but there are likely hundreds or tens of thousands of these scams going on all over the world...when is it going to stop!!!! I'm so tired of these barrage of phone calls to my COMPANY CELL PHONE, I ignore MORE CALLS that legitimate ones I answer, and just when I thinks is a remote tech I NEED to speak to, it's yet again, another scammer. Then to boot...it's impacting the people whose phone numbers are being wrongly Blocked, potentially showing up to their loved ones a "Likely SPAM", etc. It's a hug problem, this is my little part to help combat the ever growing problem of larger and larger numbers of people that would rather cheat someone out of their hard earned money and not get up off their lazy butts and work hard like people should. Earn their money the old fashioned way, work hard & EARN IT!!! I could be wrong about this business, but all the signs and my "gut feeling" is that it's NOT a legitimate business.

Desired Outcome

Cease and desist calling ANY person, business, home/cell phone while "spoofing" or obfuscating the true phone number of your business. This business should pay for the hundreds of calls per day/hour/second depending on how big this supposed SCAM business is. They make calls for "free" by using nefarious means and should be paying for the "network/Telecom" infrastructure they are using in their pursuit of scamming people's money. But honestly should be cited using any current laws for improperly presenting a phone number you DO NOT OWN when calling prospective customers (legitimate business or NOT!!).

Unique Lifestyle Vacations Response • Apr 29, 2020

First of all, our company is VERY legitimate. We currently have almost 4,000 clients. In the past year we have traveled over 1,200 families. We never want a potential client to feel that we are not legitimate. We have removed Mr. from our data base, and will not contact him for any future promotions. If we have caused Mr. any problems, we apologize. Again, while we have 17 complaints, with traveling more than 1,200 families that equates to a more than 95% customer satisfaction rating. While we do our best to ensure EVERY client is happy, that is sometimes not the case. Mr. has been placed in our DNC list.

Customer Response • May 07, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I see their response and it's what I'd expect any business to respond with to defend their business (legitimate or non-legitimate). However, The gentleman that represented himself as being from Unique Lifestyle Vacations LLC , I can't quite understand his admission to me in our short conversation their company uses some sort of service to "hide" their true identity & phone number by NOT having their call to me showing their ACTUAL NAME and the ACTUAL BUSINESS phone number on my caller ID. What's to hide if you can't even show your name and phone number. It calls into question why a business would not want to properly represent a name & number they were proud to show each time they called. It says to me, again, there is some reason to "hide" their true name and number. Calls to prospective customers should be presented with ACTUAL CORRECT CALLER ID information; their actual registered phone number (8xx or otherwise registered/owned and paid for BY "Unique Lifestyle Vacations LLC ". He indicated they use this "spoofed caller-ID" to "paraphrasing because we do not have to pay long distance charges to place calls to prospective clients"
Sure anyone reading this has had many literally hundreds or thousands of calls to their home phone, cell phone, business cell phone only to have some generic city name and some other number than the one Unique Lifestyle Vacations LLC is actually calling from. Guess what happens when you present some random number to the tens of thousands of numbers you call on a daily basis. It presents a number that your recipients see in their caller id that is someone's ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER that is in no way, shape or form related to Unique Lifestyle Vacations LLC but it is SOME OTHER PERSON's or Business's REAL phone number. Then when your recipients call that number back, they don't get "Unique Lifestyle Vacations LLC " to holler and scream at and say, why have you called me only to find out there is someone on the end of that call that has NO IDEA WHY your original recipient of your call attempt is calling them. Do you NOT see the problem you are creating, and all the extra call volume on our already crowded phone networks, costing telecom companies untold BILLIONS of dollars adding capacity to their network to handle all the ABSOLUTE JUNK calls that each of Unique Lifestyle Vacations LLC call attempts create for the many tens or hundreds of thousand of people's numbers you Stole (for just a few seconds to make your free call by presenting your call as from some else's number(that IS PAYING FOR THEIR PHONE NUMBER, and you USED IT FOR FREE!!! and likely caused them much heartache dealing all the irate people calling to ask why "have you called me".

Unique Lifestyle Vacations Response • May 20, 2020

We have already refunded this purchase and included him in our DO NOT CALL database. Don't know what else he expects? We will ensure that he is NOT called by our company again.

Was charged for the vacation before giving final authorization.
I was advised that the guy was calling from Hilton a vacation club I have visited in the past. I was offered a all-inclusive resort and an additional 4 day and 3 night for a great price of 288. I than ask what resort would he be accommodating me too since when I booked with Hilton last time they were able to tell me on the spot this guy starts saying my stay would include Hilton, RCI and other great accommodated hotels. I ask for some validation and if he stated if he got the card number he would be sending me a confirmation via text to confirm before the purchase was finalized. However, while I was verfying the text and everything he still continued to process the transaction without my approval. I advised him to cancelled everything and he mentioned he had already processed my authorization and sent me a confirmation. I told him he did this without my final consent and he said I gave him the card number that was the consent and that was not true and also when I started to realize this guy was a scam because he went back on his word his had just made with me 5 mins earlier regarding the payment. I got my spouse on the phone who also told him to cancel and he still refused and also disconnected the line and hasn't called back.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund. I never authorized him to process this without my consent in the 1st place.

Mrs., We apologize for your experience although feel it necessary to state that we did speak with you and advise you that we have provided a refund. We never want any of our guests to be dissatisfied and stand by the fact that we are not a scam as can be seen by not only the thousands of clients we travel yearly but also by the refund we provided you and any others who cannot use our service. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance and allow up to 5-7 business for the money to reflect onto your account.

This company called me posing to be Hilton. They sold me a vacation that claimed to be a "5 star resort" and is not. I want my
money back and removed
They called posing to be Hilton and somehow had my information. They sold me a "5 star resort" and it is nothing as described. I did not receive a confirmation email, and was rudely hung up on w out further information or a "verification code" I was told I would be given after I gave my credit card. I have never heard of this company, and I am disgusted they would claim and lead me to believe they were Hilton. I even asked if this information would appear on the HGV app and they still did not say they weren't Hilton!!! I want my money back I will not travel with a company that is so deceiving. When I called the number given to me by my bank, it's in spanish & hangs up. I called customer service multiple times and no one answers.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back & to be taken off the call list.

I appreciate that someone from customer service contacted me and resolved the issue by giving me a full refund.

Today I got a call from this company and I brought I package for $411, why I'm signing a e-document ?
Terms say's they are not liable, why am I doing business with them if they are not accountable? I'm having second thoughts....

A Unique Lifestyle Vacation representative sent me a contract to sign that was incorrect. I did not sign it and they billed me anyway for $502.00.
Unique Lifestyle Vacation representative sent me a contract to sign that was incorrect. I did not sign it and they billed me anyway for $502.00 with out my aggreement to the details of the contract. I called them and requested they remove the charge from my credit card. They refused. I asked how can you charge me for something you have not provided or have any signed document for which to bill me. No services have been provided or aggreed to. I want a refund.
This all started late evening on March 2, 2020. After listening to what they promised to provide us, their Reservations Department
([email protected]), sent us a contract to sign that was incorrect. It did not have what they had verbally promised. Our names were misspelled. I refused to sign it and they billed me anyway for $502 on March 4, 2020.

Desired Outcome

Refund the credit card charge of $502.

We apologize for any confusion that our terms and conditions made for Mr.. He has been fully refunded, and we wish him the best in his future travels.

I am extremely uncomfortable with this transaction and want my money back. I do not trust this company would like a refund to my credit card.
I accepted a phone call today, March 16, 2020, from a telemarketer and was told that they represented a company that was affiliated with the Hilton timeshare company I had used in May 2019 for a vacation. When I was sent a contract, the time listed to use the service didn't match what I was told on the phone. The company name also didn't match the name I was told over the phone. I am extremely uncomfortable with this transaction and want my money back. I do not trust this company to fulfill its promises and would like a credit card refund. They misrepresented facts about their business and the product they are offering, which should be enough for me not to have to do business with them and for my money to be refunded.

Desired Outcome

I would like to ensure that $428 is refunded to my *** credit card with no problem. This company did not represent their name/brand as the same name/brand on the contract and did not represent the time period needed to use the vacation as the same time period on the contract. I do not want to sign anything or deal with this company as I find them untrustworthy and do not want to be beholden to them.

I received a text from the company asking me to get in touch with Timothy. After a period holding to talk, Timothy professionally dealt with the situation and explained what would happen. My credit card was refunded. I very much appreciate the action on the part of the Revdex.com to help with this action, and the company representative responded very professionally. I am happy with this resolution.

This company is not legit. Scammed me out of $600. Need refund!
This company is not legit. Scammed me out of $600. On 3-6-20 I recieved a call from a woman who initially stated she was calling from Hilton, which I have stayed at before. She promised 3 trips for $300 for me and my sister and we both agreed. We couldnt do it that day so she agreed to do it the next day. This customer has been refunded. While I do not appreciate being called a scam after traveling more than 1,200 families in the past year, with a better than 95% customer satisfaction rating, I realize that some people, regardless of what you do will never be happy. Therefore let me once again say that she has been fully refunded.

I was sold a vacation package from Lifestyle Vacation Club for $650.

I have only received a receipt of purchase and not an outline of the vacation.
I purchased a package for $650 from Renee at ***. I only received a text message regarding the purchase and a receipt to my email. I have NOT received any communication or contract outlining what I actually purchased via our conversation over the phone.

I sent an email to [email protected] requesting the information and nothing. I called 888.971.9311 and it keeps hanging up.

I get online only to discover other customers have had other compliants against them.

I want a FULL refund of my $650 to my credit card and want to be removed from your system for future calls AFTER I receive my refund.

This is very disappointing!

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the $650.

Let me first start by saying that we as a company strive to provide outstanding customer service. Ms. purchased a 'non-refundable vacation package from our company via telephone. She was sent a text message authorization verifying the charge to her card ending in***. She was then sent her docu-sign email which shows the vacations that she purchased which was sent to her email (which she confirmed). Please find attached documentation confirming this. Finally according to the FTC these purchases are not subject to buyers remorse refunds. Knowing this, customers try to find other reasons to complain hoping for a refund. However, as a company, every procedure was followed and Ms. has no basis for her claim. Again, if she has other legitimate concerns, we are more than happy to try and accommodate her so she can travel

This was forwarded to me as a cover. I will revi3w these documents, now that they have been sent to ensure that all we discussed is applicable...including the quality of the hotels. I will have more details shortly.

We have stated our position. We have documented proof, which we have provided, and the customer knew the terms and conditions. If she wants to discuss her vacations, we are more than willing to work towards making her happy, however, 'change of heart' refunds are not part of the company policy, and the FTC defines her purchase as non refundable.

The customer service from everyone involdved is sub par and below my standards. I demand a full refund
I have incurred multiple ssues with respect to customer service and execution. I see that I am not the only one from previous complaints. I recently received a call from someone calling me from a nightclub attmpting to resolve my issue. Needless to say, that didi not go very well. I would very much like a full refund and nothing else. This is not my kind of company point blank.

Desired Outcome

There is nothing left for us except a full refund. Even the people that work in their behalf are not friendly and capable of helping.

While I am surprised by Mr. recollection of events. He was unable to travel under our program because he deceived our customer service team saying he was co-habitating with someone, when the fact is he was NOT, was made him unqualified to participate in our promotion, we fully refunded his purchase!

HIS PURCHASE HAS BEEN REFUNDED AND WILL SHOW SON HIS CREDIT CARD IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS!

It is painfully obvious now that the people in charge would rather focus on blaming the customer than fixing their internal service issues. I am satisfied that I have been given a full refund after going around those supposedly in charge to get that done.

For those considering ULV in the future, please beware.

Sold 3 individual trips, not response to request the booking of the 2nd trip.
In November of 2019 we were contacted via phone and offered a promotion of 3 trips to explore vacation resorts for $400. We purchased the package.

Request to book first trip was not acknowledged. I followed up with multiple phone calls and finally spoke to a manager. Trip 1 is booked but not completed at this time.

Submitted via website the booking form for trip 2 in February of 2020. Again no acknowledgement it was received. A phone call a week later confirmed they had the request but no other information. I have called multiple times since with no response to my questions of the status.

Desired Outcome

I would like trip 2 and trip 3 to be booked with in the next week. If this cannot be done, a refund.

I requested my trip weeks ago. You should already have the information on my Lakehouse Hotel request for April. Look it up in my record, book it and confirm. Then I will try to call about the third trip. I have already spent way to much time on the telephone pursuing this. If you do not have the information, yourbusiness is not being conducted properly.
