Well ma'am if there's asking for further information you need to submit so they can take care of your claim, We have claims department so if they forward you to the other claims department that means they needed to investigate further failure to submit required paperwork they cannot process your claim

First available delviery date was 5/is not guaranteed delivery date, per our contract it says we have business days to complete the move, for any damages please contact our claims department at ###-###-####.Thank You

customer did not purchase full cover insurance, customer agreed to $per pound per articleSo if that's what the claims department is offering that's what the customer is entitled too

months this company never got in touch with me nor has all my items been identified plus once they com e to your home they ask for more money plus they will never give u your money items haven't been identified an this company stole my stuff plus they have cost me more money I want my money for my furniture

Unfortunately the customer did not purchase full cover insurance, customer signed only for $cents per pound

This complaint is outrages, when we first got to the customer location customer had way more items not listed on the original estimate, We had explained everything to the customer on the day of the pickup customer agreed since we only had enough space for her original estimate we had to come back to finish the load, We will refund customer $for bulky itemscustomer is complaining that she nevered received her refrigerator will let me remind customer that when the driver was there to pick up the fridge is was dirty and with food insideContact our claims department at 1-800-513-so you can start the process of your claim.Refund from our side $300.00Thank You

The date that the delivery was made was TuesFeb9,

First of all we wore not late for pickup, Customer signed and agreed to a days window pickup from 4/27-4/29, so we got there on the 4/to pickup her HHG, from by law we have business days, customer first available delivery date was 5/29, customer received delivery 6/so there is no compensation for deliverycustomer already contact our claims department since 6/25/(see attachment) customer didn't purchase additional insurance for her move, she only purchased $cents per lbs per article, Please read your contract.Thank You

You only have insurance coverage for $0.60 cents per lbs, Your move did not even cost 10,000, if your things actually are worth that much why customer didn't purchase additional insurance. If that's what the insurance claims is offering that's how much the claims is for.

I am rejecting this response because: This is the exact same message the company sent before so I will reiterate my responseI was never offered a full value option for insurance, I was only informed that my items were insured for any damageThey damaged virtually every item I own therefore the number of the insurance that was provided should be $times 19,lbswhich is a total of $11,With regard to the supposed discount, The day the movers showed up to movde my belongings they suddenly decided it was far more weight than what they agreed toThis is the oldest trick in the book for movers since you are under pressure to get out of a house you just sold and need to get moved to your new homeIt is also illegalthere was no discount just several thousand dollars more out of my pocketThe offer the Unique Moving given of $is insulting and it is the same offer made a year agoThey can continue to file the same message with the Revdex.com to see if I will slip up and not respond, but that is not going to happenI will continue to respond until they get me a real offer that makes some bit of sense
