Hello,We spoke with client on 12/and explained how promotional travel works. A date was set for them to travel to Anaheim on 3/20/2016. Client understands that on their Honolulu trip, their first set of dates for Feb and May are processing and will be notified if

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was promised in December the offer would be reinstatedI contacted them in February after still not being able to registerI never threatened to contact the Revdex.com I wanted the registration promised or appropriate paymentAfter that contact, THEN HTOA figured out that it is not even possible to reinstate the offer and the vendor would need to issue a new voucher That was nearly a month ago and I have still yet to receive a new voucher from the vendor.
I plan to keep this complaint open until I've taken the trip, as the experience so far combined with the response today has given me no faith in the company. Regards,

We are in receipt of the complaint the client sent to Revdex.com. 
We do not conduct any timeshare presentations and have no control over how long it took.  On 9/7 client called in to check on her first request date of 10/26/2016.  She was advised it was not avail and her 2nd date is...

processing.  She was also advised if the 2nd date was not available her voucher would expire.   The promotional travel process was explained to her and she advised the agent that she understands. 
Unfortunately her November date was not available and she requested a refund on 10/5/2016 which is in process and advised to allow 14-21 business days to process.  This voided out the offer. If I can answer any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

We are in receipt of clients complaint with the Revdex.com. 
Although [redacted] had provided dates that were not available he was booked and
confirmed for 6-12-2015.  He emailed us to change his confirmed
reservation on 5-19-2015 and wanted to change it to 7/19/2015 which was...

available and was advised he can provide a later date or keep the
reservation as is.  He chose tickets only with a refund of his tax deposit
(which was mailed to him on 5-20-2015.   We also mailed him a
Discount Dining card ($100.00) on 5/20/2015.   He was advised by the
General Manager  on 5-19-2015 that his tickets will be emailed to him

We contacted [redacted] to get the voucher number of the other trip he is referring to.   Based on the information he provided the voucher is not one of our products and will need to contact the correct company for a that particular trip.   We have fulfilled our obligation with the Catalina voucher and he will be travelling on 11/1/2015.   If I can answer any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

We are in response to Mr.  [redacted] response. We contacted the distributor as a courtesy and advised them of the situation and they said they would send Mr. [redacted] a new voucher.  As it turns out on Monday 4/4 Mr. [redacted] was contacted by the distributor and was advised that they sent it out but it was returned to them undeliverable as they had an incorrect apartment number and would be sending it out again.  They had advised Mr. [redacted] that they would be sending it out again.  Once he has the voucher he will need to follow all of our details of participation printed on the back of the voucher as well as meet all deadlines.  If I can answer any questions, please feel free to contact me.

We are in receipt of client’s complaint.  HTOA does not conduct timeshare presentations and in no way promised a resort.  Our terms are on our vouchers that the hotel is for standard accommodations not for a resort. Their first set of dates of 6/24 and 8/5 were not available due...

to peak season travel and they provided 2 new request dates of 8/25 and 9/30 which are processing.  We will advise if available no less than 21 days prior per the terms and conditions of the offer.  We  If they did not receive their $20.00 back from the timeshare resort they attended the presentation, I recommend they contact them to receive it back providing it was refundable.
