Unique Lifestyles called me on February 3, 2020 and scammed me out of $300 by promising a product on which they did not deliver.
Unique Lifestyles contacted me via telephone on February 3, 2020, and represented themselves as the same company which I traveled with last year. They had knowledge of my vacation stay from last summer. They gave me two vacations instead of one, for only 50% more; however, they specifically told me that I could return to the exact same Hilton resort in which I stayed last summer, with additional upgrades. They NAMED the resort at which I stayed last summer.
Sales Manager Donnie (last name unknown) gave me a confirmation number and his direct line: 205-557-9837, telling me to call him directly if I had any issues whatsoever. I was told ALL of their locations were Four or Five Star ocean-front resorts, and that there were no black-out dates, and that holiday travel was permitted.

My stay last year through Hilton was perfection, and as I thought this was the same group contacting me, I agreed to the sale, and Donnie charged my account. Last year I was immediately called by Hilton to book my stay. When this didn't happen, I looked back through my emails. I discovered two emails from Unique Lifestyles containing a tiny misspelled brochure, advising me to submit a form to book my stay! I was shocked and disappointed to discover this, as I knew by the poor grammar that I had been duped by a sub-par company. Additionally, the resort I stayed at last year was not even on their list of "resorts." And I do not consider Comfort Inn to be a resort.

I attempted to call Donnie, and, of course, the number does not work. It immediately disconnects. None of the numbers listed on the emails or brochure within the emails connects to anyone. All of the numbers either immediately disconnects the call, or tells you to leave a message for someone or to text someone. Unbelievable. Completely unprofessional and shady. I demand a refund of my money or I will dispute the charge with *** for being defrauded of my money by intentionally being misrepresented and sold a phony bill of goods.

This company lied, identifying as a Hotel chain we travel with! They never denied affiliation after multiple questions.
February 27,2019 @ 6:27pm We received a call identifying as a Hilton stays resort. They were offering us a package & we asked several questions verifying it was through the named hotel chain. Representatives would not say they were from another company. They offered a really good package(too good to be true) even said we could give part of it to someone else. Sent us on to someone "to verify" after she took card information she said the name of the actual company.

We don't appreciate being lied to & don't not wish to do business with people that are dishonest!
We tried calling the company back 6x their robot answers puts you on hold then hangs up every time. The other number goes straight to "leave a message". I've never heard of a company that says for "quickest response text ...". But that's what the third number does. We tried to be nice & reach back to them right away so we could try to work this out but they don't have communication.
We will also let the other companies they named know they are using their name in solicitations.

Company is a fraud, does answer or return calls/email, contract wording doesn't match sales. Do not purchase from them.I want a refund period $822
I paid $822 for a vacation package, upon receiving the contract(which I did not sign) I called the company to discuss wording that did not match. I have called multiple times over a week and told each time someone will return my call. I have emailed. I want a refund. This company had terrible customer service. They make promises they do not deliver on. I don't trust them to arrange travel, I want my money credited to my charge. I was told manager Steve Morris would call me back on 2/24/2020 and I am still waiting on that. Literally on hold on two different lines with this company and both CSR's tell me something different.

Straight forward nothing except for a credit will make this situation right.

Company avoids issuing refund.
I received telemarketers call from this company on 18 Feb 2020. After being told that I can change/ cancel at any time after I place order over the phone, I initially agreed to pay $535 for a vacation package. I was told that I will receive document package in my email that I would need to sign agreeing to "Terms and Services". After reviewing this document I looked more into this company business practices and decided not to proceed with signing. Right after that, I called the company asking for a full refund and was told that since it was a "live call", it is non refundable, which was a lie because I haven't signed any documents they emailed me and didn't agree to their ToS (attached file) . When I insisted, asking for my refund, I was told that their "promotional department" will review the phonecall and get back to me "within 24-48 hours". I haven't heard from them for 3 days and when I called again to ask about the status of my refund, I've been told the same story again. This company is actively using dishonest delaying tactics trying to avoid issuing my refund.

Purchased vacation package. Phone number provided to me is now not working and no one has returned any of my emails. I want to be refunded ASAP.
I got a phone call on January 30, 2020 telling me about an opportunity to purchase vacations for $500 in exchange for attending a time-share presentation. They explained I had 3 years to use it, that they would be Gold Crown RCI destinations, and that they would send me the list of over 100 locations I could go to immediately. They provided me with a phone number and email address to contact them. I paid $500 over the phone on 1/30/2020. It is now 2/7/2020 and I have heard NOTHING back from them. I called and left a message on 1/31/2020. The next week when I called the number provided the "mailbox was full" I called multiple times a day, multiple days in a row and no one ever picked up. Now, when I call it says the number is out of service.
I emailed multiple times, the first time on February 1, 2020. Again, I have never been contacted back.
At this point, I am not interested in doing business with a company who has such terrible customer service. I want to be contacted by ULV immediately and I would like a full refund.

Get reservations! Scam!

The call center has repeatedly called me everyday for the last month I'v3e asked to be removed several times from their call list. This is harassment.
This is the Call Log from them from my phone, this is just for Jan2020, I have them doing this several times during last year. I try to block that "323" number however, I assume they have a program that will generate them a new call out number every time, and they are not even located here in Southern California, their business is in Florida. This is harassment, some of the callers become rude when I ask them to remove me. I live in the "323" area and I do some business here and therefore I need to answer the "323" calls. Please let them know this needs to stop.

I've been trying to make a confirmed reservation for 45 days. They will not return my calls & e-mails and make no effort to deliver on the contract.Pu
Purchased Vacation contract on 11/23/2019. Have been trying to confirm at reservation at the promised property since 12/18/2019. Have sent multiple e-mails asking for confirmation. Filed required Booking Form. Have called almost daily and they check my file and say they will have to get back to me. The latest person I spoke to this week said the vacation at the property I purchased was not available for the time requested but they would check other properties and call me back with other options. This company HAS NEVER CALLED ME BACK ONCE, NOR RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY E-MAILS I now fully believe I have been scammed.
