I was credited $25/day for each work day since January 18thSo instead of $as it would have been had the household goods would have been delivered between December 18th and January 18th, I was asked $By my count, it should have been $instead of We were so happy to get our goods that we did not argue and much happier to get rid of that outfitThere were two pieces missingOne was a bran new expensive pellet gun and the other was a small cardboard boxAt the moment, I can not remember what was in it and we don’t really care as long as we are rid of themWe were told so many lies about the delivery time At one point in time I was told that they would be at the delivery point in the afternoon so I rented a [redacted] truck to be ready when they showed up but, they did not We had to meet them across the border in Madawaska Maine with a truck to get our stuffI am quite certain that they would have been in trouble at the Canadian Border and that probably is the reason we had to meet them across the border.The $25.00/day came as a result of my telling them that I would seek compensation for this unreasonable delay so they came up with that amount and as a small consolation and I accepted it That is a good outfit to keep away from

First of all nobody guarantees a delivery date, Next time read your contract ma'am you had it in front of you and you signed it in person and on an email, We have a signed contract and nobody is holding it hostage, It's so funny how customer assume things and plays the victims which by law and contract we are not doing nothing wrongRead your contract

We are working on delivery scheduled by l,aw we have up to business day to complete the move, our dispatcher has an assigned driver already for his load, as soon it gets loaded we will contact customer today, hopefully it will todayDelivery is never guarantee

It was a misunderstanding from the delivery driver, the office was closed over the weekend and the driver had no way to verified, we have mailed out the refund of $already and the check was already cashed on 12/1/2015, please see attachment Thank You

Customer called our office to let us know she can only pick up her boxes on Thursday Friday advised customer once we have the scheduled done we will confirm with the customer so she can retrieve her boxes

Customer was not approved to pay with credit card on the day of the move, If customer was not approved to pay with credit card we won't accept that's the company regulationApproval is needed before pickup datecustomer was quoted for items to be picked up on the day of the pickup the foreman ended up picking up items that items additional Ms [redacted] had, so of course you need to pay more if you have more items

Once the customer provided a first available delviery date we can start loading, and also we asked the customer if they can have someone in there behalf to accept the delviery and they said yes

Customer already has her HHG, the unit where it was stored has been vacated long time ago by the customer

Please see the attached partial list of items broken or damaged Since this document was created I have also found several other items broken The leg of the buffet collapsed when I was putting it in place I need to examine it to see what exactly is wrong with it Please note this furniture was only one year old when it went into storage It was in perfect condition when stored This company damaged each item they moved I believe they breached the contract in several ways - damaging the items, breaking the furniture, scraping the furniture, and breaking many of my cherished items They also had only one person deliver the items, not two Having two would have assured the furniture was delivered in better shape

We wore not late for pickup customer agreed to day pickup window, 5/2-5/3, the driver showed up on 5/customer first available delivery date was 5/we have business days to complete the delivery, it doesn't mean that is was a guarantee delivery dateand also see attachment you will find that the customer has opened a file with our claims department

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is the best we hope to receiveWe submitted a claim with this company for well over $They offered $towards the claimI have tried to reach them several times for explanation but have not received a return callWe are highly disappointed with the whole experience involving that company however we just would like to move forward with our lives

As we have explained to the father customer many many many times, It's not a guarantee delivery date (as it stated on the signed contract the custoemr signed on the day of the pickup) First available delivery date is October from this date we have business days (not including weekends or holidays) you can also read it on the contractNow on October it was loaded and provided with driver information and it was giving to the customer verbally and by email

I have sent my information to the claims department as neededI have attached the following to two different people in regards to Unique and now received an email from another company wanting the same informationI have sent the attached claim information to Karen as well as Lily and how have to re do it again? For what purpose? Now I have to sent my pictures that have already been sent to two people and more claim formsI am rejecting her offer of claims Please add this to my fileThank you! [redacted] ***

the fact that I was here for delivery has no bearing on the total complaint against this company Besides the constant changes for delivery from them r/t a supposed truck issue, they lost & ruined a large ant of itemsThe two delivery been were inept & took hrs to unload the truck, where I had to assume the role of cutting tape & removing the pads to even get them completedConsidering my disability with my back, I then was in pain & bed for days & had to receive treatmentReview the list of damaged & lost furnitureNot one item was retrieved & I've found more missing since last reported!

I responded to the complaintThe complaint was not resolved because I have damage to my belongings and I was left with another persons belongingsTHIS MATTER HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED

It's not a guarantee delivery date, as we have explained numerous times, by law we have up too business days to complete a move and that's on all the documents Ms [redacted] signedNow on 8/the dispatcher provided ms [redacted] with driver information
